I will describe how they affect us in our present day life, as well what to do right now to take action. 2024 is all about self-awareness and action.

Do you find it hard to believe in love after experiencing the biggest heartbreak of your life?

Are you struggling with feeling resentful, angry or stonewalling those who hurt you?

If yes, then this is the perfect podcast for you.

I am so excited to welcome my guest, a dear childhood friend who has had the courage to follow her dreams all the way to HOLLYWOOD, only to experience a detour in her life that has made her become the strongest version of herself. She is an actress and a producer in LA, and is now working towards her biggest dream yet, becoming an executive producer.

Audrey opens up about the deep tear in her heart that she experienced when breaking the vow she made when she realized that her relationship was not going to be able to survive. From sleeping on an air mattress to living in a camper, Audrey shares her story with us in hopes that she can give a "mustard seed of faith to help you move mountains, even if you are your own mountain."

She shares "I have every right to be a jaded, tough, cold hearted man hater, and I am proud to say that my heart is still soft. It’s like a diamond. That has led me to the biggest accomplishments in life."

In this conversation we learn:

-How she kept her soft heart

-Why she still believes in love

-How the pressure and pain pushed her into the best version of herself

With Love for your Heart and Mind,

Doralee Quintero

One of the biggest things I have learned about burn out, is that we don't often see the signs coming until it is too late, and we are tired AF.  I have experienced this so many times, and often don't realize it until I am stuck to the couch, unable or unwilling to move. I also learned that the type of mom I am has directly contributed to my burn out.

This episode is for all the tired, hardworking moms who are just trying to navigate this season of life. Follow along to hear if you fall into the category of the three types of mommas, and what you can do to get yourself back on track.

Spoiler alert, we ALL HAVE AN EGO.

In today's episode, Doralee explains the main differences between our higher self and the ego. She breaks it all the way down that a five year old can understand it. She does this because there are many misconceptions about what it means, and so many people are oblivious when they are acting out in ego, and don't understand why the push people away.

You will learn how to control it, and how to differentiate between both voices that coexist in your head.

In this episode, Doralee breaks depression and anxiety down to Barney. We feel stuck sometimes when we don't understand ourselves, or when we see a therpist or a doctor and we still don't understand how to fix ourselves. Sometimes it is not a quick fix. Sometimes we need to see a professional, and that's okay.

Doralee is NOT a licensed therapist, nor a doctor. So please, make sure you seek out some resources in your area if your symptoms feel unbearable. One thing you should not do though, is stay alone with your thoughts. I hope you find some clarity in this episode, and a better understanding of where your feelings come from.
