The main goal of my podcast is giving you the comfort of feeling like you have a friend, inspiring people to always become the best version of themselves, and maybe make life a tiny bit more on the easier side, with sometimes just a good laugh. It's all about perspective, so let's change it together!
"power does not come from doing the things you do, but from overcoming the things you thought you could never overcome."
"it's in responsibility that most people find the meaning that sustains them through life. It's not in happiness. It's not in impulsive pleasure." - JBP
"perhaps happiness is always to be found in the journey uphill, and not in the fleeting sense of satisfaction awaiting at the next peak." - JBP
I don't know how I managed to talk about neuroscience, psychology, literature & my own life experiences in 30 minutes; but here.
Fear of not doing enough, being enough, working hard enough, etc. I wanted to share thoughts I've been experiencing lately, and analyze the reason behind them with you guys. Do you feel the same way?
Not an expert or a life coach, just speaking from my own experience in hopes to touch somebody else's heart and pave the way for a greater vision of theirs to discover. x
It is so easy to blame other people, circumstances, emotions, but rarely do we ask ourselves if we need to look within. I once read a quote that I loved. It read "healing also means taking an honest look at the role you play in your own suffering." it made me think, maybe, if I had a role in it, I can also have the power to stop it completely.
Here's to a life that is run by the engine of our passion for the things we love the most. Here is for being alive, and not just living. Here is for having the guts to live, the way we want to.
"it's not important that you become a good fighter in this world, and it's not important that you become a good spiritual guide in this word. It's important that you find a way to live a pleasant life, and in the best case, support other people that they also find the same. This is what it's about. No matter in which form you put it- in which- from cultural background you put it in. The main idea is; if you don't find this way of reducing the suffering of your surrounding, your suffering won't stop." - Shi Heng Yi
Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and we can be the hardest on ourselves. It is not the end, and you can feel again; something other than dread. Let's find our way together ❤️
Our mental wellbeing is just as important as our physical wellbeing; which explains why surgeons don't operate on depressed patients, until they're optimistic about the operation. Your mental state is that powerful. Let's break the stigma surrounding all the attention that our mental health care needs, and start normalizing therapy.
This chapter of breaking the foundation is for every dreamer out there, every person with a burning passion that is being buried by our society's view on what's considered a "good" career and what isn't. I was honored to have the business owner of a small business called "American Cookies" here in Algeria tell me all about her adventures in pursuing her passion of baking, the obstacles she faced and where she's headed for in the future. I hope you enjoy, and follow your personal legend!
Welcome to the first episode of season 2, where I'm honored to start it off with my friend Mïna, host of Tarwa 3ala Rassif podcast. In this first step to a new journey in DiMansion's world, we discuss women oppression in our society, forced marriages, stigma around certain lifestyles a woman can choose for herself and feminism. Buckle up, and enjoy.
A continuation to my brilliant episode on Joe dispenza's work in researching the placebo effect, neuroscience and neuroplasticity and how we can apply it to our lives, hosting my lovely and talented friend marwa. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!
I'm sick of our so-called "traditions"; a name used to mask the real toxicity in most of our societal habits that got normalized to the point where this toxicity is no longer considered anything of negative nature. I let myself go ALL OUT on everything that bothers me on this subject matter, especially relating to women and how objectified we are.
Are you addicted to being productive like I am? There is a sense of purpose in doing so; feeling like you have a reason to wake up every single day. What do you think is yours?
Are you your true, authentic, 100% natural self, or are you living through the lense of your shadow self, letting it dictate how your life goes, hurting yourself and other people?. In this episode, I talk about the pros and cons of merging who you really are and who you show the world, and the concept of our "shadow self", and overcoming it.
If I could summarize this episode, it'd be me having a mental throw up, giving you guys some pep talk and just talking about life. One of those episodes where I just feel like talking to a friend. ❤️
Just a heart-to-heart conversation with you guys, catching up on everything that's been going on and feeling less alone, together. I love you❤️
If you ever thought you were an overthinker, wait until I show you the other side. Lol. In this episode, I talk about my diagnosis with a hyperactive mind, my struggles and how I learned to cope with it. I hope you enjoy :)
This episode is for all the kids who were raised to develop traumas, unhealthy relationships with themselves and other people, kids living in unfavorable life circumstances due to the poor decisions of adults. This episode is inspired by the lack of awareness on the importance of being responsible enough to have a child, and the triggering tendencies of our society.
