Terms- Rate Locks: A lock-in or rate lock on a mortgage loan means that your interest rate won't change between the offer and closing, as long as you close within the specified time frame and there are no changes to your application.Can lock up to 90 days, the rate gets more expensive as you lock it for longer. Escrow: "In escrow" is a type of legal holding account for items, which can't be released until predetermined conditions are satisfied. Typically, items are held in escrow until the process involving a financial transaction has been completed. FHA Loan: An FHA loan is a type of government-backed mortgage loan that can allow you to buy a home with looser financial requirements. You may qualify for an FHA loan if you have debt or a lower credit score. Conventional Loan: A conventional mortgage or conventional loan is a home buyer's loan that is not offered or secured by a government entity.

In this episode, Tammy and San Diego fitness guru, Tabu Lanier, get together to discuss all things yoga, fitness, and Tabu's experience over the past 16 months.
If you haven't experienced Tabu's yoga class or personal fitness regimen and you live in the San Diego area - get there! Tabu is an icon to the San Diego fitness community and is known for his hard-hitting, fat-burning, HIIT, extreme-paced yoga flows and workout classes. Tabu fought his way through empty studios, online classes, Instagram "lives", masks, park workouts, and more to keep his passion alive and help keep the San Diego community "fit" during the COVID-19 pandemic.
You can find Tabu (@tabufit) at Kate Sessions Park in Pacific Beach, San Diego on Wednesday & Thursday afternoons at 5:30p, and Saturday at 9a. He is also a trainer at Revel Fit Club in Pacific Beach (@revelfitclub) where you can take his class on Tuesdays at 4:30p or Thursday at 9a. If that doesn't cover your workout fix, he is available for personal training based out of Little Italy, San Diego. Tabu's positive outlook mixed with his hard-hitting workout experience combines for a fitness session of a lifetime.
