Allah has taught us to treat our parents with kindness and be obedient to them as they are the biggest benefactor of their children in this life.
This dua for parents is from the Qur'an. It is mentioned in Surah Al-Isra Ayah 24.

Mu’adh (RA) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) took hold of my hand and said, “O Mu’adh! By Allah I love you, so I advise you to never forget to recite after every prayer:

This dua should be recited after every salah.

Salaam Alaikum,
This dua is known as 'Dua to remove Anxiety & Sorrow'.
A supplication which Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us & advised that if any believer is afflicted with distress and makes this supplication, then his supplication will be answered. If he says this, Allah will remove his affliction and replace it with joy and happiness [Musnad Ahmad 1/391]. Please listen & learn with meanings
