Née en France, Noura décide après avoir terminé ses études de déménager au Maroc pour une courte période afin d'acquérir de l'expérience. Ce voyage se prolongera bien plus longtemps qu'elle ne l'avait imaginé. Finalement, Noura s'installe définitivement au Maroc, où elle vit désormais avec sa petite famille.

Avec Bassim, dans cet épisode nous avons navigué entre analyse psychologique et recherche spirituelle, il faudra s'accrocher ... Echange unique et original, avec un personnage pour lequel j'ai beaucoup d'admiration.
Passant par une ambition fortement influencée par son entourage, ce qui est le cas de la plupart d'entre nous, une forte capitalisation sur soi, au point d'y croire être le centre de l'univers... Bassim se rend compte, après un accident grave, que tout est éphémère, et questionne fondamentalement la valeur qu'on attribue à toute chose dans la vie, mais la plus grande révélation c'est trouver son "driver" qui est de contribuer à l'autre, et que nous avons tous un rôle à jouer ici-bas ! Omar, His life is a a kind of The Hangover 2 ...Settled now in Mainland China, and especially in the capital of E-commerce. Entrepreneur tal l3dam ! " ( with no social chains) She said: "As a female, you have only three options: Getting married, if you're lucky you'll get to university with all stereotypes that has, or figure it out ! "
With a strong believe that we can be so many things at the same time, Rajaa thinks that "One lifetime isn't enough". Never will settle or do something out of her element, or serving her way of greatness. Knowing that, Greatness can be in so many shapes and forms."To be a moroccan is having a value of greatness " She thinks
Her project => "Hit bghit carta : Make darija, the new flex, vibration of morocco is Darija , a reminder of being consistent to do what I want and what reflects my true self, in a tentative to convert and make people proud of our language darija. It's not a life needed product, but a life changing product , it's about self-awareness" she confirmed
As we were talking about self-worth Rajaa admitted: " What made a tremendous shift in my life, is when I identify that my worth and what I'm doing are two different things"

Depuis ces années de lycée, Salah fait ses premiers pas dans l'entreprenariat, et ce à travers : Injaz ELMAGHREB, Junior achievement, ONG,... Puis enchaîne, à la faculté avec SEIF, Enactus, où il commence à être conscient de la vraie réalité du Maroc !
Passant par des périodes d'études en Russie et USA, des aventures intraprenariales en Afrique, pour créer des environnements favorables à l'entreprenariat sociale.
Salah a toujours créer sa chance, on ne peut alors que rester admiratif devant tous les combats qu'il mène.

Nous avons fini l'épisode, par un Call To Action, aux marocains du Monde et analyser comment on pourra changer les choses à notre échelle en s'engageant pour des causes qui nous dépassent et surtout pour notre pays, et le bien-être de ses habitants.

Noureddine is a self-made man from Ain-chock, a passionate about education, and knowledge transmission. He went to university in Morocco out of no choice, to study Mathematics ! but he managed after all to build something and get where he wants...
It was a journey of struggle, but after all what counts is to not give up, so he did :) Going through uni till finishing his masters, getting to Hungary for an internship in IT, then it turns to be 4 years, and finally he's now in Spain starting a new professionnel journey, and building an educational project in Morocco.

Avec Fatima-Zahrae dans cet épisode, on a presque voulu changer le monde ! je dis presque car la conscience collective doit être au rdv.
En effet ce genre d'échange qu'on a eu sur un Maroc meilleur, doit presque être une discussion qui se tient tous les jours dans tous les foyers marocains. Dans un espoir qu'un jour cette conscience collective poussent, voire écrasent ceux qui résistent comme une vague de tsunami.
J'avais pas du tout l'intention de commencer ce descriptif d'épisode de cette façon mais cette boule de feu en moi était plus forte. So I just went with the flow :p

- And in USA, apart from feminism, she's sharing a very intimate experience where she learned how to take it slow, and respect her body.
A crazy path, between 3 countries full of learning, experiences, and success, yet she's a grandma, that's her words :p

Une agréable rencontre avec Fatima-Zohra de @urbansemotion, Architecte et aussi artiste, Il est judicieux de le dire ! Son travail de collage sur les villes du Maroc par exemple est juste bouleversant ! Je vous conseille d'aller voir... Moi qui suis originaire de Marrakech, son œuvre a tout simplement retranscrit une belle partie de ce que cette ville évoque en moi, et c'est cela la magie de l'Art !
Dans le feu de cet épisode, je l'ai même surnommé la Gardienne de la Mémoire, de ces villes qui vont un jour ou l'autre changer de visage mais nous aurons eu moins une trace, un tumulte de souvenirs, quelque part grâce à ses collages <3

Hamza, Consultant - Entrepreneur basé en Chine aujourd'hui à Hanzhong, il a créé lui même sa chance et a misé le tout pour le tout en arrivant au continent asiatique et à ce pays diamétralement opposé au Maroc, sur presque tous les niveaux...
Son premier choix de carrière aurait été le journalisme. Hélas la pression sociale et l'environnement famille/ école ne lui a pas facilité la tâche et se retrouve à forcer la direction de ses envies vers le commerce !
Avec le recul et après 5 ans en Chine, Hamza a eu plusieurs révélation:
- Les compétences que j'ai acquis au Maroc, sont valides ailleurs.
- Que je n'étais pas si indépendant que ça ! " Bon on travaille dessus! "
With Hamza we analyzed his experience in China. and how we can build an e-commerce business, starting from scratch...
