π¨βππ¨βπ Who Are You? Pondering Your Personal Identity
.
Have you ever spent any time thinking about who you really are? Maybe youβve wondered how other people perceive you. Who you are - your identity - is a powerful force in your life and speaks volumes to others who come into contact with you.
.
Your identity plays an important role in the decisions you make and the relationships you have.
.
Thinking about who you are will strengthen the connections, among your mind, body, and behaviors. Also, you can get a better handle of where you are in life as well as where youβre headed.
.
π¨βππ¨βπ Although there are plenty of psychological theories about identity, including its formation and how you maintain it, consider the following as basic elements of your identity:
.
.
β’ Consider sayings like, βYou can take the girl out of the country, but you canβt take the country out of the girlβ and their implications. So where youβve come from plays a major role in who you are.

π¨βππ¨βπ Are You Resilient?
.
Life is full of ups and downs. When challenging experiences inevitably arise, youβll want to be ready to rise to the occasion. Your ability to bounce back after a transition or hardship determines whether most of your life is enjoyable and meaningful or troublesome and frustrating.
.
This idea can be summed up in one word: resilience. The more resilient you are, the quicker youβre able to re-adjust to a situation and move forward in life.
.
Consider these ideas you think about your own resilience:
.
π¨βππ¨βπ 1. First responses. When something initially begins to trouble you, how do you respond? Maybe you bury your head in the sand and hope it goes away. Perhaps you just ignore the situation and pretend it isnβt happening.
.
β’ If youβre resilient, youβll choose to approach the situation head-on, and promptly. Youβll define the issue, consider your options, and make a plan. Youβll set out right away to resolve the situation before it becomes a full-blown issue.
.
β’ Promptly employing problem-solving skills will help you avoid a major meltdown.

.
π¨βππ¨βπ Even though life can be a fantastic ride, sometimes it can also knock the wind out of your sails. When tough times trigger your insecurities, you can discover an inner strength that will get you through practically anything.
.
Try these ideas to get started:
.
.
β’ Recognize that you've made it through those difficult situations. Then think about what you're experiencing right now. Is the current situation similar to or much different from your other tough times? Use what you've learned from your past challenges.
.
.
π¨βππ¨βπ
.
β’ As if speaking to your own best friend, tell yourself what will most help and encourage you. What do you most want to hear? What do you need to hear to help gather your strength? Is there something specific you're hoping will happen?
.
β’ Practice providing yourself with encouraging, uplifting messages. The messages you give yourself can be less than helpful or they can propel you through the roughest of circumstances.
.
β’ Talking to yourself with respect, care and positivity builds your inner strength so it's there when you need it. When the going gets tough, you'll have yourself to fall back on.
.
Quote: The easiest time to cure an illness is before it is accepted as a part of the self-image.
.
π¨βππ¨βπ Reaching your full potential is dependent on the creation and maintenance of a healthy self-image. Itβs not possible to be highly successful if you donβt believe in yourself. The way you view yourself is either uplifting or a hindrance. Regardless of your childhood experiences, past failings, or current level of self-esteem, you can possess a healthy self-image.
.
Avoid underestimating the impact of your self-image on other areas of your life. To reach your full potential, you must respect yourself and believe you can do great things.
.
Add value to yourself, and your self-image will flourish:
.
.
β’ Create five affirmations you can repeat to yourself throughout the day. The affirmations should be stated in the positive and address the new belief youβd like to install.

.
Failure has touched the lives of everyone at some point. Because of this fact, you know how horrible it can make you feel. No wonder you strive to avoid it at all costs! But the problem is that this fear of failure can become one of your biggest life fears.
.
Fear of failure is a fear of the great unknown. You don't know what's truly out there, and so you're scared. You might even be tempted to give up entirely in order to avoid failure. You'll soon realize that not trying at all is the ultimate failure because there is no way to win without trying.
.
How can you overcome this fear and gain the confidence you need to seek the life you desire?
.
β’ When you figure out the worst thing that can happen, you just might realize that the most a failure can do is to delay your ultimate goal. But if you can figure out how to get past this possible delay, you're back on track!

π¨βππ¨βπ People have been reading a lot about the post pandemic life one will experience after vaxing and being stressed out for almost 2 years no. Many articles are also being written about money how habits and attitudes have changed over the zombie pandemic as well. As recently as this past week, June 2021, Charles Schwab put out the Modern Wealth Survey to ask Americans how much money they need to feel happy.
.
What doesn't surprise me is how the concept of wealth to keep you poor continues to invade your B.S.(Belief System). ALL global citizens, feel they need $1.1M to feel happiness. Well guess what? This will require a person to continue to stress out and stay in debt trying to achieve a wealth level with a B.S. which requires you to work work work until you die and still not realize your magnificence.
.
π¨βππ¨βπ This MENTAL STRESS habit is formed out of seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. This aspect of the mind cannot be changed. However, we can change how people perceive pleasure as internal values and pain as a loss of those values. Thatβs when emotional habits truly begin to change, allowing us to form well-rounded outcomes in the process.
.
The way people will accumulate wealth is by adopting a new B.S. of personal wealth and monetizing their educational experience online. The way people will accumulate wealth is by adopting a new B.S. of personal wealth and monetizing their educational experience online. .

