Hello my music friends, it’s another week again in this amazing music community. On this week’s open mic we are exploring the theme "Autumn feelings" and I’ll be performing a song called "Autumn Leaves".
This song is originally done by "Frank Sinatra" a Jazz artist in the 1950s, this song symbolizes the passing of time, fading memories, the song reminisces about past love that is now gone like the autumn leaves. I hope that as you listen you enjoy it.
LyricsThe falling leaves drift by the window
The autumn leaves of red and gold
I see your lips, the summer kisses
The sun-burned hands I used to hold
Since you went away the days grow long
And soon I'll hear old winter's song
But I miss you most of all my darling
When autumn leaves start to fall
The falling leaves drift by the window
The autumn leaves of red and gold
I see your lips, the summer kisses
The sun-burned hands I used to hold

Hello my incredible music friends and happy Sunday to you’ll , I hope you’re all waxing strong. I had an incredible day in church and when I came back I couldn’t let today pass me by without doing my entry for week 134.
The song I’ll be doing today is called "See what the lord has done" by Nathaniel Bassey, he one of my most favorite gospel artists. This song expresses gratitude and awe of God’s blessings and miracles, it is a song of appreciation to God for the things he has done and he’s goodness.
For those that know the song you’ll realize the way I play it is a little bit different from the original and that’s because I love arranging songs and giving them a new feel and taste. so as you listen I hope you love it.
LYRICSSee what the Lord has done
See what the Lord has done
What we've waited for has come to pass

LyricsOpen the eyes of my heart, Lord
Open the eyes of my heart
I want to see You
I want to see You
Open the eyes of my heart, Lord
Open the eyes of my heart
I want to see You
I want to see You
To see You high and lifted up
Shinin' in the light of Your glory
Pour out Your power and love
As we sing holy, holy, holy
Open the eyes of my heart, Lord
Open the eyes of my heart
I want to see You
I want to see You

Hello my music friends it’s another week again on the hive music series and as usual it’s always very exciting.
On this week’s theme “Zodiac” I’ll be doing a song called “7 days” and it’s originally done by “Craig David” a 2000s R&B pop singer. The song is basically a love song and it talks about a romantic encounter where the artist asks his love interest to spend seven days with him and get to intensely know each other.
7days was about getting to know someone, spending time with them and seeing where it goes, I hope you love it as you listen
LyricsOn my way to see my friends who lived a couple blocks away from me (oh)
On ma way through the subway
It must have been about quarter past three
In front of me, stood a beautiful honey with a beautiful body
She asked me for the time
I said it'd cost her name, a six digit number and a date with me tomorrow at nine
Didn’t she care? don’t know
Didn’t she mine? don’t think so
was it for real? Let me update
Cinnamon queen?
Took her for a Moet for two
Monday
Took her for a drink on Tuesday
We were making love by Wednesday
And on Thursday and Friday and Saturday
We chilled on Sunday
I met this girl on Monday
Took her for a drink on Tuesday
We were making love by Wednesday
And on Thursday and Friday and Saturday
We chilled on Sunday
Monday
Took her for a drink on Tuesday
We were making love by Wednesday
And on Thursday and Friday and Saturday
We chilled on Sunday
I met this girl on Monday
Took her for a drink on Tuesday
We were making love by Wednesday

