Which strength CBD should I buy? A key thing to remember is that with any bottle you purchase it’s the mg you take and not the percentage of the bottle that matters.
For example, you could buy the 2000mg / 20% bottle and take 2 -drops, or buy the 1000mg / 10% bottle and take 4 drops and achieve the same dose.
Everybody metabolised CBD differently and the exact dose will vary from person to person. Your weight, metabolic rate, condition, and response to CBD will all affect the amount that you require.
Start with 25mg of CBD a day and add 1- 2 drops extra each day until you find the dose that’s best for you.

IBD is a general term that refers to chronic inflammation of the bowel, but the two main IBD conditions are Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Other conditions include irritable bowel syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
The exact cause of IBD is unknown, and many patients report that their symptoms include nausea, poor appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, and bloating. Proper diet, regular exercise, and stress management support the endocannabinoid system, and in cases of IBS, patients find these additional interventions to be quite effective when combined with CBD therapy.

Manny tells us his amazing story from struggling with his diagnosis of Crohn's Disease and his journey to better gut health. We also find out how CBD played a part in his recovery after almost losing his life and how he is now helping others change their nutritional health for the better.
Crohn’s disease can affect any part of the gut but most commonly the small intestine, causing inflammation, ulcers, pain, bleeding, diarrhoea, and weight loss. Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the large intestine, causing symptoms like Crohn’s.
