Psalms of lament are to cry out to God and guide us through the valley. As we join in the suffering of Christ in this world and as we wait for the Lord. Let us be patient and faithful. Let us hold on to the hope of Yahweh our God. Amen.

With Jesus in our boat, what shall we fear? He has called you HIS, and He will not let you go.
Jesus heals on the Sabbath, appoints His disciples, and is accused of being demon-possessed all while His family thinks that He's lost His mind...all in a day's work.

What are we all after? Glory. But as Christians, we know that we are created for the glory of God. We live and suffer, all for His glory. Romans 8:18 reminds us of greater glory to come.

This is very convicting for me. God is in the wilderness. He is in the sleepless nights. He is in the weeping. He is there. Let Him take you there. And know that He is still good and sovereign there.
Jesus is arrested and taken before the religious leaders and Pilate.
Peter denies his Lord.
We are them.
Jesus still chose us. What a God we serve!

Abide in Christ. Remain in Him. We were made to love and be loved by God. He chose us. He loves us. Now, out of that love, we must love one another.

Jesus came to open the eyes of our hearts. In His loving presence, the scales fall off.

Jesus' character is on display all over this chapter. He is loving and compassionate and also fiery and bold. He is meek.

Jesus is the bread of life. Come and take this bread and be filled. Don’t try to fill a God sized hole with this world’s best. Only God can fill you.
You can’t love and honor the Father without loving and honoring the Son. Jesus perfectly seeked the will of the Father, so must we.
This is the first thing like this that I have ever done. I felt God opening this door to speak as a steward of His word. I hope that I honored Him and His word well and that you can take something from this. This is the kingdom. Shalom.

God invites us into His family. It’s been His plan all along, He is so loving and merciful.
There is therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ. Walk in the Spirit, the Spirit is life and peace.
Happy 4th of July!! We are free from sin and death!! Even in our stumbling, we are covered by the blood of Jesus. Let's ask the Spirit to guide us in obedience and reverence for God.
Affliction produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope.
God hears us, how cool is that! He is personal and loving. He guards us from sin and death.
Love God and love people. He loved us first. Let's go in love and show others the unconditional love of Christ Jesus.
Listen to the Spirit and discern the truth from evil. Jesus Christ is Immanuel - God with us.
Remain in Him. He is freedom from sin and death. He is where eternal life and rest lie.
Walk in the light by the Holy Spirit as God Himself is the light. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us.
Seek His face. Dwell in His presence. We will see and know His goodness in the land of the living.
Be still and know that I AM God. Are we still in God? Are we filled with the shalom of Jesus? I hope this episode is convicting and brings you closer to the One who is trustworthy and the giver of peace.

A call to sanctification and sexual purity, a call to love and work hard, and the comfort of our resurrection with Christ when we die.
God uses everything for his will. Let us speak and live in integrity and with boldness.
I am thankful for you! He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus!
Walk in love as a light to the world and live as a reflection of Christ! Praise be to God.
We are one body and we have been given new life. Let's go and be free and show others the freedom that’s found in Jesus. Amen and amen.
All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Justification comes only through faith in Jesus, the law does not have the power to save. The death and resurrection of Christ means that we no longer have to strive or be "good enough".
God is the righteous and ultimate judge, therefore as sinners saved by grace, we must recognize in humility that we are undeserving of the grace we have been given. Leave the judging to Him. He is the only one worthy of judging.
Let wisdom guide us from the idolatry and depravity of the world. Let us also applaud and celebrate what is righteous.

God exalts the humble, and He wants us to draw near to Him! the king of the universe cares about you!! Let's worship Him today!
We must learn to control our tongues and the words we speak, each day let's go to God and be close to Him. His character will guide us.
Faith without works is dead. Our faith in Christ must lead us to do good to others and to strive to live in righteousness.

God is faithful every day. Rejoicing in Him is our only logical response to His faithfulness.
God has given you unique gifts and abilities. Be sure to use them in ways that honor and glorify Him.
You will face persecution for your faith. Stand firm in the foundation of the gospel and always be ready to speak truth and life.
Better is one day with God than 1,000 elsewhere. Let's draw near to and worship Him today!
The Kingdom is the ultimate treasure. We don't deserve it, but Christ freely gave it to us. Let's worship Him and sell all we have for that treasure.
Jesus is the living stone. We will suffer as His followers, but Christ has already paid the debt.
Challenge to hunger and thirst for God! Treat God as though He is REAL! Live out what you believe!
In the waiting, He is beside us. Yahweh is near to us each day. We wait expectantly in hope and we worship our unblemished lamb, Jesus.
Happy Maundy Thursday. Jesus' character is revealed to us in the garden. Let's praise Him for who He is!
A shift to the New Testament. Jesus is our living hope and we are called to live in holy action as His followers. Let's worship Him because He is worthy.
We need you, God. When we have nowhere else, we run to You. Your character is good and true and You are worthy of all of our praise.
Each day we strive to be conformed to the likeness of our savior. Let's focus on the traits of the righteous and the ONLY ONE who can make us righteous. Let's worship Jesus this morning.
God is our refuge, He is eternal, all-powerful, and yet He still loves us. Let's bless His name today.
He restores our souls and our joy. He loves and forgives. How great is Yahweh! Let's praise Him.
God is faithful, sovereign, and good and we can trust Him. Here is a Psalm of trust in God as we grow closer and closer to our Father.
The Lord is the good shepherd. He chases us down, not because we are good, but because HE is!
Let's depend on Him today in the way David shows us. We are free, let's share that freedom with the world.
We are the branch and He is the vine, let us be still and abide in Him. Even in dry seasons, and testing times, His faithful love endures forever. Praise be to God.
