Conveniently Maricopa County reported a massive problem at several of their voting locations and according to reports, “about 17,000 ballots were placed in box 3, a locked box where uncounted votes go to be counted later. Scott details the legal history of the Fourteenth Amendment, which was used by the Court in Roe to argue in favor of the made up “right” to an abortion. By unpacking the legal history Scott ( who holds a Master’s degree in US History with a particular focus on legal history) not only breaks down Alito’s decision, but also gives context to the origin of the Fourteenth Amendment in overcoming another infamous Supreme Court Case, Dred Scott V Sandford. Finally, Scott exposes abortion for what it is, a violation of Natural Law and the New Peculiar Institution.
