LIFE SPLINTER

Chaos leigon is an outstanding release, even up against older/newer releases like untamed/Dice, all of which will be avaialbe in the Modern format. With cards such as Cornealus,Kralus,Sandworm and High Priest Darius, used by my opponenet alongside Adelade brightwing, managed two resurrects on Sheildbrearer, one of the most prolific taunt characters LIFE splinter has. New life support is no exception and is a great example of an effective high damage output across all attack types, more so abillities that all synergize well together, such as, repair, heal,strengthen,taunt,triage,ressurrect,double strike,blast, which all held up to keep my line-up healthy and intact. The video attached shows how Tanky Uriel in conjunction with support from Djinn Renova,Adelade Brightwing and Sheildbearer with Taunt can be. Match rules consisted of close range which meant summoner (GENERAL SLOAN) made perfect sense. Both of us had come up with similar strategies to utilise the LIFE splinter. Magic and Ranged attacks manage to deal more damage than the oponent could've recovered. Still, it was a fair match, displaying how powerful life can be and will become on-goingly in future releases

CHAOS KNIGHT (David Vs Goliath) URIEL THE PURIFIER

These two behomoths go head to head, assisted by supporting cards that both my opponent and i were using to aid our LIFE tanks and lineup's, while both using (GENERAL SLOAN) for the summoner in GOLD league. The Match rules consisted of the abllities, WEAK MAGIC and EQUALIZER. We both had come up with similar strategies to use Life splinters in this match up.

My oppenents main srategy was (Supply Runner) for speed. De-buffing speed/armor with (Time Mage) , along with Heal from (URIEL) and Tank Heal used by (Venari Crystalsmith). Fly ability on (URIEL) allowed for extra evasiveness. (General Sloan) upping +1 damage output to all range characters was beneficial for the both of us.

My take was similar, although with no emphasis on speed. Instead, focused on supporting (Chaos Knight) with Tank Heal from (Venari Crystalsmith) aswell as Repair/Resurrect from (Adelade Brightwing) which ultimately led to the resurrection of (Chaos knight). An Honourable mention of ability, Giant killer from (chaos knight) would've helped seal the deal sooner if it managed to land multpile times on (URIEL). My focus was to keep the tank alive, long enough for ranged in the backrow to deal maximum damage for as long as possible.

My opponent may have snowballed if all hit points were concerntrated methodically targeting one character at a time, (starting with the back or front). One Effective backrow example is to use a few sneak characters like, (Stitch Leech),(Silversheild Assassin),(Feral Sprit),(Elven Cutthroat),(Uraeus) which is a most popular LIFE formation, Often leaving myself vulnerable and defensless from back attacks.

CARRION SHADE

Welcome to my struggles showcasing Carrion Shade to be the last card standing. I'll be breifly going over the fierce 1 mana death splinter. As a showcase, i wanted him to be the last card remaining, however i have failed. Instead, he was the second last card remaining. The line up's basic and consisted in assiting CARRION SHADE with buffs that made him faster, all the while making the line up less likely to be hit by my opponent, Though that didn't exactly go according to plan. The other cards stole his thunder. Next time, i will use him as intended. A master baiter . So I hope you enjoy this, as much as i enjoyed getting squashed many times trying to get the perfect clip.
