After another clash of opinions, I brought coffee to Chuck’s house and showed him the AKA Coffee beans I believed were so bad I wished to have returned them. Chuck thinking I was only brewing incorrectly, we compared them to similar Heart Coffee beans. Via inspecting, cupping and v60 brewing the coffees, the two of us sat to compare and educate. Who was right? Was I drinking sh!t coffee? Listen and find out.
