Ashley and Brian lament the discrediting of the Judicial Branch of the federal government in spreading falsehoods during oral argument of Nat. Fed'n of Indep. Bus. v. Dept. of Labor's application for stay of the OSHA mandate heard on January 7, 2022.
Brian and Ashley discuss the conflicting narratives surrounding the Omicron variant: on the one hand, US news and health authorities are sounding an alarm over the increase in presence of this new variant in the US; on the other, South African scientists claim (and US health authorities admit) that the variant, though highly mutated, appears to only cause mild symptoms. Why wouldn't we want to use this variant to increase natural immunity?

Also take a deep dive into the US District Court Order in Georgia issuing a preliminary injunction against the federal contractor mandate and expanding it nationwide.
