What if everything you thought you knew about death was wrong?Captain Tom Huitema was living a life most people dream of—soaring through the skies as a commercial pilot, in peak health, thriving with purpose and passion. But in an instant, everything changed. One ordinary night, an undiagnosed heart defect triggered sudden cardiac arrest, and Tom flatlined for 20 minutes. Clinically dead, he crossed over—only to return with vivid memories of the afterlife, stories of peace and love that defy logic, and a mission to share what he now knows: we are never alone, and the work we do here on Earth is about far more than our job titles.
Statistically, Tom should not have survived.
Over 90% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests are fatal—especially when defibrillation is delayed. Most survivors, if any, suffer severe neurological damage. But Tom came back not only alive, but fully intact—physically, mentally, and spiritually. His survival is nothing short of a medical miracle.
His journey is more than a near-death experience—it’s a wake-up call for all of us.In this unforgettable episode, Tom recounts the profound beauty and clarity he experienced while on the “other side.” He describes the overwhelming love that flooded every part of his being, the presence of his father and family waiting to greet him, and the soul-stirring message he received: “What you are feeling are all the kindnesses you’ve put into the world.” Tom’s story is a powerful reminder that our greatest legacy isn’t what we do—it’s how we make others feel. If you are navigating grief, questioning the afterlife, or looking to reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and hope, this episode is for you!

What if the life you’ve been dreaming of is still ahead of you—even after the heartbreak of divorce?
In this powerful and inspiring episode, I spend time with Julie Danielson, creator of the Get Over Divorce coaching program and host of the top-rated Get Over Divorce podcast. Julie shares her raw and relatable journey—from smoking and crying in her garage to creating a life and relationship beyond what she ever thought possible. Together, we dive deep into how women can rebuild after divorce, reclaim their identity, and stop playing small in love and life.
You’ll learn why healing isn’t linear (and why “messy dating” is totally normal), how to avoid the trap of dating from need, and why the best time to date again is when you don’t need anyone. We also talk about the myths women buy into after divorce—like needing a “revenge body” or rushing into a new relationship—and how true self-care starts from within. Whether you’re fresh out of a breakup or years down the road and still stuck, this episode is your reminder that your next chapter can be your best one yet.
Key Topics:

What if the key to true healing isn’t just about what you eat—but how you think about food, your body, and yourself? In this powerful conversation, I sit down with naturopathic physicians and food experts Dr. Tanda Cook and Dr. Katie Collier, who share their deeply personal journeys of overcoming eating disorders, finding self-acceptance, and using food as medicine.
We also dive into a topic that affects everyone—stress and its connection to chronic disease. Your body is designed to prioritize survival over healing, meaning chronic stress can lead to autoimmune diseases, heart disease, diabetes and more. Tanda and Katie explain why today’s traditional medical system often focuses on symptom suppression rather than true healing, and how understanding your body’s natural ability to heal can be a game-changer.
Another surprising factor? Community is the #1 predictor of longevity. In a world where disconnection and stress run rampant, Tanda emphasizes the need for real human connection and a supportive environment to create lasting health and happiness.
Key Insights in This Episode:
Why self-intuition and self-regulation are key to healing your relationship with food and your body.
Why chronic stress is a silent disruptor of health—and actionable ways to reduce it.
The power of kindness and curiosity in healing and self-growth.
How tiny, intentional shifts in mindset and behavior lead to profound long-term change.
If you’re ready to take control of your health and embrace a more intuitive, empowering approach to food and self-care, you don’t want to miss this conversation.

Do you actually know what you want in a partner—or are you just winging it?
Could you be unknowingly sabotaging your own love life?
In honor of Valentine’s Day and the month of love, I sat down with renowned matchmaker (and former owner of It’s Just Lunch) Lisa Purdum to uncover what successful daters do differently. We also tackle:
Why emotional connection should come before physical intimacy
How to balance communication so you’re not monologuing or interrogating
The power of self-awareness, setting boundaries, and thinking outside the box

