Listen to this entire, uncut interview, including an exclusive Q&A session by joining our Facebook Group: www.realconnectionsmedia.com/timeforwhatmatters

More About Cory:

Originally from Las Vegas, Cory worked several years in the Hospitality industry before joining USA TODAY Newspaper as Sr Account Manager. This role took her to London, UK in 2001, where she eventually started her Time Management and Organizing business. Throughout her career transitions and increasing workload, Cory learned first-hand the importance of time management - both in the workplace, as well as running a business from home. She learned that you can be excellent at what you do, yet struggle behind the scenes if you're not organized and have a tendency to take on too much.

On the surface, Cory says she 'did a great job and managed my work'. But she paid for it with longer days, and those last-minute deadlines started taking a toll. She knew something needed to change, and was always intrigued by the concepts of time management, personal productivity, and being organized. These were not skills taught in school, but Cory also learned they are just that: skills. And skills can be learned. She dove in and studied methods, invested in training, and found that she could help others follow suit. Cory now helps fellow business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives develop practical ways of working smarter for better results with less stress.

Cory’s program covers a range of skill development, such as: how to manage a hectic schedule full of meetings and interruptions, improve email management, find time for focused work, manage priorities, set boundaries and say 'no' more often, minimize procrastination, incorporate much-needed white space into your day, and much more. The added bonus is the built-in accountability which helps clients stay on track and experience positive results.

More About LaChelle:

LaChelle struggled with finding her identity with motherhood. High performance and constant recognition were her fuel in her entire academic career with the success of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Indiana University. Yet, that accomplishment seemed to have no merit when she was feeling like a failure everyday as a stay home mom. She had a 13-year struggle with her mental health and was hospitalized 3 times. It was after the final hospitalization that she decided to make some changes. She created her signature coaching program FRESH Start in 2016. This program has allowed her to walk away from depression and maintain a life of happiness.

Her journey has given her the passion to share strategies and tools to one million people who are suffering in silence with their mental health. She believes that communication and writing are the most important tools to begin a healing journey. She is an International Best Selling author, Vitality Coach, Podcast host, Keynote Speaker and TV Producer. She is working diligently for the opportunity to collaborate with Oprah Winfrey and Jimmy Fallon. Join us for a discussion with Steven Farber about personality types in business and how different personality styles can perceive time differently.

How to Access the exclusive Q&A not included in this episode? Become part of the Time Management Education Club here: https://www.realconnectionsmedia.com/timeforwhatmatters/

About Steven Farber:
Steven, Vice President at Take flight Learning, began investigating why employees like himself left in voluntary droves during the pandemic. He started to see patterns in industries that mimicked his own story throughout the years. It seemed to come down to communication styles among different personalities.

Steven decided that if he could figure out how to help them find a universal language, we could all understand each other and stop the unrelenting turnover. As it turns out, personality styles, awareness of our own, and how to communicate with others were the key to everything.

He now joins Take Flight Learning in their efforts to bring those very activities to the organizations that need them most by leading, training, and certifying affiliate trainers across the world to this day.
