New Year's resolutions can be a great way to set goals and make positive changes in your life. However, it's common for people to struggle to stick with their resolutions. Here are a few tips that might help you to stay on track: Start small: Choose a resolution that you think you can realistically achieve. Trying to make too many big changes at once can be overwhelming and may lead to burnout. Make a plan: Break your resolution down into smaller, more achievable goals and make a plan to reach them. For example, if your resolution is to run a marathon, you might plan to gradually increase your running distance over a period of several months. Keep track of your progress: Use a journal or a tracking app to record your progress. Seeing your progress can be a great motivator and help you to stay on track. Find a support system: Tell your friends and family about your resolution and ask for their support. You can also join a support group or seek the help of a coach or mentor. Don't be too hard on yourself: It's okay if you have setbacks or struggle to stick with your resolution. Just try to learn from any mistakes and keep moving forward. The man authorities say killed four University of Idaho students in November is willing to waive his extradition hearing, his attorney told CBS News. Bryan Kohberger, 28, is set to face a judge for the hearing Tuesday. Kohberger will still have to be in front of the judge Tuesday to sign off on the paperwork, Monroe County Chief Public Defender Jason LaBar said. The four victims — Ethan Chapin, 20, from Conway, Washington; Xana Kernodle, 20, from Avondale, Arizona; Madison Mogen, 21, from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, from Rathdrum, Idaho — were found dead on Nov. 13 in a house Kernodle, Mogen and Goncalves shared with two other roommates, who were unharmed. Authorities announced Kohberger's arrest Friday in the case, which captured national attention and drew heavy speculation on social media over the last six weeks.

As I sit down to read the morning news, I can't help but shake my head at the sheer absurdity of it all. Every day, it seems like the stories are getting crazier and more unbelievable. Is it even real, or is it all just part of some elaborate conspiracy? I'm skeptical, but I can't help feeling a twinge of excitement. Could it be true? Could aliens really be visiting Earth? I flip through the rest of the news, and the stories only get wilder. One article claims that the government is hiding a secret underground city where only the elite are allowed to live. Another warns of a deadly virus that is spreading across the globe, and yet another claims that time travel has been invented and is being kept hidden from the public. I can't take it anymore. I slam my laptop shut and rub my eyes, trying to make sense of it all. Is the news just full of fake stories and conspiracy theories, or is there some truth to these outrageous claims? I decide to do some digging and start calling up sources and checking the veracity of the stories. But as I do, I quickly realize that it's nearly impossible to tell what's real and what's not. Everyone has their own agenda, and nobody seems to be able to agree on the facts. In the end, I give up and go for a walk to clear my head. As I stroll through the streets, I can't help but feel overwhelmed by the constant barrage of information and misinformation that surrounds us. The world is a crazy, unbelievable place, and it's hard to know what to believe anymore.

One of the strangest parts of the mystery in the quadruple homicide in Moscow Idaho was the mention of the "unconscious" person on the 911 call. If the scene was horrifically bloody as they say it is, how could they report an unconscious person rather than a murder?! The screenshots that are shared in this video bring it all together and make so much more sense of the timeline and the paramedic call, etc. I can not verify that these people were there at the scene during the call but these screenshots are on the victim's social media posts and I can’t imagine someone would make this up in a place it could easily be disputed if not true. Take this info with a grain of salt but we have to take what we can get until official information comes out to explain why things were called in and handled the way they were. Shaye interviews Heather who was born and raised in a Mormon home and in the Mormon church, but left and became a non demoninational Christian. She exposes many aspects of the Mormon faith that Mormons don't like telling people about, explains why she left Mormonism, and then explains how traumatic the Mormon experiences were in her life. Including the painful "church courts" and the first experience she had going through the Mormon Temple. Police say they do not know if Richard Allen was working alone or if he had an accomplice. Fascinating case and we cannot wait for these families to ge the justice they deserve for their girls.