.
π¨βππ¨βπ I want to share with you how people get wrapped up in low self-esteem and low confidence. I also want to point out how there is a simple way to address this by looking at your self-worth. So I'd like to show you the differences between the two and how each one affects the other.
.
So people's self-esteem is about their actions on a daily basis. How one acts in the outside world and what we decide to do with our lives. People have a tendency to compare themselves to others and when this starts to happen one begins to degrade themselves.
.
By comparing ourselves to others we look down and start to feel we are not as good as those we compare with. The laundry list is long, and one starts to think we are not as good as the others, have the same kind of lifestyle, the relationships, car, bank accounts, house. This is the type of pressure one puts on themselves on a daily basis.
.
Eventually we start to believe how others perceive us and definitely how we perceive ourselves. If you take a hard look at this behavior, it's about everything that is OUTSIDE of oneself, NOT, what is INSIDE of oneself.
.
So what is INSIDE of you?

You are limiting your own chances of success due to your B.S.(Belief System). A teachers B.S. is subconscious and no matter how much you voice your distaste for what is an unfair profession, the very LIMITED BELIEF you have is killing your educator dreams.
π¨βππ¨βπ Limiting belief is - a belief which limits your ability to achieve your objective. Now, you may think that nurturing the revolving long list of issues and complaints will get you the solution you WISH FOR, accept this reality, it will NOT!
Replacing the limiting belief with a belief that supports you in your pursuit of your goals is a solution that is giving teachers a way out of this mental break down and desire to quit what you once loved to do with a passion. Stop TEACHING and start EDUCATING!

π¨βππ¨βπ I was looking for some kind of change last year at the beginning of the zombie pandemic and my thoughts were as traditional as apple pie. Completely in a comfort zone and unwilling to explore areas of discomfort so I could grow and explore opportunities for myself online. Whether it is moving from your current circumstance to a slightly better place, or to totally transform your life to a new level, complacency is a killer of forward progress.
I found that I have plenty of educational and life experience to offer and create a new path in life that makes me feel fulfilled. With so many public opinions about how to make money online, few focused on a true solution to help me get started. In fact they mostly talk about the instant gratification of making money in 30 days. I did fall for that shit a couple of times a few years back.
π¨βππ¨βπ What I needed most was to optimize my mindset and adapt habits to help me have the outcomes I desired as an online educator. I did buy an amazing 30 day challenge with ClickFunnels and learned how to market myself. That is definitely one thing I strongly recommend all educators do. I paid $100 for this 30 day challenge and found myself inundated with new ways to monetize my educational experience.
I struggled and adapted the NO QUIT mentality to make it happen. Yet, I was not monetizing online and feeling frustrated. Believe me when I tell you that we are our own worst enemies and the self talk we give ourselves is defeating at a deep level. Just the same I DID NOT QUIT on myself. I kept learning and realized that for me personally, my way of thinking was keeping me from achieving my goals. I came a cross a bool called The New Psychology of Success and their I found the starting point of my limitations to succeed.

π¨βππ¨βπ Before zombie pandemic 1.0, most everyone on the planet went on their merry ways and complacency was shrouded with daily life routines and activities. Then it happened, the zombie panic and the lockdowns and the downgrading of one's lives started to rear it's ugly head. People started to realize their bad attitudes and low energies, anxieties, fear of everything etc.
Peoples B.S. (Belief System) became the #1 movie of the year and the sequel is still playing to an international audience. Facebook communities are inundated with those nurturing the same problems and very little is being talked about solutions.
So why all the sudden panic to this reality?
I spent the first 6 months of 2020 looking for solutions to my impending doom just so I can pivot with the NEW WORLD ORDER. Just so I can learn to shift my B.S.(Belief System) towards, SUCCESS. Many people globally hunkered down and shifted as well by become entrepreneurs and monetizing their life experiences. Yet, the majority continue to hold out and blame it on the world and their mothers for the mental stress which this zombie pandemic is causing them.
π¨βππ¨βπ I invested in myself like mucho other personas gratas and have learned to survive this pandemic. I have invested in my personal development and my B.S.(Belief System) with a desire to LIVE and be abundant. I have invested in myself to contribute to the lives of others and creating a bridge they can safely cross onto this new era.

π¨βππ¨βπ The Human Mind eBook continues to fascinate me with knowledge I can and will use to empower myself as I build a Life Coaching business on Facebook. There are more upsides to ones life than we can ever imagine. Just because we're fallible doesn't mean we have to cower down and accept a kick in the butt.
When life kicks us in the butt, kick back, fight back, NEVER give up. The mistakes we make as people is OK. Of course as long as we're not trying to hurt anyone along the way. As a matter of fact, take those errors in life as a grand opportunity to learn and push forward.
π¨βππ¨βπ Often the best way to overcome anything that you resist or are afraid of is to expose yourself to it in a way that gently gets you used to it. You can accomplish this gradual desensitization effect both mentally and in real life.
The Imagery Exposure Strategy is one such technique: The mind does not know the difference between reality and what is happening in the mind. Whether a situation is happening or youβre imagining or remembering it, the brain reacts the same by producing the neurochemicals that make you feel an emotional response. This means that if you are afraid of something, whether itβs public speaking, bringing up a difficult conversation, or riding in an airplane, you can use visualization to practice exposure mentally.

π¨βππ¨βπ Since I started my journey last year during zombie pandemic 1.0, I invested $100 to learn how to monetize my experience in life. What a great experience it has been and thanx to the ClickFunnels 30 day challenge, I continue to evolve into an advocate for global educators who struggle with 2 things.
1> Your B.S. (Belief System)
2> Your economic status
My discipline is simple and non evasive, to help educators get into the right positive mindset and learn how to monetize their educational experience online providing solutions to those who are raising their hands right now.
So let's talk about - Why teachers fail to monetize online?
It all boils down to your B.S. about money. The money equation we've all learned through out lives is the following one:
Work your ass off in a career and trade TIME for MONEY
This B.S. (Belief System) has mad sheep of one of the most important people in the world - YOU, the educator. It keeps your mind believing that to your degrees are worth a perceived value of your life as long as you exchange it for time. In the long run, you work 30 years to accomplish mental health issues and economic dissatisfaction.
I want to share with you the 4 simple truths as how educators can monetize their experience and achieve economic abundance. It all starts with STOP CHASING THE MONEY!

