The beginning of research and development to create a component of the education system teaching connection to self, other and the planet in order to prevent mental illness, violence, cultural separation and environmental impact. Having conversations with people from communities, universities, foundations, schools, psychologists, politics, and much more to work out exactly what is needed to be learnt by children in order to prevent these catastrophic experiences.

I share this episode with my sister, Brittany. We are one year apart and went through schooling together, sharing some similar experiences and some very different experiences. I learn a lot about her experience in this conversation. In our conversation we dive into the experiences Brittany had with a growth mindset and the experiences she had with the fixed mindset. We also talk about what Sophie may have needed in order to prevent the anxiety from developing.
