It’s high time that you look at the “man/woman in the mirror” and have an honest conversation about why you’re not disciplined. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline exceeds a motivational standard.
Discipline creates a hunger inside of you that goes beyond reason and, sometimes, comprehension. Discipline focuses on the process more so than the end result.
This episode is sure to make you consider how you can consistently show up stronger and better everyday.
This is a journey, not a sprint. It takes courage and bravery to continue to do what others deem impossible. Don’t give up and allow your true identity to keep shining through!
Today’s episode is dealing with a memory of how my son, Robert Diamond, went through a process in order to start walking. As his posture changed, his confidence grew. As his confidence grew, he became more independent and less co-dependent.
Your process should always produce progress. You have to endure in order to reap a harvest. Throw away your time clock because some stages take longer than others - give yourself some grace and know that you will accomplish your assignment at the perfect time.
Don’t rush it, embrace your evolution as the fear-less woman you were created to be‼️
