In this 15 minute mindfulness session, Dr. Jei Pearcey will lead you to your own unique place, designed to help you relax and reframe your perspective on stress. The meditation begins by guiding you to imagine yourself in a serene, quiet natural setting. You are encouraged to engage your senses, feeling the ground beneath you, the air around you, and any sounds or scents that may be present.

As you connect and relax in this peaceful environment, the meditation invites you to visualize yourself as a unique world. Consider what elements make up your world, such as your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Reflect and relax on what surrounds you, including the people, places, and things that influence your life.