In this week’s episode, we step into the transformative world of Reiki - where ancient wisdom meets modern healing. Reiki is made up of two Japanese words. Rei, which means “Higher Power” and Ki, which is “energy.” When combined, Reiki translates to Universal energy, life force energy, or Divine energy (whichever resonates with you).
My special guest, Lindsey Harper, brings a unique blend of academic rigor and spiritual insight to the table. As an Assistant Professor at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, with a Master's degree in Psychology and a Graduate certificate in Behavioral Statistics, Lindsey is no stranger to the complexities of the human mind. And her journey doesn’t stop there. As a Reiki Master and the Founder of "Open Your Eyes Reiki," Lindsey is on a mission to elevate collective consciousness and shift energy in powerful, positive ways.
During a spiritual awakening, Lindsey discovered Reiki, and although she never intended to become a practitioner, after seeing how much her own daily practice transformed her as a person (made her happier, more relaxed, less anxious, less stressed, more content, and filled with so much peace), she couldn’t not share this energy with others. In today’s conversation, we unravel Reiki’s core principles that focus on the flow of life force energy and Lindsey explains how this gentle yet profound energy work can help remove blockages, restore balance, and promote emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Whether you’re new to Reiki or a seasoned energy practitioner, this episode is full of insights that will leave you feeling curious, inspired, and empowered to explore your own healing potential. So if you’re ready to learn how Reiki can help you reconnect with your inner self, harness the power of your energy, and embark on a journey towards holistic healing and balance, this episode is for you.

I lost my Soul Dog, Fergie, on June 26th, and the waves of grief and unfamiliar emotions had an impact on me that is hard to put into words.
Fergie was my first soul dog, and if you haven’t had a soul dog before, here’s how I would describe it: A dog with whom we share a deep, profound, and spiritual connection. This bond goes beyond the normal pet-owner relationship, it’s a dog that is a soulmate in animal form. A soul dog has a significant impact on our life, providing unconditional love, support, and unique companionship. They teach important life lessons and leave a forever imprint on our heart, making their loss incredibly impactful and intensely felt.
In this deeply personal and heartfelt episode, I honor the life and legacy of Fergie. She was a devoted companion whose presence taught me the true meaning of unconditional love and the profound depths of loss. She was a rescue (from a 3 day kill shelter) who transformed my life, showing me how to be present in every moment and navigate the overwhelming grief that follows the loss of a beloved soul sidekick who was by my side 24/7.
Join me as I share the beautiful love that emerged from her passing, a testament to the bond we shared and the indelible mark she left on my heart. This episode is a tribute to all the lessons she imparted and the enduring love that continues to surround me, even in her absence. Whether you’ve experienced the loss of a beloved pet or simply wish to celebrate the incredible impact they have on our lives, this episode is a poignant reminder of the enduring connections that shape us. Choose Love. Our pets do.

Fun fact: Hitting rock bottom doesn’t physically hurt.
Not so fun fact: Emotional, spiritual, and metal rock bottom sucks.
Courage is the ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. It's considered one of the core virtues in positive psychology and we need it for personal growth and resilience.
If you or someone you know has struggled with letting drugs, gambling, drinking, sex, negative self-talk, and/or limiting self-belief rule their life, you’ll want to listen and learn from today’s exceptional guest, Aussie/New Zealander Laban Ditchburn, an author, podcaster, and “World’s Best Courage Coach".
Laban’s journey to becoming the "World's Best Courage Coach" was born out of his own personal pain and struggles.
In the depths of his gambling and substance addiction, he found himself at rock bottom. His life was spiraling out of control, and every day felt like a battle he was losing. One evening, after a particularly devastating loss at the casino and a night of heavy substance abuse, he looked in the mirror and saw a person he no longer recognized. It was in that moment of despair that he realized he had to change or lose everything.
A decision to reclaim your life is not easy. It requires immense courage to face your demons head-on. Laban sought help and joined support groups, where he met others who were fighting their own battles. Their stories of struggle and resilience fueled his determination to overcome his addictions.
Confront your fears, take control of your life.
Laban now teaches others how to take bold, massive, and courageous actions to facilitate their own miraculous outcomes. Be unstoppable in getting to where you want to be!
Your journey to courage begins with a single, bold step. And whether you’re battling personal demons, or simply looking for a life filled with more passion and purpose, this episode is full of hard earned wisdom and simple action items.

Solar eclipses are often seen as potent times for transformation, renewal, and inner growth. They symbolize the merging of light and dark, offering opportunities for introspection and releasing old patterns to make way for new beginnings. During the solar eclipse on April 8th, there will be a heightened sense of energy and intensity. Many believe the alignment of celestial bodies during an eclipse opens portals for spiritual growth and manifestation. To talk about that and more, I’m joined again this week by the remarkably insightful Gerard Duffy. With a solid foundation in physics from the University of Liverpool, England, and years dedicated to exploring the realms of metaphysics, Gerard brings a unique perspective to the table. We discuss the personal power that comes with setting intentions, meditation, and connecting with higher consciousness at this time. Astrologically, the energy of the planet during a solar eclipse is influenced by the zodiac sign in which the eclipse occurs (Aries currently) and any aspects it makes with other planets. This energy can vary greatly, yet it often signifies significant shifts and changes in individual and collective consciousness.
If you’re ready to tap into your inner wisdom, embrace transformation, and align with the energies of the universe for personal and spiritual growth, this episode is for you!