π¨βππ¨βπ Empowerment Thinking strives to help those wrestling with uncertainty. In my previous LIVE I talked about the 6 Human Needs and uncertainty is Need #2 of one's personal needs in life. As a reminder, know that, it is not the situations in our life that determine how we feel and the actions we take because of it. It's our PERSPECTIVE of the situation that determines how we feel and behave. Your B.S.(Belief System).
What this really means is that if you are feeling terrible or you are doing something that is not getting you results, you need to shift your perspective. Your B.S.(Belief System).
π¨βππ¨βπ Part of the first step in the ABCDEF process is to identify how you are interpreting the situation or activating event. This usually means what assumptions and judgments are you making about the situation? Once you identify what you are inferring or the perspective you are taking of the situation you can dispute it β meaning you can find another way of looking at and interpreting the situation.
So, what is perspective anyway?
As I keep reading and learning from the Human Mind eBook, I want to share with you the insights of what your perspectives are like. Imagine youβre standing on the top of a hill, back to back with your friend. In front of you, at the bottom of the hill, is a collection of dilapidated homes. Their roofs are covered in tattered tarps from leaks that were never fixed. There are heaps of trash along the street, and a group of young children are running together in bare feet kicking a deflated soccer ball. Your heart hurts as you observe the extreme poverty that these children live in. You say to your friend, who is standing behind you facing the other direction, can you believe this? Itβs so sad!

It is my will to help the educator space by empowering your minds to eliminate false beliefs and mental blocks which can hinder your happiness and success in life. To remove them one must identify and understand what their personal needs are. At the core, our decisions and behaviors are driven by underlying needs and our beliefs about how these needs must be met.
π¨βππ¨βπ The 6 human needs are a powerful psychological framework, created by therapist CloΓ© Madanes and popularized by Anthony Robbinsβ strategic intervention strategies. These core needs are at the root of our motivations and why we prioritize certain decisions and actions, often without our awareness. Each person values one or more of these needs more than the others. Which need is your primary driver, is a huge determining factor for how you live your life.
The 6 human needs are:
Certainty/comfort
Uncertainty/variety
Significance
Love and connection
Growth

π¨βπ π©βπNo more medications, drugs, alcohol, or dead-end-streets. We are taking our mental health into our own hands - reclaiming the power we forgot we had. For those who have started to tap into our innate wisdom, it has often led to healing nothing short of profound. And for many of us, our desire to show others what we learnt and help them heal too has led us to invest time, energy and money into training to be an empowerment thinking coach.
Armed with our studies and ALOT of new information, we head out in to the world to tell EVERYONE all about how magnificent we truly are .... And to our own shock, no one is listening.

π¨βππ¨βπ There are 4 common ways that your mental twin nags you with negativity. You can easily catch your twin in the act of sabotage and catch it in the act. When you notice your twin thinking one of these types of negative thoughts, simply observe it. Donβt judge or criticize your twin because if you do, you'll be encouraging your inner voice to come in the back door again.
Self-Limiting. When my twin is trying to limit me, he says things like βitβs too hard, I canβt do thisβ or βitβs too riskyβ or βI donβt have timeβ. Ultimately, my twin likes making excuses. This is even more common if you lean toward having a fixed mindset. When you believe your abilities are fixed and you believe failing means you are a failure, the best way to avoid humiliation is to not try at all, which is what excuses are for, arenβt they? Your twin tries to shut down possibilities and solutions before you even get started.
Assumptions. Mr. Twin believes he's always right and that he's psychic. He likes to think he can read other peopleβs minds and assume what theyβre thinking and feeling. He likes to jump to conclusions and make snap judgments. Look out for your Mr. Twin saying things like βeveryone will talk about meβ, I made a fool out of myselfβ, βshe doesnβt like meβ.
Your inner critic is making up stories that arenβt even true. Once you know this, you wonβt fall for it so easily.

The starting point of all achievements is an obsessional desire to succeed with a definite purpose and the will power to go the extra mile everyday, until you accomplish that goal.
YOU and only you must believe in yourself and develop the self discipline to repeat the six basic requirements of your success.
WARNING: It is NOT suppose to be easy because the majority of people are complacent about their success.
So how bad do you want it?
Do you want it more than I do?

Believe in yourself
Believe in your chosen alliances
Believe in right over wrong; that right will prevail if you persist
in believing in right
Believe in proven laws and facts of science
Believe in the power of your mind to connect itself with
Infinite Intelligence (God) and become irresistible
Your success depends on you and your growth mindset.