Hello my music friends hope you’ll waxing strong. It’s another week again and every new week comes with a different kind of excitement. Thank to the @hiveopenmic community for letting me be part of this move it’s always with great pleasure.
On this week’s theme "The taste of betrayal” I’ll be doing a song called “2002” by Anne Marie, this song was released in 2018 and according to the artist she was inspired by her childhood memories and nostalgia for the early 2000s , the song reflects on her past relationships, friends, breakups and growing up.
I picked this song because I think growing up wasn’t easy for most of us, some of us had to stay in different homes and experiencing different kind of people, friends that betrayed and abandoned us at one point in our lives, heartbreaks etc It is not an easy job growing up and I hope you like the song as you listen.
LYRICSI will always remember
The day you kissed my lips
Light as a feather
And it went just like this
No, it's never been better
Than the summer of 2002 (ooh)
Uh, we were only eleven
But acting like grown-ups
Like we are in the present
Drinking from plastic cups
Singing, "Love is forever and ever"
Well, I guess that was true
Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods
On an old Mustang, where we sang
Songs with all our childhood friends
And it went like this, say
Oops, I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye
Hold up, if you wanna go and take a ride with me
Better hit me, baby, one more time, uh
Paint a picture for you and me
On the days when we were young, uh
Singing at the top of both our lungs
*Now we're under the covers
Fast forward to eighteen
We are more than lovers
Yeah, we are all we need
When we're holding each other
I'm taken back to 2002 (ooh)
Yeah
Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods
On an old Mustang, where we sang
Songs with all our childhood friends£
And it went like this, say
Oops, I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye
Hold up, if you wanna go and take a ride with me
Better hit me, baby, one more time, uh
Paint a picture for you and me
On the days when we were young, uh
Singing at the top of both our lungs
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh

Hello friends am so excited about this week, my first music publication for this week is on this community and it’s with great pleasure for me to be here.
Today I’ll be doing a song called "People" and this song was released in 2023 by an artist called "Libianca". This song has an Afro beats style with a little mix of R&b and soul. The song is so therapeutic in many ways to me cause it somehow relates to what I went through sometime back in my life.
I hope you enjoy it as you listen
LyricsI've been drinking more alcohol for the past five days
Did you check on me?
Now, did you look for me?
I walked in the room, eyes are red, and I don't smoke banga
Did you check on me? (Did you check on me?)
Now, did you notice me?
'Cause you see people, people, people, people
Who don't really know you, they don't really know you
'Cause you see people, people, people
They don't really know you, they don't really know
I've been drinking more alcohol for the past five days
Did you check on me?
Now, did you look for me?
I walked in the room, eyes are red, and I don't smoke banga

The song I’ll be doing today is called “Golibe” and its originally done my "Flavour" The song is a love song and the word “Golibe” translates to “Rejoice” in English. He conveys so much love in the song that you might fall in love after listening to the song.
I did just the instrumental of the song expressed in my own way, not the complete song though but I hope you like it.

Hello my music friends, hope you’ll waxing strong. Was watching some pretty amazing entries yesterday on this week’s Hive music festival. It’s always something i look forward to so I couldn’t wait to summit my own entry. The song I’ll be doing today is called “Give myself away” the song is originally composed by William McDowell and Withholding Nothing by the same composer, they are both Christian songs. They are popular songs in most of our churches here and picking this songs was quite challenging because I never planned on doing the songs with a guitar. This week has been a crazy one for me because currently we are on lockdown and it’ll last about two weeks, this is cause of the crisis in my region and we have been having suffering with frequent power outages. It’s pretty challenging because most times you have to work on the powers schedule instead of yours and doing your entries during very noisy or uncomfortable periods cause you’re unaware of how long it’ll last. I woke up today morning and there was no power in which I planned that any small chance I get I’ll do my entry with my desired instrument for the song, so I left for sports in the morning hoping when I get back it must have been back, when I got home it wasn’t back so I changed my plans.
I waited for power until I couldn’t so I just decided to do it with my guitar which wasn’t bad, I really wanted to use my piano though so I could layer many voices and give a different feel to it. I hope you love this version with the guitar though.
So this song is basically talking about submitting yourself to God in other to be use by him in spreading Gods word. And Submitting to God means accepting that your you belong to him and even your life belongs to him so he can use you in anyway he sees fit. Most Christian communities love to sing and listen to songs like this because it makes them feel closer to God. LyricsI give myself away
I give myself away
So You can use me
I give myself away
I give myself away
So You can use me
I surrender all to you
Everything I give to you
Withholding nothing
Withholding nothing
I surrender all to you
Everything I give to you
Withholding nothing
Withholding nothing
I give myself away
I give myself away
So You can use me
I give myself away
I give myself away
So You can use me
I give myself away
I give myself away
So You can use me
I give myself away
I give myself away
So You can use me