Have you ever experienced a spiritual awakening, or are you currently navigating through one? What the heck does that even entail? Dive deep into these questions and more in our latest episode, where the remarkably insightful Gerard Duffy joins us. With a solid foundation in physics from the University of Liverpool, England, and years dedicated to exploring the realms of metaphysics, Gerard brings a unique perspective to the table. Together, we unravel the complexities of energy, physics, the transformative phases of Dark Nights of the Soul, and the seismic shifts occurring as our world transitions from old paradigms to new, often sparking both conflict and profound change.
Spiritual awakenings can emerge from a myriad of life events, personal challenges, or even just spontaneously, propelling us into a whirlwind of self-questioning, belief reassessment, and a reevaluation of reality itself. This journey of transformation invites us to confront our inner shadows, which can pave the way to elevated consciousness, empathy, inner peace, and a profound connection with all forms of life. Creating a relationship/career/life you love is not for the faint of heart.
This week’s extra special guest is an expert on designing a life you love, and helping others do the same! My forever friend, Amy Porterfield is an ex-corporate girl turned Online Marketing Expert, author of the New York Times bestselling book Two Weeks Notice, and the visionary behind a multimillion-dollar business she built from the ground up. She helps ambitious women (and men!) transform their expertise into a profitable online business and live life on their own terms. Amy and I have a long history together, and this episode gets personal! We gained much wisdom as Executive Team members for Tony Robbins for many years, and fun fact, I introduced her to my ex-husband, (hence the same last name). Amy and her husband, Hobie, have been happily married for 15 years now, and Amy and I have spent almost 18 years as Team Mom #1/Mom #2 to our son, Cade. So the questions I ask her, and the topics we discuss, come straight from the heart!
Amy brings a unique perspective on intentional living and cultivating success both personally and professionally. As we explore the conscious steps in designing our lives, such as prioritizing internal happiness and surrounding ourselves with a supportive inner circle, our conversation also dives into sensitive topics like anxiety, depression, feeling incompetent and overwhelmed, difficult career transitions, guilt, shame, fear, and how challenging it can be to move past our insecurities.
Amy's wisdom transcends age and experience, reminding us that it's never too late to shape the life we desire. Embrace pauses, navigate shifts, and view setbacks as opportunities for growth. If you're ready for an insightful and candid conversation about personal growth, business acumen, and the genuine essence of internal and external success, this heartfelt episode is for you!

The quality of our life is in direct proportion to the quality of our questions. As we close out 2023, this short solo episode provides a few simple yet powerful questions to ponder as we step into a brand new year full of possibilities!
Similar to the questions I have clients ask themselves after a date, these questions are designed to fuel self-reflection, honesty, and put perspective around both our lessons and achievements!
What was great about the year? (Both big and small. Pull that energy back into your heart!)
What did I learn about myself? (What work did I intentionally, or unintentionally, do that resulted in personal growth? Take pride in that as it’s never easy!)
Who did I learn from this year? (Thank them for contributing to your expanding wisdom!)
Where could I improve? Did I ask for feedback from people I respect?
Who do I feel good being around? (Spend more time with them!)
Did I surround myself with others who lifted me up, helped me grow, and inspired me to be my best self? And did I do that for others?
What sadness or anger did I/can I let go of? (This can be a challenging question to answer, yet very much worth the effort. Every baby step counts!)
When we quiet both the internal and external noise, we allow our inner wisdom to guide us to our own personal truths, and life becomes even lighter and brighter.
What’s next is better!
Wishing everyone a beautiful, happy, healthy, growth and LOVE filled New Year!

