About Kellie
Dr. Kellie Dixon, affectionately known as ‘Dr.K’ is a woman simply living within God’s anointing of purpose and prosperity. She is a higher education professional, certified life coach (e.g. holistic wellness coaching and dissertation coaching), business owner/consultant (Clear Pathway Consulting Services LLC), on-air personality, HBCU advocate and sneaker/hoodie collector! Dr. K became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in 2006, by way of the Phi Omicron Chapter at Longwood University. Currently, as a Zeta, she serves as the State of North Carolina Leadership and Development Coordinator. Educationally, Dr. K holds an associate’s degree (Science), a bachelor’s degree (Kinesiology) a master’s degree (Community and College Counseling) and a doctorate degree (Organizational Leadership). Regardless of the role, Dr. K is well versed in leadership development from a holistic view that includes conflict management, assessment, strategic planning, motivation, team effectiveness and more.

Dr. K currently serves as the Director for Student Affairs Assessment and Staff Development at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. Tamala Choma was appointed to Vice President and General Counsel of Valley Presbyterian Hospital (VPH) in May 2020. Prior to joining VPH, Ms. Choma served as Senior Counsel for L.A. Care Health Plan, Senior Counsel for UC Riverside, Associate Counsel for Genesis Health System, Associate Counsel and Of Counsel for Rady Children’s Hospital – San Diego, Senior Counsel for Dignity Health, Corporate Counsel and Of Counsel for Sharp HealthCare, and as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in various clinical and educational settings.
As General Counsel, Ms. Choma provides legal advice, counsel, and guidance to senior executives across multiple lines of business on compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, and oversees all aspects of risk management, contract management, and compliance as well as coordinating all legal matters within the organization.
Ms. Choma earned her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from San Diego State University, her master’s degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University, and her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.

This diversity in experience has precipitated her unique aptitude for the design of effective campaign strategy. Ms. Caulder was honored to support the United Nations by leading the design of the strategic marketing and communications plan for the High-Level Panel on Women’s Economic Empowerment. Responsible for establishing the brand positioning, visual representation, messaging strategy and tactical implementation plan for the UN HLP, Elizabeth’s team was also instrumental in the compilation and delivery of the report to the Secretary General.
