Hey, this is a podcast that I started just so that I'd have a venue to actually share my thoughts, hopefully in the near future, I'd be able to have collabs and etc., but for now, I guess, I just have to wait for a ceign. ;)
Disclaimer: I'm not a running coach, nor a certified trainer. I'm just sharing whatever I know that has worked for me personally, and with whatever I share, please do take it with caution.
In case you want to ask me anything, please do message me on @cegienikko_ via IG.
I just spoke about what I've been up to since Aug 2023, hear me talk endlessly about running, if you'd like, I guess?
10kilograms!!!! I lost ten kilograms!!! Calorie Deficit, 88 to 78, Underrated Benefits of Walking, Running and etc.,
On this episode I talked about my obsession towards technology (just a snippet of it), and spent the rest of the time talking about my passion towards listening to good music, and my experience with some headphones. Haha. Hope you enjoy.
On this episode, I just spoke about one of the best childhood memories that I ever had. Here, I was recalling the moments I shared with my grandmother. Hope you'll like this episode.
On this episode, I talked about how the past year went by. How effin' COVID-19 got my ass the second time(very quick rant lang and how it affected my physical endurance to workout & run (omg, I love running) but yeah, I wasn't physically well and that led me to gaining weight and over the past few months, I've been diligently trying my utmost best to try to find means to at least get back to how I used to feel, lighter and leaner.
And oh, this episode is also kind of an episode where I just made some random shoutouts to my friends here in MNL. I love you guys, thank you for letting me be me and supporting my weight loss journey. Lastly, my girlfriend, Ayie, you're the best! Salamat palagi.
After almost 6 months of not recording, and ghosting whoever is listening to my podcast, I am finally back and with all guns blazing - able to pull in a very special guest...my girlfriend, Ayie. In this episode, we talked about food and some stuff we recall...and tons of shawarawts to friends and family...and their extended family.
Today's episode is about me and my journey through the quarantine facility, then, the moving out and living by myself.
If you've listened to the previous episodes, you'd know that my grandmother passed away this year. And recently, I had a dream wherein it helped me deal with a sense of closure. I'll always miss you, Lola Dal. I love you!
Here I talk about anything and everything about my first day at the quarantine facility.
In this episode, I'd get to talk about the different listening mediums I've used to jam to my favorite and greatest musical influences. I hope you like it! Please, feel free to follow me on IG: cegienikko_ and ceign_
In this episode, I talked about my transition from the municipality of Manapla to when I moved to Makati City. As usual, chaotic flow.
Naks, episode 2 na. Kidding aside, in this episode, join me as I talk about the things I've noticed and been through during this pandemic. I talked about the pandemic, what changed in the eye of an introvert, what were the opportunities and/or daily hanash that we've missed. I also talked about a couple of personal stuff (talked about my father, my grandmother and etc.,). I hope you enjoy it!
Hey, welcome to "It's a Ceign". This is my attempt to actually starting up a podcast, and I didn't really try to curate the topics or flow of this first episode. I just had to wing it. Looking forward to record another episode for next week, or maybe tomorrow. We shall see.