When you think of being HEALTHY, what comes to mind? Although many of us focus on our health when we are physically challenged, it’s important to remember that total health is much more than just physical. It’s also the entirety of how the mind, body, heart and soul interconnect to help us achieve balance and harmony. Holistic health recognizes mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual factors on our health, and addresses the root cause of issues rather than just treating symptoms.
Today’s guest, my friend and fellow entrepreneur, Sherrie Carnicle, is a highly experienced, well-rounded, heart and brain centered Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Coach. Her expertise encompasses personal training, nutritional counseling, mindset coaching, nervous system balancing, mind, body, soul integration, and spiritual awakening guidance, including breaking cycles of codependency, and healing family and generational trauma. So. Much. Wisdom.
Sherrie’s knowledge and the practical tips she shares with us on this episode weave together ancient wisdom and cutting-edge science. So if you are seeking a world where holistic health isn’t just a destination; it’s a way of being, this episode is for you.

Has life ever thrown you a change so unexpected you don’t even know how to take a simple step forward? At times the struggle that comes with personal evolution can feel overwhelming. This week we discuss the growth that’s on the other side of facing our pain, and how one person’s belief in us can make all the difference in the world. This show may be a bit heavier than some of the other episodes as our guest today, Carissa Acosta, is the Assistant and Right-Hand Person to Jessie Lee Ward, an Entrepreneurial Legend who recently transitioned back into the spirit world. Carissa, a single mom who struggled with chronic anxiety and depression, shares her heart, her journey, and how one person, Jessie Lee, helped her believe in herself and evolve to a level she had never even imagined. (Carissa and I both believe JL was with us during this show to continue inspiring others like she always did.) This episode is a beautiful reminder of the human spirit and how even in the face of loss, love remains.

What makes one person jump into action while others are stuck in fear or uncertainty? What makes one person rush to help others while others focus solely on themselves? This week I’m honored to ponder these questions with Dave Sanderson: Author, Mentor, Trainer, and the inspirational survivor of what is known as “The Miracle on the Hudson”. As the last passenger of US airways flight 1549, which had to ditch into the river, he took the lessons he learned from that profound experience in the frigid water, and emerged from the wreckage with a mission to encourage others to do the right thing and shares coping skills to address any adversity they may face. A TedX international speaker and named one of Inc.com‘s top 100 leadership speakers, Dave travels the world to share his inspirational leadership lessons, and he has also raised over 14.8 million for the American Red Cross over the last 14 years through his talks. His true story of resilience and personal leadership in times of adversity that many of us could never imagine is both fascinating and inspiring!

Blog post: Lessons for my Freshman....
Over the past few weeks, I was slowly accepting that my son is going to be a freshman in HIGH SCHOOL. (When the heck did this happen anyway?!) And as a dating/life coach, I was determined to make this time of transition beneficial for both of us by focusing on the lessons that come during massive change. I happen to be a fan of change. It’s exciting, refreshing, and you get to make a new start! At the same time, I’m well aware that many feel the new and unknown of change are scary. To my son on his first day of high school, and to all those who are facing change, I share this:
“You very well might find yourself fumbling and bumbling your way around the first day, or first week, or first month! As the youngest and the most inexperienced, there absolutely will be times when you feel awkward and self conscious. That is simply a part of life. Everything is hard until it’s easy. That space of newness is where you have the opportunity to test what feels right to you, as well as what doesn’t. This is where the growth happens and your confidence can blossom. To my son, I love you with my whole heart, and I am beyond excited to see you grow into the exceptional man you’re going to be. To you and everyone else, share your light with the world and remember we are all here to make a difference.”
To that end, I wanted to share nine lessons for my new 9th grader...
And to all those that might be in a similar space, embrace the newness with the butterflies and the excitement. Be brave!
This week’s show is a story of passion, resilience, and the unyielding pursuit of dreams. I sat down with a remarkable young talent who's been captivating audiences since the tender age of seven, and she also serves as a good reminder that we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover! In this episode, we dig deep into the life and career of a multi-talented artist, Madisyn Shipman, an actress, a musician, and a content creator. Through the highs and lows of her journey, she's reinvented herself many times, and often decided to GO FOR IT, even when she didn’t have any experience. Even though this guest is young in years, she is filled with wisdom. I was happily surprised at how many golden nuggets were discussed! We can all learn from her about resilience, setting big goals, and learning from our failures along the way. Madisyn takes us behind the scenes of her extraordinary life and creative evolution, so if you are ready to be inspired, entertained, and motivated by someone’s else’s incredible story, this is the episode for you!