π¨βππ¨βπ Teachers have more anxiety than ever during the current zombie pandemic which started Oct 2019. These challenging times are making it difficult because the world around us has forced educators to take a hard look at their lives and their careers.
432hz music could help with anxiety, but most people grew up with rebellious sounds and have forgotten the days of LOVE, like the Barry White era LOVE. So, if your being consumed by anxiety, listen to your favorite music. Focus on the lyrics in the music and stay with it. You will soon start to feel your anxiety fade away.
π¨βππ¨βπ Also, on a daily basis, 30 minutes before going to sleep and upon waking up each morning, speak positive affirmations to yourself in a normal tone. Imagine your day as a positive one and place those images front and center. Tell yourself want you will achieve and how you're going to do it. Give yourself a positive battle plan for the day. These positive images are a powerful way to manifest your daily success.
Remember life get's challenging daily from putting on socks to stepping on dog doo doo. So don't allow the days annoyances frazzle you. You can always confide in someone you trust to talk about what you're feeling. You also are your own best friend in case you can't find someone to share your thoughts with. So give yourself an uplifting talk. Learning to let it go will be a lot better long term.
Quote: "A rational man is guided by his thinking - by a process of Reason, not by his feelings and desires".
π¨βππ¨βπ As I continue to read the Human Mind eBook, I find it amazing how as an Empowerment Thinking Life Coach, I too fall into patterns of irrationality which I need to check frequently. Remember it is not our fault that we have negative thoughts. The proof is in the air, over time we live with a constant bombardment of CRAP.
Seriously folks, we have to fight through layers of crap between, what we learned as kids, as teens, as adults. We are programmed to listen to a less favorable spectrum of lies, bad news, others hurt feelings etc. We basically become numb to the reality that life is better than the one we actually are living.
π¨βππ¨βπ Itβs common to hear people talk about negative and positive emotions. What most people are referring to is the fact that some emotions, such as happiness and excitement, are pleasant and others, like anger and sadness, are unpleasant.
The problem arises when these different emotions are labelled good and bad. While happiness may feel good and sadness may feel bad, no emotions are entirely good or bad. If a person feels angry at themselves when they realize they did not take an opportunity they had been offered, is this bad?
π¨βππ¨βπ Negative emotions may be unpleasant, but they are not bad, and labelling them that way will cause us to:
β’ Avoid situations that would elicit them
β’ Repress them when they do occur
β’ Judge ourselves or others for experiencing them
So, because emotions are not good or bad, it is more helpful to look at emotions as either healthy or unhealthy.

π¨βππ¨βπ The science of why people Think, Feel and Act is fascinating once you understand how we do it. I speak a lot about the mindset because your greatest GOD GIVEN asset is your BRAIN.
Empowerment thinking is based on our thoughts and how we create our emotions and influence our own behavior. Thoughts, emotions and behaviors are a trio of playmates in one's mind and influence each other. The area where we have the most power is your thoughts because they are almost always the foundation of our emotions and the behaviors.Β
Here's the good news, why empowerment thinking is so powerful. We can learn to have greater control over our thoughts which results in greater control over our emotions and our behaviors.

I spoke about the 1st step to healing those negative thoughts about feeling low self-esteem, doubt, fear, hopelessness, and anything else the mind can think of. The first step to developing a growth mindset is ...
called AWARENESS!
In today's post I want to continue sharing with you what I'm reading and learning from the Human Mind Ebook. Let's give your inner fixed mindset persona a name.
I will also take you through Step 2: Perspective and Step 3: Action.
So let's talk about AWARENESS and the inner-self talk people have with themselves that causes fixed mindset triggers.
Everyone has an inner voice, which acts like our personal critic, doubter and even our personal hater. You've heard the saying: we're our own worst enemy! Wow those words suck and we truly start to believe them. That is our fixed mindset persona and we can hear ourselves having negative self-talk like this ...
β’ I will probably fail.
β’ I canβt do this.
β’ I donβt want to risk it.
β’ Iβm not good enough.
β’ I should just quit.
β’ Itβs not my fault.
β’ This makes me uncomfortable, Iβm not doing it.
β’ Why try if it wonβt change anything?
Can you say what your inner talk sounds like?
Quote: "The only thing that that overcomes hard luck is hard work" - Harry Golden - was an American writer and newspaper publisher.
π¨βππ¨βπ So I've been reading an amazing book called Human Mind eBook which written by an amazing Life Coach. As I continue to learn how to serve educators and ordinary people for their success, I gain value with the extraordinary information which just about everyone in the world suffers from.
The fact is that, it is scientifically proven that 90% or better of humanity is just irrational and lives a B.S. (Belief System) which causes them limitations to succeed in all areas of their personal lives. Many call it mental illness, when in fact they should call it irrational thinking. Allow me to share with you the chapter on which the basis of your B.S. (Belief System) exists. Remember, this is about your most powerful God given asset, your brain.
π¨βππ¨βπ Growth Mindset
The growth mindset is a belief that your basic qualities, including
intelligence and talent, can be cultivated through effort. This means that while people may be innately different, with certain aptitudes and temperaments, all aspects of a personβs abilities and personality can be changed, regardless of where your setpoint is.
π¨βππ¨βπ Fixed Mindset
The fixed mindset, on the other hand, is a belief that these same characteristics are fixed at birth or become locked-in by a certain age. This means that some people are just inherently more talented or intelligent than others and thatβs just the way it is.
Quote: "Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world".
π¨βππ¨βπ When I entered and developed a career in computer sciences back in 1998, the first thing I learned was programming languages, hence, I learned logic. Logic generally means the systematic study o valid inference. Each "argument" in a line of code must agree with the next in order to move forward.
What I didn't know is that learning logic does not make a person rational. Rationality in lame words means to conform with one's reason to believe. To determine if one's behavior is rational, one needs to make several assumptions the problem. Basically dispute whatever is on your mind to come to a positive solution.
Well I was totally into being dysfunctional about my reality and completely irrational. Not by choice mind you, simply because that's exactly how we are taught to be in life since our pre-pube days. The key to changing a fixed mindset is by believing you can change with a growth mindset.
John Bradshaw, a family-systems therapy advocate and family dynamics expert, cites research found 96 percent of all families to be to some degree 'dysfunctional' that is, the system by which the family interacts is distorted by the addictions and compulsions of one or more members.
How cool is that to know that you are not UNIQUE to this reality?
Quote: "Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do. Don't wish it were easier; wish you were better."
π¨βππ¨βπ You know, I was irrational for the greater part of 50 years of my life. Wow, I can't deny now that the choices I made in my life have lead me to many failures and successes as well.
I succeeded for 16 years as a data/network engineer, but just didn't quite get the promotions or pay raises I felt I deserved. I succeeded and failed a lot in my sales career between the ages of 18 and 33 years old. As well, the choices I made led me to the complete unfulfilled feeling of "I deserved that raise or that bonus" etc.
Due to my choices with women in my life, I have had successes and without a doubt, failures. Many a girlfriends from the age of 17 through the age of 35. All great to start and at the end dumped again for my bad choices. I hurt many women along the way and have even tried to make amends to exonerate them from my bad choices.
I got married, for the first time at age 35 and that lasted 8 hours. 2 years later I was divorced. I got remarried at age 38 on a whim and that didn't last as well. I produced a daughter who still after 18 years has only spoken to me as recently as 2 years ago for the first time. Since then we have lost touch again.
π¨βππ¨βπβ I thought I had learned something about the cards life had dealt me and always blamed everyone and anything to exonerate myself of any wrong doing. I'm 55 years old now and due to my choices in life, not the "cards life dealt me", I have learned over the past 8 months, that I was irrational.