Catching up. Just one on one with you guys in this one, and I love it. In this episode, I talk about several magical moments (involves babies), books, poetry, Zodiacs, and way more lol. I love just having a regular conversation with you guys as if I'm catching up with a friend; which is exactly what this episode is all about. I hope you enjoy. Love you.
I've been super excited for this episode, solely because I wanted every single person listening to get up and read it. In this really fun episode, I talk about one of John Green's best books on the topic of Mental Health, specifically OCD, my own experience with it and much more. I genuinely enjoyed recording this one, and I hope listening is as fun for you too. ❤️
I'm always talking about myself and my life experiences on this podcast, but you guys, apparently, seem to like that a lot that you wanted more. So, in this episode, you're going to get to know me, weird facts about me, embarrassing memories, and much more. I hope you enjoy! ❤️
Ever tried to dig yourself out of an infinite hole, but you only kept digging deeper? That's exactly what living with anxiety feels like. In this episode, I - as usual- open up about my own struggles with such negative spirals, how to cope with it and other random catching up life events of mine. I hope you enjoy this one. I love you!
Medical school is a dream of so many people these days, but is it worth it? In this episode, I talk about the pros and cons of aspiring to become a doctor, what you should look out for before pursuing such a career and my own experience. ❤️
Honestly just an episode where I feel like I'm chatting with a close friend about life. We don't always need revised topics and noted sentences; let's just talk.
Other than everything I've learned and shared with you guys in this episode, we discuss movies, audiobooks, random life events of mine, and much more lol. I wanted to make this to remind myself of how much I've grown over the years, and get to share the experience with you. I hope you enjoy. Love you❤️
In this episode, I have my lovely friend Rania over to discuss our experiences with dealing with an eating disorder, body image issues, bullying, and much more. Hope you guys enjoy (: ❤️
Probably one of the most important podcast episodes I've ever made. I hope you felt it with me ❤️
How many of us have heard about meditation, and thought it was something made for some sort of special people to practice ontop of mountains in the Himalayas? Yeah, me too. In this episode, I share my own experience with meditation, what it has done for my mental health, how you could do it, and so much more. I hope you enjoy ❤️
Do you appreciate the beauty of the sky as the sun is rising every morning on your way to work or school? Did you notice that little flower growing on the side of the road? Are you here, or living in your head?. This episode is inspired by the craving and longing to be present and in the moment as when we were little kids, with little to worry about and so much to experience. Can you grow older, and still have that spark? I hope you never lose it. ❤️
YOU ARE THE PLACEBO, by Joe Dispenza, one of the best books I've ever read, and I wanted to share my experience with you guys. In this episode, I try to tell you guys absolutely everything I've learned from this man, through both his book and extensive research on his content, to get you guys to enjoy the benefits as well, and apply it to your own life. Remember, YOU are your own placebo. You're the poison, and the remedy.
Do you ever fall into the rabbit hole of your own thoughts? I've definitely been going there myself, and wanted to share it with you guys. Scary how in depth you could get sometimes, but it gives birth to good things, like this podcast episode (just kidding), but you get the point. Depth is a form of art, and I've grown to appreciate it in the little things, the older I get.
This podcast wouldn't have existed because I wouldn't have had anything to talk about or any personality whatsoever if it wasn't for this woman, who's impacted me on such a deep level to the point where she's my #1 inspiration in life. In this episode, we get to know my mom together, talk about her career, balancing it with family life, life advice and so much more! Here's my little secret source of motivation - my mom, idol and best friend.
"if God ain't real, real isn't." - NF. This episode is dedicated to him and him only, who is there for me and you, and who's capable of miracles in a blink of an eye. In this episode, I talk about the importance of faith, love connection with God and how to implement it in your own life. From him, and to him. ❤️
From my heart to yours, in hopes my energy touches it. If you're struggling with negative emotions, depression, lack of motivation, you name it; this one's for you. I want you to know there's hope and this is not it, and that if nothing - I want you to see it could get better. Press play, shut out your thoughts for a little bit and listen to me, I might talk you out of your head.
A contreversial episode! There you go. In this one, I have my friend Douaa as a guest and we discuss various topics, including women's rights in our society, oppression, pretty Privilege, toxicity masked by the word "traditions" in some cases, religion and much more. It was interesting to hear a completely different point of view than mine, and even more interesting to be heard and accepted for my own beliefs and perspectives. Hope you enjoy this one!
