You know how it is when someone looks into your life and thinks it must just be perfect. But what they do not see is everything that is going on beneath the surface, all the lessons you are learning and the challenges you are facing. You just want to show them an insight into your life so they can see it's just not as smooth as it looks!
Kate Meads is a mother of three, living with her children, her mother, her partner, Nelson the boxer, and running her own nationwide occupational therapy consultancy - life is, to put it mildly, busy!
In Carry On, Kate she shares the lessons and stories that shape her life as well as offering some tips and techniques to overcome challenges. As an Occupational Therapist, she knows just how easy it is to get in your own way but as Kate often says to her clients...what else is possible?