Hello my friends of Music Zone, my name is @nickzy and this is my first time posting in this community and participating i this challenge. Am so glad to be here and hoping to give my best too.Today I’ll be doing a song called "God like you" originally done by Called out music. The song expresses how great God is and that there’s no other God like him, theres no place he can’t be found. I personally love this so much and I did not play it as it is exactly in the song, improvised a little on the chord progression of the song and it sounds beautiful. I hope you all love my entry.LyricsI could go east I could go west
But I know I will never find a God like you
I can turn Right I can turn left
But I know I will never find a God like you
If there′s anything you want me to do
You know I'll do it all for You
Cause I could go east I could go west
But I know I'll never find a God like you
What a night, what a night when I found you
What a life that I have in You
I never thought that right now I will be smiling
And it′s all because of you
Lord you came and You took away
All the hurt of yesterday
I′m grateful
Cuz I'll never find a God like you
Oh I could go east I could go west
But I know I never find a God like you
I can turn right I can turn left
But I know I will never find a God like you
If there′s anything you want me to do
You know I'll do it all for you
I could go east I could go west
But I know I′ll never find a God like you

Hello my music friends its been a while. Its another week again and am happy to be participating on this one. For this week's theme "The crazy week" I'll be doing a song called "made for you" and its originally done by Muni Long and it falls under the R&b genre of music.

Hello music lovers, I've been feeling pretty sick this week hence my late entry, i am much better now though . Been watching some pretty amazing entries this week too and for this week's theme "Always grateful"
I'll be doing a song called "Ain't got you" originally done by Alicia Keys.
She wrote this song following the death of an R&b female singer in the early 2000s who died in a plane crash, her mind was concentrated on "what matters". Sometimes we focus our minds on things that don't really matter and forget the things that matter and we only get to realize that when its already late. So we should always be grateful and thankful for the people and things we have now. I hope you love the song as you listen.

Hello my music lovers, it's another beautiful week and it's always exciting to see different kind of music from our diverse musicians. So on this week's edition I'll be doing a song called "if I die young" by "the band perry". I can remember spending weeks some years back in school trying to learn this song. Am so excited to share with you guys today.
Before singing a song I always try to find out the story behind the song, for this one written by "Kimberly perry" is about the misery of dying young. A young lady who is talks about how her life was short lived and she never experience things like love and had a burden of how her family will take the loss. She also mentioned the sad truth of how people only pay attention to someone when they are already dead. this song talks about how grateful she was about the life she lived and she has no regrets of any sort. I hope you like the song guys🙏🏽🙏🏽
Lyrics *If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song*
*Oh-oh, oh-oh
Lord, make me a rainbow, I'll shine down on my mother
She'll know I'm safe with you when she stands under my colors
Oh, and life ain't always what you think it ought to be, no*
*Ain't even gray, but she buries her baby
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn*
*Send me away with the words of a love song
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
And I'll be wearing white when I come into your kingdom*
*I'm as green as the ring on my little cold finger
I've never known the lovin' of a man
But it sure felt nice when he was holding my hand
There's a boy here in town, says he'll love me forever
Who would have thought forever could be severed by*
*The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
So put on your best, boys, and I'll wear my pearls
What I never did is done*
*A penny for my thoughts, oh no, I'll sell 'em for a dollar
They're worth so much more after I'm a goner
And maybe then you'll hear the words I've been singin'*
*Funny when you're dead, how people start listenin'
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song*
*Oh-oh, (oh-oh)
The ballad of a dove
Go with peace and love
Gather up your tears, keep 'em in your pocket
Save 'em for a time when you're really gonna need 'em, oh
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
So put on your best, boys, and I'll wear my pearls*

Hello my people
Its another amazing week in our community and today I'll be bringing to you a traditional song from one of my tribes here. The song am doing today is called "Chawulê" which is done in the "NSO" native language. I sang this song alot when I was little cause I grew up there and it was always fun singing it.
The song is basically saying "monkey, monkey the banana is so sweet but why do you refuse to take it" but it actually doesn't means that, from what I was told it basically asking "why do some of us refuse some of the big opportunities that come throughout the course of our lives?" but we only sang the song during those times for fun😊😊 I put in my own creativity to make it sound this way cause it's quite different, so I hope you'll love it guys. 🙏🏽
Lyrics
*Chawulê, Chawulê, Chawulê Ayayaya
Chawulê Ki Gom Ki bon bên
ťsen Njika Ayayaya (×2) Chawulê kifa wo dze for yikir lav Ayaya
Chawulê a dwu Nfo scû , a ťsen Njika Ayaya
Chawulê, Chawulê, Chawulê Ayayaya*
*Cha oh, cha oh, cha oh ayayaya

