It's about time I brought one of my siblings onto the show. I mention them often in my previous episodes, but my sister Debbie has always stood out. She was a rebel by nature. Wild child. Down right pain in the backside. And I love her to death. We go over how we grew from the classic siblings that hated each other to maturing into our adult selves and prepping for her upcoming marriage in July. Come sit as we discuss our different paths as was the case with all of my siblings going our own ways in life.
This time, I can say, if you feel like you need a family, you can come meet mine. Please subscribe, share, like, comment, or whatever you'd like to support the channel.
Joey is a teacher, a friend, and most importantly, a good person to spend time with. Joey gives his perspective as a teacher as to the positives and negatives of today's education system and we talk about the recent school shootings and what we can do if anything to change. This week is a more heavy hitting conversation than normal and that's why I love the conversation.
Happy Memorial Day and thank you for all who have sacrificed in serving our nation.
Meet the only reason I'm still around. Chris Sible. A man abundant with love and gave me his time when I needed it the most. Fellow corgi parent and man of faith, we talk about how we started out as "enemies" that slowly evolved over the years into a one-of-a-kind friendship. Looking for the silver lining in life is sometimes the last thing we want to do, but sometimes is the one thing we need the most. Pull up a seat as I fight off the waterworks and spend my Saturday with my good friend. Please share with your friends and subscribe to the channel to keep the love going.
Today we go back, way back to my hometown and talk with someone whose family is my second family, Quentin Fowler. We group up asian together in a small town and both went separate ways to living in big cities meeting new people. Have a seat as we talk about life, death, and toxic relationships. And everything else in between.
If you or anyone you know feels like they need a friend, you can come meet mine.

Mattie's background rings really close to home for me. She moved away from where she grew up and started her life far away from anyone she knew. She's since been on a mission building several different communities that really bring joy and purpose to her life. We talk about how we foster those relationships and giving our whole self to our passions. I've included some information below on some organizations she partners with if this episode resonated with where you're also at in your journey to building community.

Katie and I catch up over lost time and lost people. Battling the depression that comes with low self-esteem and not having purpose can drive us to have some intense feelings, or a lack of any. Sit with us and have a laugh at our expense talking it all out.
Meet the reason I can afford to put food on the table. My mentor Andy has guided me along my professional career to highlight my strengths and more importantly what I bring to the table. Aside from the business aspect, Andy has been a close friend that has watched me grow into the young adult I am today. I've been blessed to have him as a focal point in my journey and now he's a part of yours too.
Meet my camera shy, but not so opinion-shy friend, Marcus. Or as I like to call him, Woody. We talk about growing up as a young teen through a divorce that lasted longer than 10 years to finalize, and taking care of his mom the whole time. Woody made sacrifices for himself in order to help those around him, even at his own expense. Buckle up as we sit through this alcohol-infused no-webcam experience together.
Chris and I spend our Saturday reminiscing on our past. Losing the "dream job" and that feeling of failure can make anyone second guess our worth. Join us as we talk about finding our value and surrounding ourselves with people that see it.
