Hey skiers, Aaron discussed Whiteface with Ray and provided some significant feedback about our great mountain. Most importantly Aaron conveyed the idea that he wants to have an ongoing dialogue with our dedicated Whiteface skiing community to evaluate their opinions and suggestions for further improvements. His openness to developing a dialogue with us was very positive and encouraging. I mentioned that I have had a season pass at Whiteface since the 1970's and have witnessed firsthand the great improvements at the mountain. Among the many topics covered was the issue of a reservoir to improve snow making output, which was also very encouraging. I realize we couldn't address all the concerns raised on the Facebook Page and this Podcast. However, skiers should email your comments to me, and I will forward them to Aaron, or just go to the Whiteface Facebook page and we can schedule another podcast to address whatever concerns listeners believe should be further explored. Approximately 40 GOP Reps oppose aiding Ukraine while 180 support Ukraine's efforts to drive the Russian aggressors out of their nation. Russia agreed to recognize the sovereignty of Ukraine in exchange for Ukraine handing over to Russia nuclear warheads previously belonging to the USSR following the collapse of the USSR. Yet Russia attacked Georgia and Crimea and Obama-Biden did nothing, thereby encouraging Russia's genocide in Ukraine. Worse still President Biden stated he would not take action if Russia only annexed a small portion of Ukraine. In addition, Biden has slow walked the provision of the weapons systems Ukraine needed to win an early victory thereby indefinitely extending the war to becoming a WW I type trench warfare stalemate.
Many Americans realize the grave danger of appeasement, yet some like Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson remain heartlessly and strategically indifferent to the overwhelming threat to the west enabling Russia invites. Similar to the appeasement of Hitler and its tragic consequences in 1939, appeasing Russia green lights attacks on NATO NATIONS, at a time when Ukraine is succeeding in pushing back the Russian genocidal invaders. It's not a "territorial dispute," as Ron DeSantis stated! It is outright blatant genocidal aggression. Contrary to some Republican critics, Europe is contributing enormously to Ukraine's military efforts to remain a sovereign nation. There can be no peace in a world that appeases criminal invasions of sovereign Nations. Thats why the International Criminal Justice Court has declared Putin a war criminal.
The pronouncements of Ingraham, Carlson, Gaetz and others that support for Ukraine is causing Biden to not be able to deal with America's many problems including crime and illegal immigration is entirely without merit. Biden's leftist climate hysteria, CRT, LGBTQ, anti-police policies are ruining America NOT AMERICAN SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE.