It's a new week and am always anxious to see what the new week has for me, this weeks theme is "Doing the Work" and I think there's no greater work than looking over your loved ones, it may be your child, sibling, friends etc these are the people that matters the most and that's why we put in all the work to make sure they are always fine.
I choosed to do the song "ROCKABYE" by "the clean bandit" because it portrays the amount of work a mother puts in and will sacrifice everything to make sure thier child lives the best of life. I decided to use my one creativity on the song so I hope you'll like it🙌 Lyrics *She works the night, by the water
She's gonna stress, so far away from her father's daughter
She just wants a life for her baby
All on her own, no one will come
She's got to save him (daily struggle)
She tells him "ooh love"
No one's ever gonna hurt you, love
I'm gonna give you all of my love
Nobody matters like you (stay up there, stay up there)*
*She tells him "your life ain't gonna be nothing like my life (straight)
You're gonna grow and have a good life
I'm gonna do what I've got to do" (stay up there, stay up there)
So, rockabye baby, rockabye
I'm gonna rock you
Rockabye baby, don't you cry*
*Now she gotta a six year old
Trying to keep him warm
Trying to keep all the cold
When he looks her in the eyes
He don't know he's safe when she says
She tells him "ooh love"
No one's ever gonna hurt you, love
I'm gonna give you all of my love
Nobody matters like you (stay up there, stay up there)
She tells him "your life ain't gonna be nothing like my life (straight)
You're gonna grow and have a good life
I'm gonna do what I've got to do" (yeah)*
*So, rockabye baby, rockabye
Am gonna rock you
dont you cry baby, don't you cry
Am gonna rock you*

You only know how much you miss something when you have to let it go for sometime, I got really sick this past week and I was unable to do anything at all even play music, I was diagnosed with "Gastric" and during this short time I was having unbearable pains but am just glad it was just for a short while though it seemed like months. I still have some minor stomach aches but atleast I can still play music.
Today I'll be bringing to you a song called "No Gray" by Jonathan Mcreynolds, its one my favorites songs by him but I'll be doing the song combined with another though it seems like thesame song. I just love creativity and I hope you'll like it guys
LYRICS *Lord, I'm split in two
Part of me loves the world
And the other loves You*
*So, what do I do
I wanna be saved
But I got to stay cool, too
And no I'm not a fool
I know eventually I'm gonna have to choose*
*And, really I don't wanna lose
My ticket into heaven
And a chance to be used by You
And if it's God that I'm after
I just can't serve two masters
And before something happens*
*I got to turn it all around
Because I know
I can't just have my cake and eat it too
'Cause it's real easy to stay on the fence and still do you*
*And it'd be cool if we could love the Lord and still go do our thing
But see it doesn't work like that
You gotta to be white or black*
*I'm gonna try
Try, tr, try, try
See I gotta try
Try, try, try, try
A little harder this time
This time, this time
I'm gonna try
Try, try, try, try*
Thank you for listening 🙌

Hello my music lovers, I hope you'll having an amazing week. I haven't been feeling well lately but hopefully am getting better. The song am doing today is called "I see fire" by "Ed Sheeran". The way am doing it is little bit different from the original but I hope you'll enjoy it. Lyrics **If this is to end in fire
Then we should all burn together
Watch the flames climb high into the night**
**Calling out for the rope
Stand by and we will
Watch the flames burn on and on
The mountain side, hey**
**And if we should die tonight
Then we should all die together
Raise a glass of wine for the last time**
**Calling out for the rope
Prepare as we will
Watch the flames burn on and on
The mountain side
Desolation comes upon the sky**
**Now I see fire
Inside the mountain
And I see fire
Burning the trees
And I see fire
Hollowing souls
And I see fire
Blood in the breeze
And I hope that you remember me**

