In 2001, I met The Rock at a book signing in Toronto.
I was a hard core WWE fan growing up and The Rock was my favourite wrestler.
Over the years, Dwayne Johnson has spoken out about his struggles with his mental health.
It has been amazing to follow Dwayne Johnson's career over the past 25 years and see how far he has come.
Mental health is still a huge stigma in society and I hope to help where I can to change this by using this platform.
