The weekly church services for the Upper Snake River Cooperative Parish of the United Methodist Church. We serve three wonderful churches in Chubbuck, American Falls and Aberdeen, Idaho.
This week we talked about how we can prepare the way. How to prepare for Christmas, how to prepare for Christ, and how to prepare for each other.
This week we celebrate the beginning of Advent and we talk about what kind of days are ahead for us.

This Sunday was Christ the King Sunday, so we talked about the nature of Christ's kingship, and about what it means to say that his kingdom is not of this world.
This week we're talking about the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem, the end of the world, and what to remember when it feels like your world is coming to an end.

The ancient Celtic Pagans, and early Celtic Christians believed that All Hallow's Eve was a time when the veil between our world and the next world was at it's thinnest. This week we talked about what Jesus had to say about not being far from the kingdom, and we discussed what it means to love God and love your neighbor.
