In this episode, Jennifer De Rossi joins me for a powerful conversation about meditation and the power of intention.
Jennifer is a creative soul, inspired by the deep complexities of life as it flows through everything and everyone. She is a mixed media artist, and holds several certifications including yoga and meditation teacher, and spiritual coach. As a new mother, at the age of 31, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and entered her dark night of the soul – an event that she now believes was the greatest blessing and awakening of her life thus far. Embarking on her healing journey, Jennifer quickly became fascinated by the world of holistic wellness, quantum physics and spirituality.
Her curiosity and thirst for knowledge led her to study many modalities that activated a higher consciousness. Through these practices, Jennifer was able to heal herself from a lifetime of emotional blocks and free herself from the limiting beliefs that kept her trapped in a cycle of dis-ease. Along this path, she grew to love the potent healing power of attending women’s circles. Inspired to create more connections, Moonstone Collective was born.

In today's society, balance can sometimes feel like an unachievable ideal. From nutrition to exercise to meditation, it can be hard to find habits that work for us and to stick with them.
We are all guilty of setting lofty, often unrealistic goals, only to feel like failures when we fall short of them. Know that you are not alone, you are not a failure - you just haven't found the right strategy yet.
I found myself in the same situation far too many times to count, until eventually I found a process that works for me.
In this episode, we are exploring the power of the 80/20 rule and the Pareto Principle. This approach has allowed me to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle without feeling restricted, and I encourage my clients to implement it into their own routines too. My hope is that this introduction to balancing priorities will bring you a measure of peace as well.

These are just some of the terms marketing companies use to convince us to buy their products, by making us believe they are good for us.

How often do we look at the root cause of our symptoms?
Typically, when we’re met with a symptom such as a headache, upset stomach, PMS, or something else, we try to fix it with a pain killer or pill. While I truly believe there’s nothing wrong with that, as we do need temporary relief sometimes, it’s my belief that our symptoms are not gone, simply silenced.
My methodology is that we must get to the root cause of our symptoms to understand why it’s happening, what it signifies, and which steps to take to find balance within our bodies.
In this episode, we explore the relationship between the symptoms we experience, the root cause of those symptoms, and what this means for our health in a primary symptom-first society.
I give you my best tips and tricks and specific formulas I use with my clients to help calibrate their bodies back to optimal health.