Hello my music lovers, it's yet another week again to experience the beautiful music on the hive open mic community. On this week's theme "Infantil" I'll be doing a song called "A song for Mama" by "Boyz 2 Men", one of my favorite R&B music crew.
Today also happened to be my moms birthday and remembering all she has done and sacrificed for me gives me joy and makes me fill like a child again. I'll like to dedicate this song to all the beautiful moms out there and let them know they're are loved. I hope you'll like it
Lyrics **You taught me everything
And everything you've given me
I'll always keep it inside
You're the driving force in my life, yeah**
**There isn't anything
Or anyone that I could be
And it just wouldn't feel right
If I didn't have you by my side
You were there for me to love and care for me
When skies were gray
Whenever I was down
You were always there to comfort me**
**And no one else can be
What you have been to me, you will always be
You will always be the girl
In my life for all times**
**Mama, mama, you know I love you
(You know I love you)
Mama, mama, you're the queen of my heart
Your love is like tears from the stars, yes, it is
Mama, I just want you to know, lovin' you is like food to my soul
Yes it is, yes it is, oh, yes it is, yes it is, yes it is, oh**
**You're always there for me
Have always been around for me, even when I was bad
You showed me right from my wrong
Yes, you did**
**And you took up for me
When everyone was downin' me
You always did understand
You gave me strength to go on**
T**here were so many times
Looking back when I was so afraid
And then you'd come to me and say to me
I could face anything**
**And no one else can do
What you have done for me
You'll always be, you will always be
The girl in my life, ooh, oh**
**Mama, mama, you know I love you
(You know I love you, you know I love you)
Mama, mama, you're the queen of my heart (you are)
Your love is like tears from the stars
(Your love is like tears from the stars)

Here comes the week we've all been waiting for, I personally have been waiting for this week event with excitement and so far I've seen nothing but amazing entries from you guys.
.
so for this week we're all doing a song called "This Little Town" by Dr @ebingo" and the story behind the song is related with what is currently going on in my country Cameroon but worst. My country is a bilingual country and It's been over six years now since a crisis started in the NW and SW regions of my country which are the English speaking parts, the rebel forces have been doing horrible things, kidnapping students, killing anyone who is against thier fight, I mean there was a time that a whole class of primary school children were butchered in class because they were going to school..
..
It has arrived a level now where its very normal now to see death bodies along the road when going to the market or school. The sad thing is the military who is suppose to protect us are instead killing innocent civilians and when it goes to the news they say the person was identified as part of the rebels.
My classmate was shot in the head coming back from school by the military and he had no fire arm nor was he protesting. With all this horrible things happening the government isn't doing anything to resolve it. It's just soo sad seeing all this things.
We only keep hoping and fighting in anyway we can that it gets better.
Thank you all for listening 🙏🏽

I hope you love my arrangement of the song guys.
Lyrics
**On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway;
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself,
'This could be Heaven or this could be Hell'
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say...
Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
Plenty of room at the Hotel California
Any time of year (Any time of year)
You can find it here
Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes Benz
She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys she calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat.
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget
So I called up the Captain,
'Please bring me my wine'
He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here since nineteen sixty nine'
And still those voices are calling from far away,
Wake you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say...
Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
They livin' it up at the Hotel California
What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise)
Bring your alibis** Thank you all for listening
Special thanks to @nahupuku for his continues support and directions.

