I enjoyed today. Working in blocks of at least 3 hours seems to be working out for me. It's motivating, enough time to get into flow state and you still get to have good long breaks in between.

Last week I stopped working in a coporate role to start my own mission-driven marketing agency. My first day of entrepreneurship was an emotional rollercoaster. I felt like a failure in the morning, like I was on holiday in the afternoon and effective in the evening.