Ray and Dmitry discuss The Wagner Group taking on Putin and what this means for Ukraine.
China and Ukraine are deeply connected. Our adversary is China-Russia because right now on the world stage they are acting as one geopolitical block against America. Both Russia and China believe they have the right to invade other Nations, and by force subjugate civilians who oppose repression - and who instead want democracy and capitalism. That is the case in Taiwan and Ukraine.
Since Kissinger foolishly recommended and encouraged America to believe an opening to the CCP would democratize China’s tyrannical rulers why should we place much credibility upon his recommendations regarding Russia’s genocidal invasion of Ukraine? He was 100% wrong. Since joining the WTO China has become richer while they hollowed our industrial base and hurt our middle class.
Kissinger would expand his “one world” ideology at Ukraine’s expense…by imposing a “settlement” that would have to involve Ukraine ceding territory to the Kremlin.
Don’t kid yourself … it’s all about the WEF and “One World,” ….by hook or crook. The anti-American “One World” Marxists and corporate profiteers will use whatever misinformation they can to scare the hell out of voters to vote left so the left can “rescue” them from death due to climate change and/or nuclear war with China or Russia. As an example, consider John Kerry’s recent lie that so-called man-made climate change kills 15 million people per year!
As a matter of fact, against the will of the Taiwanese - Kissinger advocated the “One China” policy - when in fact since the Russian assisted Communist takeover of mainland China there has in reality been two Chinas. This demands the question: why not regard Kissinger’s analyses and recommendations as just plain wrong? The so-called Kissinger inspired opening to china was supposed to have made the world safer….but in reality it has expanded china’s aggression and belligerence and as such much more is at risk.
The reason for the continued uncritical acceptance of Kissinger’s views is due to him being a darling of America’s globalists and corporatists who care only about profits at the expense of America’s middle class rather than what’s best for America.
The “One-China” policy has encouraged and escalated China’s aggression towards Taiwan risking war, while China illegally claims the entire South China Sea as sovereign Chinese territory and has a spy base in Cuba. In addition, we ignore balloon over flights, and China’s police stations in our country, and their ongoing pushing of deadly fentanyl across our border killing 75,000 Americans per year.
As for Ukraine Biden’s weakness in providing what Ukraine needs to win is prolonging the war and assisting Putin who is waiting for America and Europe to tire of supporting what appears to be an “endless war.” The war appears endless due to President Biden's incompetence in addressing the war. Of course, Kissinger wants negotiations which would only benefit Russia’s war criminal president, while encouraging Xi to attack Taiwan.
The globalists want business as usual with China and don’t care about Ukraine regaining all its territory. A negotiated settlement would surely be at Ukraine’s expense. The globalists want business as usual with Russia too. Profits in China and Russia is what those of us who believe in borders, and human rights are up against. Follow the money!
Yet - clearly decisive American commitment to providing Ukraine with the material it needs to win … not just survive would be the clearest signal we could send to China to keep its hands off Taiwan.

Former Congressional Candidate Douglas Hoffman provides information and warnings about our looming national debt crisis politicians are ignoring. Our current national debt of $32 trillion burdens every man, woman and child with $100,000 in debt. Doug explained that when most voters pay little or nothing in taxes, they vote for candidates who promise more spending. Taxing the top earners more causes less investing in American growth, and ushers in inflation and higher unemployment. Doug stated both parties share responsibility for ignoring this growing national menace, and that we may experience bankruptcy before anything is done about the problem. Following WW2 the US was immediately challenged by our former ally the USSR as they switched from being anti German Fascism to anti-democratic capitalism. The reason being that Stalin believed that Russian Communism could not survive in a world dominated by successful thriving and expanding democratic capitalism.
Stalin’s view was not new. The Bolsheviks’ violent takeover of Post czarist Russia following popular support for the socialists and the failure of workers to revolt as predicted by Marx occurred because Lenin realized that communism would not survive if it depended upon elections. Russian workers had experienced rapid improvement in their standard of living thereby turning them off to a revolt against what was working for them. The Bolsheviks knew that their so-called “social-justice” Marxist theories would never survive unless Marxist ideology was forcibly imposed upon Russia. The proletariat was not sufficiently intelligent to understand the vicissitudes of Marxism.
Fast forward to 1945. Stalin being a dedicated Bolshevik realistically understood that Eastern Europe would quickly turn to the West following liberation from the Nazis unless he stopped the transition. Stalin’s secret police and military forced Russian Communism upon Eastern Europe thereby subjecting many millions to the tyranny of Russian oppressive totalitarianism. Witness Stalin’s murder of at least 4 million Ukrainians who were punished for resisting Stalin’s communism. Witness those murdered for merely attempting to leave East Germany. Witness the Soviet tank invasions of Czechoslovakia and Hungary to suppress the freedom aspirations of those nations’ citizens. Witness Soviet support for violent communist takeovers in NK, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Stalin’s takeover of Eastern Europe occurred with the approval of the U.S. FDR and Truman believed their decision to enable the Soviet imposition of its sphere of influence upon Eastern Europe would lead to better relations with the USSR.
They were wrong! The Soviets continuously bolstered its military with more men, tanks, jets, Satellites, submarines and nuclear weapons. The Soviets were not fearful of the west though they tried to make their citizens believe that the west was the enemy of the Soviet union’s people. The Soviets built up their military to force the west into accepting their aggressive efforts to extend their control and influence. Communism spread to NK and Vietnam and would have expanded further had America stood up to the communists.
Ronald Reagan stood up to the USSR. Recall his speech in West Berlin: “Mr Gorbachev take down this wall!” Reagan also said “trust but verify” to those on the left who demanded unilateral accommodation of the communists. Reagan militarily outspent the decaying Soviet empire which led to its disintegration. Reagan demonstrated that American self-confidence is effective. This is a point that contrasts Reagan’s America first self confidence with today’s weak American Republican isolationists like Tucker Carlson and Jesse Watters. Republican former governor Chris Christy is right when he recently stated that Trump is assisting Putin.
You might have thought America would have learned its lesson from Chamberlain’s attempt to appease Hitler in Munich, 1939. The actual
takeaway should have been you can’t appease a psychopath who has a lot of weapons and who believes he can win with those weapons.
Another theory advanced by America’s left and it’s libertarian isolationists to explain why the Soviet Union was so militaristic is that NATO is to blame. These dedicated weak isolationists claim that we imposed NATO on the Soviet Union’s European borders to intimidate the Soviet Union. The reality is that former Soviet Satelite Eastern Europe nations who were severely oppressed for decades by the Soviet Union’s milita

