Marty Tankleff had just turned 17 when he was arrested for killing his parents, Seymour and Arlene Tankleff, in their home on Long Island, NY. Based on a dubious, unsigned "confession" extracted from him following hours of interrogation by a detective with a questionable background, Marty was convicted and sentenced to 50 years to life. After 17 years in prison, Marty's conviction was vacated by the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department, in December of 2007. On July 22, 2008, a judge signed off on a motion by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to dismiss all charges against Marty.

Join us to hear the story of Jimmy Dennis, an innocent man on death row in Pennslyvania.  There is no physical evidence linking Jimmy Dennis to this crime. The getaway car was described by witnesses as a gold or tan 4-door Chevy Malibu or Caprice with a Pennsylvania license plate ending in 988. Jimmy neither owned a car nor had a license. The vehicle used in the crime was never connected in any way to Jimmy, nor was it ever located. The gun used in the crime was never recovered, nor was any gun found among Jimmy's possessions. The gold earrings allegedly stolen from Miss Williams were never found, and there is no evidence that Jimmy ever had them in his possession.  Call in 646-378-1432