Having an entrepreneurial mindset opens doors to a world of possibilities. It helps us identify opportunities among the challenges, think creatively, and take calculated risks. This mindset encourages resilience in the face of setbacks, fosters a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, and promotes continuous learning and adaptation. By embracing an entrepreneurial mindset, we're better prepared to innovate, navigate uncertainty, and turn ideas into action! Ultimately, it empowers us to succeed in business, and also approach life with a sense of purpose, flexibility, and the determination to make a meaningful impact.
In this episode, I talk with Professor Randal Schober, who teaches college students in San Diego on the “Entrepreneur Mindset”. Moving to America from Australia, growing up in the Outback, and having visited over 50 countries, he embodies the very essence of reinventing one’s life. Join us as we dig into the exciting (and sometimes stressful) journey of transformation, how to empower yourself to embrace change, seize opportunities, and navigate the entrepreneurship landscape to create a Lyfe that is both fulfilling and impactful.

This July 4th episode is a deep dive into freedom and the lack of freedom the victims of human trafficking experience. My long-time friend and fellow entrepreneur, Jason Sisneros, shares his experience participating in highly sensitive covert missions to deliver trafficked children to safety. His upbringing of being raised in an environment of drugs, abuse, and a lack mentality, led Jason to travel a road most of us only read about. From several broken noses, being kidnapped, witnessing family members held at gunpoint to ultimately watching the person responsible for all of this, his adoptive father, go to prison for the attempted murder of his mother and himself; he developed a unique view of the world. He went from drugs, time in jail, homelessness, and contemplating suicide, to turning his life around and now is a sought-after Public Speaker and a Warrior Philanthropist fighting against hunger, human trafficking and domestic violence. This conversation about Freedom and Human Trafficking is a MUST listen!!

Our physical environment affects our mental health in ways you might not even be aware of. Living in a cluttered environment can lead to higher levels of stress and anxiety, impaired sleep, reduced productivity and focus, and even feelings of guilt and shame. It can also trigger coping and avoidance strategies that make us more likely to snack on junk or binge watch TV. It can be a downward spiral, which is why I invited Professional Organizer, Stephanie Fletcher, CEO of Squared Away Today to discuss her 5 Steps to Taking our Lives/Homes from Chaos to Calm. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are here to talk about that extremely important topic. Those dark times when we don’t know what to do, or who to talk to about it. Those nights when we lay awake at night not sleeping, then stress about not sleeping. Maybe we don’t eat or we eat too much? Gaining or losing weight adds more stress and anxiety. How do we cope? How do we get out of this vicious cycle? How do we stop beating ourselves up and begin to feel better?
This week’s guest is a high performer plus! My longtime friend and fellow entrepreneur, Gene McNaughton, went from being a Sales Leader helping Gateway computers grow to more than 11 billion, to being a VP with Tony Robbins where he helped shatter long-standing sales records and became one of the few real opening speakers for him, to building a multi-million dollar consulting and speaking business, to becoming the current President of a ground engineering company out of Europe. Gene’s accomplishments speak for themselves, and.... He’s raw and real talking about stress, anxiety, failure, and times we don’t feel good enough. Animals are a beautiful example of unconditional love. At times we can struggle with understanding their behavior, health, pain or emotional needs. As a devoted owner to a now older dog, I sought ways to understand what my dog needed to live her best Lyfe in her golden years. I had the good fortune of discovering Kara Daniels, an animal communicator, pet psychic, and much more. She approaches life through a holistic lens, blending ancient practices with modern sciences, merging the physical with the mystical. She is the Founder of Deep Root Connections and one of her many gifts is channeling for earth and spirit animals. My sessions with her were transformative to understanding my dog’s needs, and the results were almost immediate. In 2015, Libby experienced the death of her grandfather and father within one month of each other. A year later, a 10 year career came to an end. These endings brought new beginnings and a crash course in understanding the cycle of change. Join us as we discuss coping strategies, falling apart, coming back together and building the capacity to move through loss and change gracefully.
Heart stuff for the hard stuff.

Last week I talked with my long-time friend Stephanie about grief and the loss of a loved one. In her case it was the loss of her only son in a tragic car accident. One of the ways Steph started healing was understanding she can still communicate and have a relationship with her son...in a different way. She learned this partially with the help of today’s guest, Renowned Spiritual Medium, Marilyn Kapp. Marilyn has been channeling her whole life and professionally for over twenty five years, is the author of Love is Greater Than Pain, and host of the podcast, Passed Yet Present. Marilyn demonstrates how love and consciousness do not end when we leave the physical body. We have the ability to maintain and expand our relationships with our loved ones, bringing healing, peace, and resolution to them, as well as ourselves. I encourage anyone who has lost a loved one to listen in, keep an open mind, and continue exploring this unique pathway of love and spiritual connection.