Dr. Raymond Havlicek and Dr. Lindsay Havlicek-Bell discuss how empowering Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Coaching (REB-T and REB-C) are. Dr. Havlicek- Bell discussed the difference between appropriate negative emotions as opposed to self-inhibiting destructive negative emotions. Dr. Havlicek-Bell also addressed the idea that despite current wide-spread emphasis on how our past sometimes traumatic experiences are to blame for our conditions, she clearly explained how we can move forward, grow, and heal by addressing our irrational thinking and by disputing our irrational beliefs with rational thoughts. Dr. Havlicek-Bell stated that many profit by the tendency for people to think as "victims." A future Podcast will address how some profit by some Americans' tendency to think as "victims."

Collette LaFuente authored the Resolution of Condemnation and offered it to the North Elba Republican Committee for a vote. The Committee passed the resolution almost unanimously. The resolution is not intended to assist Trump. The resolution is meant to criticize and bring attention to the left's weaponization of our once acclaimed world-renowned justice system. "North Elba Republican Committee Resolution to Condemn the Indictment of Donald J. Trump by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg:
WHEREAS the criminal justice system is based upon equal protection under the law.
WHEREAS the statute of limitations has expired on the initial charge of an accounting misdemeanor.
WHEREAS the indictment connects the accounting entry to a Federal Election Campaign felony.
WHEREAS the Department of Justice and the District Attorney’s office previously declined to prosecute this case.
WHEREAS many legal experts have stated that the case is weak and even a “first year law student” could get it dismissed.

Northern New York Veterinarian Dr. John Cogar (73) and Dmitry Feld traveled to Ukraine to surgically treat pets separated from their owners due to the injury and death of their owners. Dr Cogar, with Dmitry Feld serving as translator and assistant performed 75 operations under very dangerous war time conditions to ensure these animals would once again find loving secure homes.
Dr Cogar is a retired though widely known and loved veterinarian in the Adirondack Region of Northern NY. I was able to interview 2 candidates for the Lake Placid, NY School Board. Both candidates (attorney Ron Briggs, and Oral Surgeon Beth Brunner) were asked to discuss their backgrounds and why they are running for the school board. I specifically directed questions to the issues of improving the district's academic competitiveness, curtailing substance abuse, and addressing students' mental health, and removing politics and transgender indoctrination from the classroom. In addition, I addressed the issue of insuring parental influence and decision making in all decisions regarding the development of their children in school. I found Ron Briggs, Esq., and Dr. Beth Brunner highly qualified and as such I unequivocally endorsed both for the school board.