Hello music lovers, it's yet another week again and am soo excited been here. So guys in this week's music event on the theme "Abrazo Musical" I'll be doing a song by the "Empire cast" called Powerful. I listen to this song first watching the movie "Empire" and it really caught my attention because the lyrics had alot of meaning to me.
The song is performed by Alicia keys and Jussie Smollett and it basically Symbolizes race and color, talking about great Activist specifically Malcom X and Martin Luther King Jr. who brought a big change and it was beautifully made. "Powerful" represents us and we all matter as far as we keep standing together. Enjoy as you listen guys.
Lyrics ***People been talking about it
We won't just stand here in silence
Can't stop the fire from rising
Rising
Ooh Ooh
People don't you be afraid
So many innocents slain
This is an era for change
Change
And Malcolm's probably turning in his grave
Every shade was beautifully made
And Powerful
There's so much strength in you and me
Powerful
A breathe away from victory
I matter
You matter
We matter, all
I matter
You matter
We matter, all
Powerful
Powerful
I see a colorful future
Where skin don't define any human
And stars are the only thing shooting
Shooting, wow oh
Mothers that bury their child
How can we sit there and hide
Change comes when all take a stand now
Stand up
Stand up
Martin's speech still echoes in my brain
Every shade was beautifully made
And Powerful
There's so much strength in you and me
Powerful
A breathe away from victory
I matter
You matter
We matter, all
I matter
You matter
We matter, all
Powerful
Powerful
Oh Oh, Oh Oh, Oh.Oh
Oh Oh, Oh Oh, Oh.Oh
Oh Oh, Oh Oh, Oh.Oh
Powerful
There's so much strength in you and me
Powerful
A breathe away from victory
I matter
You matter
We matter, all
I matter
You matter
We matter, all
Powerful

Hello amazing people, how have you all been doing?
I hope well!, It's another week on the Pukumundo Singing Voice music event and am so glad been part of it. So for this week am doing a song by Justin Bieber called Sorry. I first heard this song some years back when I just started learning how to play the piano, i spend some nights learning how to play the song on the keyboard and when I finally did it was like a dream come true. The song was a real masterpiece, I hope you love the cover guys.
Lyrics **You gotta go and get angry at all of my honesty
You know I try but I don't do too well with apologies
I hope I don't run out of time, could someone call a referee?
Cause I just need one more shot at forgiveness
I know you know that I made those mistakes maybe once or twice
By once or twice I mean maybe a couple a hundred times
So let me, oh let me redeem, oh redeem, oh myself tonight
Cause I just need one more shot at second chances
Yeah, is it too late now to say sorry?
Cause I'm missing more than just your body
Is it too late now to say sorry?
Yeah I know that I let you down
Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?
I'm sorry, yeah
Sorry, yeah
Sorry
Yeah I know that I let you down
Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?
I'll take every single piece of the blame if you want me to
But you know that there is no innocent one in this game for two
I'll go, I'll go and then you go, you go out and spill the truth
Can we both say the words and forget this?
Is it too late now to say sorry?
Cause I'm missing more than just your body
Is it too late now to say sorry?
Yeah I know that I let you down
Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?
I'm not just trying to get you back on me
Cause I'm missing more than just your body
Is it too late now to say sorry?
Yeah I know that I let you down
Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?
I'm sorry, yeah
Sorry, oh
Sorry
Yeah I know that I let you down
Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?
I'm sorry, yeah
Sorry, oh
Sorry
Yeah I know that I let you down
Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?
Thanks for listening guys🙏🏽

Hello friends, it's always with joy and honor participating on the hive open mic music event every week. So the theme of this week is "Paper kites" I decided to the song "Heal the world" by "Michael Jackson" the King of pop. I listened to this song alot while growing up and I think looking at the world today it's the best time to sing songs like this. This song carries a powerful message.
The message the song is sending is we need to consider other lives who live in great danger and poverty, helping one another in every situation no matter what race it is and with love and kindness together we'll save the world. I hope you love it as you listen
Lyrics **There's a place in your heart
And I know that it is love
And this place it was brighter than tomorrow
And if you really try
You'll find there's no need to cry
In this place you'll feel there's no hurt or sorrow
There are ways to get there
If you care enough for the living
Make a little space
Make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me, and the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
If you want to know why
There's love that cannot lie
Love is strong
It only cares of joyful giving
If we try we shall see
In this bliss we cannot feel
Fear of dread, we stop existing and start living
Then it feels that always
Love's enough for us growing
Make a better world
So make a better world
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me, and the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
And the dream we were conceived in will reveal a joyful face
And the world we once believed in will shine again in grace
Then why do we keep strangling life
Wound this earth, crucify its soul?
Though it's plain to see, this world is heavenly
Be god's glow
We could fly so high
Let our spirits never die
In my heart I feel you are all my brothers
Create a world with no fear
Together we cry happy tears
See the nations turn their swords into plowshares
We could really get there
If you cared enough for the living
Make a little space
To make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me, and the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me, and the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
Heal the world (heal the world)
Make it a better place
For you and for me, and the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
You and for me (for a better place)
You and for me (make a better place)
You and for me (make a better place
live in)
You and for me (save it for our children)
You and for me (heal the world we live in)
You and for me (save it for our children)
You and for me (heal the world we live in)
You and for me (save it for our children)
You and for me (heal the world we live in)
You and for me (save it for our children)**