Love is Greater than Pain, by Marilyn Kapp
The loss of a loved one and the grief that follows are some of the most difficult emotions that we can experience in life and the pain can be overwhelming and all-consuming. It is natural to feel lost, angry, or even numb during these times. However, healing and a new normal are possible.
My lifelong friend and fellow entrepreneur, Stephanie Fletcher, experienced that shock, grief, and long, winding road to healing when she lost her only son in a tragic car accident 11 years ago. We have a heart-felt conversation about how the journey to healing requires courage, vulnerability, and a willingness to confront our pain. And while it may never fully go away, it is possible to find peace and meaning in our experiences, and STAY CONNECTED TO our loved ones in different, unique ways. Through the pain of loss and grief, we can emerge stronger, wiser, and more compassionate. If you or someone you know has been forced to find a new path in life, this show, and these healing tips, are for you.

Piggybacking off of last week’s episode about how psychedelic plant medicine can be a unique, incredible healer, this week we have a group discussion about the personal experiences three close friends (Kristin, Shelby and Steph) and I had on our recent mushroom journey. Guided by Eden Clark, my Spiritual Teacher, the four of us were together for this entire retreat, yet each one of us had extremely different experiences, as retreat experiences are often based in part on your individual soul path, how much spiritual work you’ve done already, and where you are in your current life. Listen in as we share the details of how we made the decision to go this route, what we experienced from it, and how it has impacted us going forward. Stay curious and keep an open mind! There are so many different ways to heal and grow!
(Eden has been in the healing field for over 14 years, working full time with clients as an spiritual teacher, medical medium, channel medium (conduit for those who have crossed over), shamanic energy medicine practitioner and psychedelic therapy facilitator. EdenClark.com)

Psychedelic plant medicine can be a unique, incredible healer. It’s been found to heal the foundation of the brain structure that causes disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. And now that science is showing what the true benefits of psilocybin mushrooms are, more people are interested in trying this plant medicine for themselves, myself included. This week my incredibly gifted personal spiritual teacher, Eden Clark, does a deep dive into the spiritual cycles of reinvention: death, rebirth and growth, and the fascinating role plant medicine can play. Eden has been in the healing field for over 14 years, working full time with clients as an spiritual teacher, medical medium, channel medium (conduit for those who have crossed over), shamanic energy medicine practitioner and psychedelic therapy facilitator. I’ve experienced her vast knowledge and healing ability myself.... and it’s a game changer. Join us for a fascinating discussion you won’t hear anywhere else!

In honor of Valentine’s Day, this week I’m talking all things LOVE with my friend and fellow matchmaker, Toni Bergquist. Love comes in so many forms, and can be one of the biggest catalysts for change. When we get hurt, we get to grow, evolve, and try again. Love can break us, or it can heal past wounds and help us become the best version of ourselves. It takes intention, clarity, an open heart and mind, and the mindset and desire to keep seeking if we don’t have it yet. Join us as we discuss the beautiful, unique POWER OF LOVE!

This week I’m excited to share a thought-provoking discussion with one of my long-time friends and fellow entrepreneur, Jason Sisneros. Raised in an environment of drugs, abuse, and a LACK mentality, Jason traveled a road most of us only read about. This conversation about reinvention is a MUST listen!!

This week I’m excited to share a thought-provoking discussion with one of my long-time friends and fellow entrepreneur, Sara Harvey. After numerous years as the Chief Operating Officer for Dr. Deepak Chopra, Sara made one of her biggest Fresh Starts by founding Innertelligence, an Executive Coaching business to help both individuals and teams to become conscious, self-aware leaders! (The world would definitely benefit from more of those!) She is also a Mind Body Health Instructor and believes what we need to be successful and happy in life is within.

This week I’m excited to share my conversation with one of my favorite bright lights, Dr. Jaime Rabin, an entrepreneur with a doctorate in Chinese medicine and a focus on Feng Shui. She is the Founder of Illuminista Living, where she helps people transform their living space to expedite personal transformation and healing. Three years ago she helped me transform my home and as I reinvented my environment, my mindset and happiness skyrocketed! It was a wonderful win/win and I'm confident you will find value in this unique Lyfe Reinvention tool!

To kick off this Lyfe Reinvented party, this first episode is a short story (ok...13 minutes!) about my personal and business life, how I landed here talking to you... and how we get to evolve and reinvent ourselves whenever, and however, we want to. It’s a choice to listen and it’s a choice to take action. I hope you do both! #BetterTogether #LyfeReinvented
