The Fourth Branch is a new form of broadcasting geared towards offering solutions to social problems irrespective of political affiliations.
Solutions which are proposed are to better lives, improve relationships in hope of achieving a more perfect union
This episode sets the stage to help put everyone on the same page as far as terminology. It is also the pre-amble for this project. The objective is to achieve a more perfect union which can only be achieved where all involved pledge to be patriots, i.e. to be American first.
Synopsis on the objective of this project. The Fourth Branch (this project) researches, analyzes and discusses topics which impact the nation or a large sector of the population. The goal is to point to a solution, the objective is to achieve a more perfect union. The requirement is simple: we must be American first.
