The term 'outside the camp' is mentioned several times in the Old Testament. But it's also mentioned in the New Testament. This video looks at it's meaning and application for the Church today.
The tabernacle is the most detailed object in the Bible. When God gave instructions concerning the tabernacle, He also made it clear what its purpose was to be, ‘And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them’ (Ex.25:8). The Sabbath was a sign between God and the children of Israel, not God and the Gentiles. There is no mention of a Sabbath observance from Adam to Moses. It is incredible to think that the Sabbath could have existed as an institution for 2,500 years without a single mention of it. It was imposed only on Israel as a part of the law. Under the new covenant it is a picture of the perfect rest we have in Jesus.

We are constantly instructed to keep, or guard, our hearts. Because everything we do flows out of our heart. No one can live above the level of that which is in their heart. God is the Keeper of our hearts. If the default setting of our heart is not good, then He wants to change it.

Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were not only the patriarchs of the nation of Israel. they were also the 'fathers' of our faith. They are models of those to whom the promises were made. Unbelievers will mock the message of the Second Coming of Christ, as those in the days of Noah scoffed at the warning of the flood. But it is just as real and certain as the flood was.
Don't be fooled by false teachers, who are like wells without water. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life" (John 4:14).

In a world of a multitude of conflicting voices clamoring for our attention and now the introduction of AI many are asking, 'What can we believe? What is true?' Thankfully, in this world of gross darkness God has given us His Word as a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our pathway.
There is much confusion about the subject of sanctification. Are we sanctified? Or are we being sanctified? Some teach passivity regarding sanctification, and others end up in legalism. This video shares the Biblical key that will help us to avoid both these errors.
After Paul and his team had preached the gospel throughout the island of Crete, he left Titus to establish churches there. The inhabitants of Crete were notorious for their bad behaviour, especially their lying. ‘To live as a Cretan’ was synonymous with being a habitual liar. Jesus chose 12 uneducated, common men to be his disciples. Not one of them was a scholar or rabbi . They were ordinary people, just like you and me. That’s how God has always worked, through the humble . They had their flaws, faults and failings. But they were His disciples. And He transformed them by His grace . They were each unique individuals with different backgrounds, personalities, etc. Then He sent them to lay the foundation of the Church and to take the gospel to the nations. As Jesus transformed and equipped them, so He is doing with us today.
The Church is the one thing God is building on earth. But how is He building it? This teaching will help us to understand what God is doing today and how we can be involved in it.
When faced with challenging situations, you don't need to say. 'I've had enough'. You can say, I HAVE enough'.

Does God have a sense of humour? What about Jesus? Did He use humour in His ministry? Is humour ok in the pulpit, or is it out of bounds? These are some of the questions we will look at in this video.
John really finished his account of the gospel at the end of chapter 20. So why this extra chapter? As a tender shepherd, Jesus reaches out to restore a fallen disciple. Many today would have insisted that Peter spend some time to go through a program of discipline and restoration to qualify himself for ministry once again. Not Jesus. He lovingly restores him and recommissions him into the frontline of ministry. In fact, Peter dominates the first 12 chapters of the book of Acts.
First Jesus called the Twelve to be His disciples, then He sent them as His apostles. Like them, we first need to see and understand who Jesus is and what He has done for us. Then we can go and tell the world the great news of the gospel. First we are called, then we are sent.
Any other human biography would end with the death of its subject. Not Jesus! His death was not the end; because 3 days later He rose from the dead. Our faith stands or falls on the resurrection of Christ. Jesus never predicted His death without also foretelling His resurrection. If He didn’t rise from the dead, as He said He would and His apostles proclaimed He did, then Christianity is the most elaborate hoax ever pulled off in the entire history of the world, and our faith would be in vain (1 Cor.15:14). If Christ did rise from the dead, however, we know for certain that all the claims He made regarding His deity and our salvation through faith in Him are authentic. In this video we see how we know for certain that Jesus rose from the dead. He is alive!
Tetelestai (it is finished) is the word which separates Christianity from religion. Tetelestai means that Jesus has fulfilled all that the Father required to be accomplished on our behalf. We now rest in the finished work of Christ through faith.
Jesus endured 6 different trials and at the end it was declared that there was no fault in Him. Why do the gospels give so much attention to the trial of Jesus. Because God wanted to demonstrate to the world that He was the Lamb of God without blemish. The only righteous One died in the place of an unrighteous human race.
The subject of the Kingdom of God is a major theme in the Bible. It is mentioned many times in the Old Testament and more times than 'grace' in the New Testament. Yet there is such little teaching and understanding on the subject. Jesus speaks about the ultimate triumph of His Kingdom when He was about to die.
Jesus has arrived at the place in His life for which He came to earth - to go to the cross and die for our sins. Many times His enemies wanted to arrest and kill Him but were not able to because His time had not come. But now His time has come and He willingly walks into the net they have spread for Him. We see that He is in complete control of what is about to take place. No one took His life from Him. He laid it down in obedience to the Father and in love for us.