π¨βππ¨βπ As an REBT Life Coach, I want nothing more than to see ordinary people reach their extraordinary potential! I have the realization that the global citizens limiting beliefs and irrational thinking is what is holding them back. Until now I didnβt know what to do about it.
Well, now I do and will help guide the global netizens to finally feel in control of their destiny! Iβll show them how to stop trying to control other people or the outside world and instead to TAKE BACK THEIR POWER by learning how to direct their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
The truth is that none of us were ever told that we have super powers because we each are the owners of the most powerful machine on the planet β the human mind! We have the ability to feel happiness, no matter what is happening around us. We have the ability to learn and change ANYTHING we want about ourselves. We have the ability to create the life we truly want, yes, even if right now it seems impossible. We possess the power to re-program our brains to achieve personal greatness while helping others achieve theirs.
Weβve just never been taught how to use this power!
Quote: "We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world."
Buddha 590 B.C.
π¨βππ¨βπ The origins of REBT started back in the 1950's by Dr. Albert Ellis. he discovered that thinking creates feelings and actions was in direct opposition to his training in and practice of psychoanalysis.
So what is REBT ?
It is Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. It is an action oriented approach to coping with problems and enhancing personal growth. it is a system for changing emotional behaviors and feelings faster than you ever thought.Β
REBT places a good deal of its focus on the present: on currently held attitudes, painful emotions and maladaptive behaviors that can sabotage the full experience of ones life. REBT also provides people with an individualized set of proven techniques for helping them to solve problems.Β
As an REBT practitioner, I work closely with people, seeking to discover their individual set of beliefs ( attitudes, expectations, and personal rules) that frequently lead to emotional distress. I do this by employing the powerful REBT technique called "disputing".Β
The results are happiness, living successfully with others, living a mentally healthy lifestyle and enhancing your personal wealth.

Debasish Mridha is an American physician, philosopher, and author. He is a seeker of the deepest truth that affects human destiny.
π¨βππ¨βπ Β Teachers forgive yourselves now and realize it is not your fault. The fixed mindset the human majority has is due to a past authority figure or experiences influenced by others who perpetuate the negative beliefs in life.
One's life becomes a living hell by harnessing unconscious random beliefs imposed on you during your life time. But, adopting positive conscious beliefs you can make your life as amazing as you truly desire.
Getting teachers away from the feeling of despair and pain of being stunted is how I help the 688,000 educators wanting a real solution to move forward. False beliefs create limitations in our minds which in most cases lead us to beieve in failure.Β
Do you want to get rid of your false beliefs and create an educational mass movement which will help the global student clients on Facebook?
First let's keep an open growth mindset to understand where your beliefs come from. Beliefs are deep rooted in our early childhood days and were fixed into our subconscious. Most likely by a parent/family member.
Quote: βCourage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently.β

π¨βππ¨βπ Teacherpreneurship is a labor of love, a means to help and serve those in need of your expertise. That means a lot of passion and persistence to get to where you want while providing high value solutions to the massive client base you can only find in Facebook communities.
There will be setbacks, failures and frustrations which lead teachers to one thing - success. But all those adversities are what makes educators resilient over time as you do the greater work. The only ingredient you will need for the journey is a NO QUIT attitude. Persistence and consistency will take you further than anything else. Of course being part of a master mind alliance will greatly influence and keep you on track.
Learning how to develop self-love is also an important skill in a happy, healthy online life. You deserve love just as much as everyone else in your life does. By taking care of yourself first, youβll have more love to share with the people around you. Self-love is a constant practice of taking care of your needs to prioritize your health and happiness.
Every successful entrepreneur understands their self value and will share that love with those they serve. So don't be afraid to show love to those wanting your educational solutions. It will be the basis for your long term success as an online educator.

