Hello friend, and welcome back to another episode!
Today I talk about resilience, and the three things you can be doing daily to build your resilience for a happier life.
I go over the concept of GEM created by Hugh Van Cuylenberg, the founder of the Resilience Project. GEM stands for gratitude, empathy and mindfulness and through this episode we see how easily we can incorporate these things into our lives.
I also get quite candid and talk about some of my own mental health struggles. Hopefully you will be able to relate and resonate with the message.

In this episode we talk about the four pillars of meaning: belonging, purpose, transcendence and storytelling. Together we go over what each pillar means and how you can apply them to your life.
