The season of spring, or Imbolc, brings the beginnings of new life - and reflecting on it can help with seeding ideas, new creations, and committing both to what you want to do - and what you don't. Listen to this meditation as spring begins, or whenever you need support with incubating new ideas, planning, and generating projects.