Healing, like every other blessing, has been provided for us by grace through the finished work of Christ. Faith receives what grace supplies. Jesus instituted water baptism under the new covenant and the apostles and the early Church practiced it. However, today, though Jesus and the apostles never revoked baptism some are teaching that it's no longer necessary. Many people are healed through prayer and the laying on of hands, etc. But in this teaching session you will discover how God also often works from the inside.
When Jesus was on trial before the Jewish leaders He said that it was their hour and the power of darkness. Yet, He also said it was His hour when He and the Father would be glorified. His life was never taken from Him. He laid it down of Himself. He was in complete control of the timing of His death.
It was custom to pour a few drops of perfume on a guest when he arrived at a house or when he sat to eat. But Mary broke the flask and poured the entire contents of it on Jesus. The perfume filled the air. It seemed wasteful. But she didn’t care what others thought, or about her reputation. Neither did she consider the cost. hers was extravagant worship.
The Greeks believed that God could not be moved by our suffering. They argued that if He could be affected emotionally by our afflictions then He could be manipulated and would not be in control. Jesus, who is the very image of God, showed how far from the truth this belief was. He is touched with the feelings of our infirmities. But even more can give corresponding grace for all our needs.
God qualifies the unqualified. But we have an enemy who seeks to disqualify us. Ken shares 3 channels he often uses for this purpose and shows how the truth will set us free. God is a covenant God. He relates to people on the basis of covenant. The Greek word for covenant is diatithemi = dia: between; tithemi: to set or place. A covenant is something placed between 2 parties to establish a relationship. So what has God placed between Him and us as the basis of our relationship?
Three times Paul referred to the gospel as 'my gospel'. Did he preach a different gospel to Jesus and the Apostles?

In the oldest book of the Bible we find the question that is asked in every age, 'If a man dies, shall he live again?' Jesus responds to this with the words, 'I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live' (John 11:25)
Jesus said that His sheep 'And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one”’ (John 10:28-30). To argue against eternal security is to say the Jesus lied.
Jesus warned us that there would be thieves, robbers, hirelings and strangers who would harm God's sheep. But He is the Good Shepherd who not only protects the flock but lays down His life for the sheep.
'Do you believe in the Son of God?' is the most important question everyone has to answer.
Jesus' healing of the man born blind was a sign revealing His glory in our salvation. But the way He responded to this man's need was completely different to that of the disciples, the neighbours, his parents and the Pharisees. The way others treat you is not so important as the way Jesus treats you.
Our position is that we are 'in Christ'. Through faith, we are in the Spirit, free from the law. With the help of the Holy Spirit, holiness is the outworking of our righteousness in Christ.
The gifts are manifestations, i.e. a showing forth, making visible or making known, various aspects of the love and power of God. Nine gifts are listed which can be divided into three groups of three.
God lets us see our inability so we might depend on His ability. Don't do anything until you are baptized in the Spirit. Jesus was born of the Spirit, but at the age of 30 the Holy Spirit came upon Him. Then He began His ministry.
There are times when we don't know what to pray for. Christians are not immune from suffering, but we don't know what is best for us - deliverance or grace. The Holy Spirit helps us, teaches us and gives us heaven's perspective.
Mary had plans and dreams for her life. Then God stepped in with His plans that were far greater - plans that could only be possible through the Holy Spirit. Often, when the Holy Spirit does something new, there must be a transitioning out of the old.
Jesus said, '...you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.' So how do we get to know this truth? Today we look at the Holy Spirit’s role in helping us understand God’s word.
Learning to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit is how we develop a relationship with Him. We will only do this by living as sons. We differentiate between His voice and others through experience
When Jesus left He promised to send the Holy Spirit who is the third person of the God we serve. Paul teaches that God, through His love for us, intends for us to enjoy fellowship with the Holy Spirit who lives inside us.
Jesus referred to Satan as a liar and a murderer. The two are linked. With 'the lie' Satan killed the human race. But Jesus is the truth who sets us free from Satan's deception and gives us eternal life through faith in Him.
Jesus is the Light of the world. He is the light of our conscience, the light that reveals our sin but also the light of our salvation. The gospel is a call to come into the light of life which is Christ.
The woman caught in adultery and brought to Jesus was a trap intended to expose how His message of love compromised the justice of God's law. The woman's dilemma is ours also - until Jesus becomes our advocate.
The living water Jesus offered the woman at the well and those in the temple court at the Feast of Tabernacles is the only thing that satisfy our inner thirst.
Like Jesus, our lives are not governed by circumstances, fate or Satan’s plans. Our times are in God’s hands and in this we are able to rest.
