Strong for Your Tasks invites Christians to steward their unique bodies so they can perform their unique tasks in building the Kingdom of God on earth.

The way I see it, stewardship is the intersection of health and holiness. God call this people to be holy - or set apart, and one of the ways he does that is through their diets. With stewardship, you are to be holy, or set apart in how you approach your health and fitness.

Whether you are in the ditch of neglecting your body, on the side of obsessing over your body or somewhere in between, Strong For your Tasks will meet you where you’re at and invite you to steward your body, all for the glory of God.

It’s my pleasure to bring you a free audio version the book to help you as you embark on the journey of stewardship.

If you enjoy listening to the book, you can show you support in a few ways.

First, please share it with anyone you think it would help. The more people who can hear this message the better.

Secondly, You can buy a physical or digital copy on Amazon.

I hope you enjoy listening to Strong For Your Tasks.
