Alex was a truther, so we heard a little about his background as a truther too.

While Brent was off completing a side-quest, Ivor and Stars interviewed Jordan Wilson. As a true renaissance man, Jordan is a journalist, software engineer, and manager. He currently works as a manager for the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.
As a journalist, he helped break the #hartleaks story when he worked for logically.ai.
As a software engineer, he created the open source telegram tool Telepathy.
In this wide-ranging conversation the lads giggled about hartleaks & magnets, but spent most of the time discussing OSINT, disinformation, and the ups and downs of being involved in open source research.

Early one Sunday morning, the Lads got up, made coffees, and spoke to Dr. Susan Oliver, from the University of New South Wales in Australia, about how to access, research, understand, and test the validity of scientific papers published in journals, misogyny, and trolls. They also discussed Susan's YouTube channel, and how she got started in debunking misinformation, and the fall of Dr. Campbell.
All of that and more is packed into this episode.

Dr. Susan Oliver'sresearch focuses on developing functional polymeric materials and nanoparticles from both natural and synthetic products for antimicrobial, anticancer, and advanced materials applications. She also leads a team of researchers working in collaboration with an industry partner to develop nontoxic polymeric materials for use in advanced fire-retardant materials.

The Lads are joined on tour by Dr Viki Male, an Immunologist working on pregnancy at Imperial College, to discuss covid, vaccines, fertility and pregnancy. We really enjoyed recording this, Viki was a knowledgeable and fun guest, who is passionate about her field, and a thoughtful communicator.