π¨βππ¨βπ Why do teachers continue to self sabotage themselves 2 years after Zombie pandemic 1.0?
It's a question I find myself pondering every single day for the past 8 months. Since August 2020, when I decided to pivot and make use of my leadership and coaching skills to help teachers, the main topic of conversation has been defeatist at best.
Teachers love being hard-wired to serve as victims and antagonist in our life stories. Teachers know what is right and what is good for us, yet we kick our own asses during this COVID-19 era and thwart our ambitions despite our better judgements.
Teachers continue struggling to take that next step in the educational evolution happening around us. Although self-destructive behaviors plague everyone to one extent or another, it's the highly ambitious teachers who are most at risk. Take a step back and realize how you will be entering Pandemic 3.0 and yet you are still waging war against yourselves.
You're falling apart and need a cool off your destructive mindset and allow yourself an opportunity to adapt and adopt a growth mindset for success. You already spend the time online bitching and feeding off this negativity. How about you find a reason to love yourself and make something positive happen by helping those needing your experience as an educator.

π¨βππ¨βπ Educators achieving five figure online monthly status can sometimes feel like their just having good luck. it is not a coincidence that theyβve achieved such a level of success. They place their healthy habits, routines, and mindset at the forefront and refuse to compromise when it comes to working on their goals.
You donβt need a million dollar bank account or a rich uncle to manifest the exact lifestyle choices that edupreneurs rely on to achieve their goals (both financially and personally). In fact, most of the habits and mindset techniques that edupreneurs credit to their success are, FREE.
Educators model the most impactful habits and growth mindset hacks that their successful counterparts have been known to adopt with obsessional confidence and faith.
π¨βππ¨βπ Whether youβre desiring to join the edupreneur communities on Facebook or you just go it alone with your goals and passions, these smart concepts are guaranteed to help you along the way β as long as youβre willing to go all-in and be honest about the habits or mindsets that you need to squash in order to make way for a new way of thinking and going about life.

π¨βπ π©βπ All your teaching experience, all your academic achievements, all that passionate commitment you have is just missing one thing - your FAITH and BELIEF in yourself. Of course having a knowledge and skills coupled with a community of like minded educators will get you further.
Now that you have more of an idea of what a niche is and why itβs so useful to choose one as an online teacherpreneur, you have the task of actually deciding on your niche to start/grow/earn using Facebook organically without paying for ads. Facebook has 1.8B active users weekly and has 30% of the global population at your disposal.
So how many hours a week do you really spend on Facebook lallygagging?
Teachers have a wealth of expertise on valuable subjects. Your dream audience finds that expertise valuable enough to pay for it. Online learning has become a $200+ billion business, with many people turning to the internet to meet both their professional and casual learning needs.
π¨βπ π©βπ Quote: "Support your prayers with conviction. Don't sit and expect miracles. MAKE THEM HAPPEN!!" - Priyanka Sharma
π¨βππ¨βπ Warning:Β
Negative thinking does cause severe health and mental problems. Positive affirmations produce positive effects for replacing negative thinking. Β They serve as guidance to empower one's inner-self and confidence in the success we all seek daily. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts.
To use affirmations, first analyze the thoughts or behaviors that you'd like to change in your own life and career. Remember that affirmations are most effective when you use them alongside other strategies, such as visualization and goal setting.
π¨βππ¨βπ Many teachers have negative thoughts on a daily basis and sometimes find it difficult to let them go. When we think like this, our confidence, mood and outlook on life can become negative, too. The problem with negative thoughts is that they can become self-fulfilling prophecies.Β
We talk ourselves into believing that we're not good enough. And, as a result, these thoughts drag down our personal lives, our relationships, and our teaching careers. But, if we deliberately do the opposite and use positive thoughts about ourselves, the effect is powerful and more helpful.

π¨βππ¨βπ In this 21st century, no one can work without money and everyone should have a higher economic value. For much too long, teachers have followed their passion more than money. Some people choose to be dancers, others want to be a doctors and many people choose teaching as their career.Β
But big question that comes in everyoneβs mind is, Will teaching give me enough wealth?Β
No, if you see the historical salary of teachers. They did not earn the amount they deserve.

π¨βππ¨βπ Now that you have more of an idea of what an educational niche is and why itβs so useful to choose one as an online teacherpreneur, you have the task of actually deciding on your educational niche for creating your high value mini course!
You can either choose your educational niche based on your background and experience (such as academic business, educating kids or adults, or teaching pronunciation and accents), or you can explore deeper into a niche that interests you
Here are some questions to consider:
β’ What do you love about educating?
β’ What is your passion for teaching?
β’ What do you prefer, teaching/coaching/lecturing?
β’ What demographic excites you the most?
β’ Whatβs your teaching style? Loose/Uptight/Jovial?
β’ What is your teacher evaluation? Exceeds/Meets expectations?
β’ What educational niche could you combine effectively?Β
Music & Dance or Arts & Crafts or Public Speaking & Leadership?
π¨βππ¨βπ Are you living the life youβve always dreamt of as an educator?
I stopped growing in my career way back in 2015 and was seeking ways to up my game as a data center engineer. Then I visited a doctor my doctor for a scheduled hernia operation and things changed for me when he said "You have to do more blood work before surgery"
I wanted to fix my body and keep working as a robot because I learned to to become a robot my entire career which started in 1998. I did not like the lab results from my doctor and made a decision to end my career and find meaning to my greater self.
Sometimes people disregard their dreams because they don't understand the vision or snippet they vaguely remember. Most times we try to make bigger sense of our dreams instead of recollecting the last things we fed our minds. One thing is certain, the first and last things we feed our minds is what we will dream about and the subconscious mind communicates that to us with images.
The clearer the positive thoughts are when we rise and retire the day, the better we understand our greater purpose as one evolves into that which we so desire to be.
When you believe in your greater self, when you dream BIG and POSITVE, you manifest those things you ask the universe to provide based on the FAITH you place upon your heart to do the greater things you were meant to do.