Ever felt like your life really looks the same every single day? Nothing to be excited about, lost the MOJO for everything, etc? This one's for you. You didn't lose the mojo. You didn't lose the spark. Because you're the mojo, and you ARE the spark. :) ❤️
You know what makes someone beautiful? Is the fact that they're not entirely perfect. There's beauty in imperfection, and the amount of pressure that is put on us these days to portray anything close to that has become overwhelming, which is what I discuss in this episode. You're okay just as you are, and if you need a heads up, just press play! I'll be there :)
The art of doing nothing, while getting everything fall into place. What if I told you that the more relaxed you are about things, the better the results are? In this episode, I talk about the importance of letting go of control, focusing on the present, daoism, actually doing everything while, metaphorically, "doing nothing."
Thought it'd be fun to answer some questions about myself :) we're literally online best friends, so might as well share a little information. Hope you enjoy! ❤️
You're not alone. I got you. It's not the end of the world, and we'll get through it, together. If you could use a little mood booster, this one's for you. I hope my voice can reach out through your earphones and give your anxious mind a hug, maybe calm those thoughts down. Whatever it is, it will pass, and I'm here to prove it to you. :)
In the midst of the violence and oppression happening in Palestine, this episode was made specifically to spread awareness onto our long forgotten case, encourage people to act and keep spreading their voices online, and shut down any of the minority trying to find excuses as to why they shouldn't speak up or show their support. Don't stop! Be the voice of your people! We need you!
Does faith need to be backed up by solid facts? Why do we always feel the need to protect our spirituality? Is there a reason behind religion being targeted as a myth or a way to stroke one's ego in hopes of having a meaning of the life we're living, and not just something people fall in love and connect to God with? In this episode, I talk about religion, spirituality, conspiracy theories, poetry and much more, to try and make my point clear on how I personally view God and spiritual beliefs in general.
In this lighthearted and fun episode, me and my friend Douaa record both a podcast and video asking each other questions suggested online as a means of getting to know someone. We go from meeting a famous figure, to being open and vulnerable, and much more. If you like this one, let me know so we can make more in the future :)!

In this episode, I discuss my own experience with spending so much time by myself, how you can do so as well, ways to make it enjoyable and productive, and so much more! ❤️
Disclaimer! Things get a little crazy with this one. From a young age, I've always been interested in the supernatural, "conspiracies" and things that go against what society would categorize as normal or accepted, hence my passion for researching conspiracy theories. In this episode, I let my passion LOOSE and talk about everything I've researched and read into over the years, what might be happening behind the scenes and other crazy ideas you may or may not want to find out about. Enjoy!
Procrastination - the word that sets so many goals back. How do you avoid that constantly lingering temptation of going after what feels good, rather than doing what you find uncomfortable and just choosing to avoid your responsibilities? In this episode, I talk about time management, how to do more and not overwork yourself simultaneously, loving what you do and being gentle with yourself all the way through. ❤️
Ever had deeper questions on your mind that you wished you could share with somebody and just discuss life in general? Whether it's how to be the change in the world, goals, how to get over things, we're always going to discuss it together. We all have questions we wish we could find the answers to, and I'm here to help, even when I have my own as well!
How many of us aren't fully enjoying our lives because of how engrossed we are in our circumstances, surroundings, relationships, and responsibilities in general? Get out of that place, and go see the world. Don't survive, LIVE, before it's too late to shoot your shot. Look around you, and appreciate what exists outside of your own self, and life. There's so much to take in, so don't wait to get to the destination, because there's no destination. There's only a journey.
In a world full of constant exposition to media, how life should be, what you should have and how you should act, it take guts to choose what speaks to your heart the most. There is no better way of going about life than loving the smaller, little details that are now perceived as inconvenient or not "cool", and in this episode, I talk about how to do exactly that. Open your eyes, and see the beauty, even in the things people perceive as something utterly and completely not so beautiful .
I don't know about you, but I'm sick of being told how to think, act, and what opinions to have in order to be "accepted" by our modern society. In this episode, I talk about NORMALIZING having a basic thought process and personal outlook on things, famous rebellious people and how to be aware of the mind washing-internet opinions phenomenon!

In this episode, I mention tips, personal experiences and much more, to hopefully help even one single person believe that they're good enough to contribute to their own society.

In this very improvised and honest episode, I just let myself wander on the topics of human compassion towards one another, being original and unapologetically authentic, as well as the importance of acknowledging and validating your feelings, whilst trying to make it as beneficial as possible for you to apply (as you wish!) into your own life. ❤️