Ain't got no gal to make you smile
Don't worry, be happy
'Cause when you worry your face will frown
And that will bring everybody down
So don't worry, be happy***
***Don't worry, be happy now
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy***
***Now there, is this song I wrote
I hope you learned note for note
Like good little children, don't worry, be happy
Now listen to what I said, in your life expect some trouble
When you worry you make it double
But don't worry, be happy, be happy now
don't worry***
***(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
don't worry, don't worry***
***(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, don't do it, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) put a smile in your face
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't bring everybody down like this
don't worry***
***(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) it will soon pass, whatever it is
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) I'm not worried, I'm happy***

Hello my sound music friends, it's been a while since I posted on here but am glad to be back. So today I'll be doing for you a song by "Cece Winans" called "it wasn't easy". This song was released back in 1999 and it was a hit too back then especially in the gospel community. Have listened to the song alot this days and I just thought of sharing with you guys today so I hope you'll all love it.
Lyrics-letra Don't think for a moment I never felt the pain You can't imagine The hurt and the shame They put the nails through my hands Pierced my side, please, understand It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
I didn't have to do it
But I did it anyway
'Cause I really love you
So much I took your place
I died for your sins
Yes, I'm the one
Don't take it lightly what I've done
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it, oh
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
I left my throne
My purpose was the cross
Shed innocent blood, I paid the cost
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it (but it was worth it)
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
It wasn't easy, it wasn't easy (it was worth it, yes it was)
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it
It was worth it, ooh
No, it wasn't easy, no, it wasn't easy
But it was worth it
Ooh-oh

Hello my music friends, happy new month to you'll, i hope you are having an amazing one. Its always joyful coming back every week to participate in this great music event. The theme of this week "UNDISCLOSED WORDS" took me straight to this song "2002" which is originally done by "Anne-Marie". The song is paying tribute to the year 2002, talking about how her childhood look like and the relationship she experienced during the year in question. I hope you'll listen to the words while enjoying the video guys and may you have an amazing week ahead, Thanks. Lyrics ***I will always remember
The day you kissed my lips
Light as a feather
And it went just like this
No, it's never been better
Than the summer of 2002 (ooh)***
***Uh, we were only eleven
But acting like grown-ups
Like we are in the present
Drinking from plastic cups
Singing, "Love is forever and ever"
Well, I guess that was true***
***Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods
On an old Mustang, where we sang
Songs with all our childhood friends
And it went like this, say
Oops, I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye
Hold up, if you wanna go and take a ride with me
Better hit me, baby, one more time, uh
Paint a picture for you and me
On the days when we were young, uh
Singing at the top of both our lungs***
***Now we're under the covers
Fast forward to eighteen
We are more than lovers
Yeah, we are all we need
When we're holding each other
I'm taken back to 2002 (ooh)
Yeah***
***Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods
On an old Mustang, where we sang
Songs with all our childhood friends
And it went like this, say***
***Oops, I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye
Hold up, if you wanna go and take a ride with me
Better hit me, baby, one more time, uh
Paint a picture for you and me
On the days when we were young, uh
Singing at the top of both our lungs
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh***
***Dancing on the hood in the middle of the woods
On an old Mustang, where we sang
Songs with all our childhood friends
Oh, now***
***Oops, I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye
Hold up, if you wanna go and take a ride with me
Better hit me, baby, one more time
Paint a picture for you and me
On the days when we were young
Singing at the top of both our lungs
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh
On the day we fell in love, love, love***