π¨βπ π©βπ More than 44 million Americans have a side hustle. Whether you're selling handmade school supplies, doing design work after school hours, running an online educational app or joining the top teaching sites on the internet, these side hustles are meant to provide extra money beyond your teaching day job.
Becoming an educational entrepreneur could be for you every time you find yourself Googling how to make extra money on the internet. ESL, Math, History, Science teachers transition to teacherpreneurs as writers, arts & crafts designers, video support, and online academy owners.
Are you a teacher looking for a challenge, an opportunity to learn new skills, use your educational skills in a different way and earn additional income? Β
On August 2020, I took my my leap of faith as an ESL teacher to learn some new skills with ClickFunnels. I craved a creative outlet, but I wasnβt really sure what I wanted to do. I just knew I have a lot to offer based on my experience. What I learned was something I've heard and been told all my life, Donβt get complacent, don't procrastinate because no one can start a business by doing nothing.
I would hate to die and never do THE THING I was born to do" - Bishop T.D. Jakes
π¨βπ π©βπ There are two sure ways to succeed in life and both of them are the most ignored and misunderstood facts. The preview to life's coming attractions is within your Creative Vision. Yet, people fail themselves for not committing to this powerful one, two punch in your reality.
Number 1: You have not, cause you ask not - Your faith defines having blind belief on that which you can not see. Your greater self and greatest future was given to you upon being born.
If you DO NOT ask GOD for what you want every day upon waking up and going to sleep, your greater life will just pass you by.
π¨βπ π©βπ Number 2: Vision Board, Write it down!
Every successful person past, present and future writes it down. Create a list of 300 things you ask God for and read it every morning upon waking up with gratitude and every night upon going to sleep with gratitude.
Your vision board will become difficult after #75, however, write it down and get those 300 things on paper. Read it every day with the BELIEF that you will be blessed with what you ask God.
However, it's not enough to write it down, you have to make the effort to do the greater work and make it happen. Don't despair, because it will come at the appointed time. Just NEVER QUIT on yourself.
π¨βπ π©βπ So to recap, you ONLY have to do two things to become your greater self and be successful
1: Have faith in you and in your God - Believe unconditionally in what you can not see in yourself.
2: Write it down, create a list of 300 things you most desire and do the hard work daily with gratitude and wait for it. NEVER give up. God always delivers as long as you have FAITH.
βThe important thing is not so much that every child should be taught, as every child should be given the wish to learn.β β John Lubbock
π¨βπ π©βπ A teacher is a person who teaches students in a school as an occupation. Teaching is a profession, i.e., it is a paid occupation that requires a special training or formal qualifications. Teaching typically involves imparting theoretical knowledge.Β
For example, a Math teacher teaches theories, formulas, and information about math. He or she may also teach the students how to apply this knowledge practically. A teacher is more focused on curriculum, syllabus, and assessments. However, A good teacher can be called an educator.Β
π¨βπ π©βπ In my opinion, teachers are instructors and they focus on academic (curricular) activities. They prepare students for exams and help them achieve academic success. They may not be well equipped to look at issues critically and may not have knowledge about critical pedagogy.Β
The main difference between an educator and a teacher is an educator is usually viewed as a mentor, instructor, or a trainer. That is to say, an educator does not merely teach, he gives sure his students intellectual, moral, and social instructions.Β
π¨βπ π©βπ I spend approximately 25 hours at work a week teaching online, that is, 6 days, Sunday through Fridays. This could be the healthiest way to earn a living online, especially if you are over 40 years old. I'm 55 and any "hard hours" over 25 hours is based on my teachpreneur Facebook business.
In 2020, during the zombie pandemic 1.0, I decided to learn how to balance life & then work while being locked down. Through a 30 day One Funnel Away Challenge with ClickFunnels and my current mentors copy clinic I have been learning and polishing my copywriting skills, using the brand pillar High Ticket Pipeline for my success while helping educators learn how to create their own passive incomes with educational niche mini courses.
π¨βπ π©βπ I call myself a "teachpreneur" because I don't want to willingly work as an employee anymore. I only offer my content on Facebook organically and share my experiences in my Online Digital Education community. I help educators build great mini courses, how to use your email copywriting skills, attraction marketing, and build your Messenger relationships with authenticity so you can convert your potential clients into revenue.
I found my passive income niche last year on October 2020 after a 3rd attempt to get it right and understand my "WHY" and the people I dedicate my time with, YOU, the global teacher. Making money selling educational mini courses, having a private group on Facebook and pushing hard to become the best educational affiliate partner does sound quite lucrative & it is. I consider it the hard work being done daily and it pays off in passive income.
"Earn your success based on service to others, not at the expense of others." - H. Jackson Brown Jr.
π¨βπ π©βπ In today's 21st century mindset, everyone seems in a BIGGER rush for instant gratification. Yet, very few people take the time to research the failures and mistakes successful teacherpreneurs have faced during their journey.
Nearly all the obstacles you are facing have been encountered and successfully dealt with by another teacherpreneur before you.
Globally, teachers are paid in love and in a lot of under developed countries, teachers don't even get to first base with this "love". Teachers need and want cold hard cash because they also have families and bills to pay with the "love" they put out daily. Unfortunately, you canβt pay the rent in love.
π¨βπ π©βπ When running your online teacherpreneurship, you should be able to charge what you want for your teaching services. Youβve got to scale your business without working more hours.
Right?
Well, this is why I always recommend having the mindset of creating an educational high value mini courses in either 15/30 day lessons. You do not have to work based on a per hour basis online, you can work based on a 15/30 day cycle providing a self education mini course which provides you with a life/work balance that favors you and your clients time frames.
"Grit is the stubborn refusal to quit" - Jonah Lehrer
βGrit is passion and perseverance for long-term and meaningful goals.β β Angela Duckworth
π¨βπ π©βπ Gritty Teacherpreneurs, sounds like they get down and dirty to get things done. In some cases this may be a true. However, teacherpreneurs help develop happiness in their educational niche and their clients. One way they do this is by supporting clients in their day to day work, in a comforting way. They integrate their knowledge with research on motivation, interaction and cognitive science to create the best possible experience to ascend each client to their own best level.
Grit is not a race, it is a marathon for long term success.
Grit teaches everyone that without challenges people do not evolve and will not grow that positive relationship toward themselves, viewing themselves as capable and competent individuals. Hence, the growth mindset I always talk about.Β
π¨βπ π©βπ It also teaches everyone the importance of the Ritual of Solitude, which means giving oneself a mandatory period of peace. These are key concepts that teacherpreneurs continue to integrate into their solutions as well as their day to day lives.
But what is grit?Β
"Earn your success based on service to others, not at the expense of others." - H. Jackson Brown Jr.
Itβs easy to get so wrapped up in fixing your own life that you forget about helping others. And while itβs important to put yourself first sometimes, itβs even more important to help others whenever you can.
Being generous isnβt even always about altruism β becoming more generous and compassionate will have real tangible benefits in your own life.
π¨βπ π©βπ Will I succeed or fail? (fixed mindset)
Starting a new journey in life requires lots of belief in a number of areas. Β In order to find a trustworthy cause, you need to have a core reason in yourself to believe you can serve. Understanding how you can help others so that theyβll help you is a key belief for a Β teacherpreneur. You have to accept the basic premise and understand their goals and motivations. This comes a lot easier to someone with high emotional intelligence.
Successful teacherpreneurs know how to harness the energy, knowledge, and abilities of the people they serve. One way they get the best out of their dream audience is by remaining empathetic. Β For a teacherpreneur with high emotional intelligence, treating those you serve with respect and looking out for their interests is all second nature.
"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value." - Albert Einstein
π¨βπ π©βπ Online education opportunities are have bene thriving since the zombie pandemic of 2020. Teachers, not only started to love working from home, they also started to believe in becoming teacherpreneurs. The internet is exploding with opportunities to attract and acquire a niche audience interested in your educational experience and skills. That's the walk in the park scenario. The new opportunity comes with obstacles for all the degreed educators who have been employee fixed minded for the past 20 years.

