I had the honor to interview Lina Ali, an entrepreneur turned artist. She has massive experience in sales and marketing line and has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years.
2 years ago she decided to change her career path to be an artist. Not the singing acting artist but a real painting artist. And since then, she has created many many beautiful gorgeous art pieces with engaging stories, and even launched her first NFT collection during just these 2 years!

I had the honor to interview the founder of my favourite local chocolate brand, COCOVA, Jinli Chan. She had my dream job of being able to taste delicious dark chocolates as part of her job!
Being said that, starting a new food brand during the Covid pandemic, not being able to do roadshows and food testing events wasn’t the easiest thing to do. Watch the interview to know why Jinli cuts off her safety net to start a brand new business that she has zero experience in!
I love how Jinli is being surreal when she shares about her mom's guilt and finding a balance between career and family is not an easy task for her but she tries her best to focus fully on what she does during the specific times. Working time for work and family time fully for the family.
And it is indeed not easy because work calls and work duty comes in any time of the day (I experienced that myself as well), but after knowing your priorities, time management gets easier each day.