π¨βπ π©βπ The highest paid people in life have one primary and often-invisible skill in common. Itβs invisibility stems from the fact that it isnβt flashy, you canβt flaunt it, you canβt even learn it. Itβs a skill that simply must be demonstrated over a long period of time.
Ask someone on the street what they believe the highest paid skill-set is and youβre bound to hear answers such as selling, coding, learning, execution, networking, negotiation, innovation, leadership, and more.
All of the above are desirable and have their place, and depending on your business or your career, each may outweigh the other.
But none of these skills are valuable if you can only do them once or even now-and-then.

π¨βπ π©βπ Teachers have been telling stories and writing stories successfully for a minute now. It should not come to anyone's surprise that educators are a repository of amazing stories. In this 21st century society, people are easily distracted by NetFlix entertainment or some other digital media without the realization that stories help with decision-making process for their online purchases.
Instant gratification is how most people spend their time on the internet. Although the masses are still being bombarded with short, visual and exciting advertising hooks. They do fall for it daily like fish in a barrel. These one hit wonders typically fail to deliver the long-term customer loyalty that many teacherpreneurs derive from their marketing efforts.
Nonetheless, teachers have always told stories to convey information, and a variety of teacherpreneurs have begun leveraging Facebook to better engage with their audience and cultivate more meaningful relationships with their clients.

π¨βπ π©βπ Last year, on July 2020, during the zombie 1.0 pandemic I found myself dealing with self-doubt, WTF thoughts and getting mad as I tried to crack the passive income online arena. As far as I was concerned, I just wanted to secure a Plan B in the event that my online ESL English gig went South.
I also DID NOT, and I repeat this because it is important to me to say: I DID NOT think I was being negative. I was being myself and acting as I usually have done to find opportunities for myself. Cognizant of others and extremely polite, yet a complete asshole to myself as I stressed about not becoming a zombie.

"Education is what survives when what has been learned has been forgotten" - BF Skinner
π¨βπ π©βπ The NBER | National Bureau of Economic Research states: We use administrative data at the U.S. Census Bureau to study the ages of founders of growth-oriented start-ups in the past decade. Our primary finding is that successful entrepreneurs are middle-aged, not young. The mean founder age for the 1 in 1,000 fastest growing new ventures is 45 yeas old.
π¨βπ π©βπ The Wall Street Journal did a write up Sept 2020 questioning if it is insane to start a business during CORONA?
They stated: Americans are starting new businesses at the fastest rate in over a decade and choosing to become solopreneurs in increasing numbers.
π¨βπ π©βπ We are currently living in a zombie pandemic 2.0 world where your educational niche business opportunities are global and borderless. The opportunities for success are vast. Itβs a digital world, and that's just the 21st century knocking on life's forward progress.
If you think you are too old to learn how to monetize your experience on Facebook, then you wrong. You may be a part-time teacherepreneur with a day job, and still can sell high value lesson plans or anything else that's an educational skill!
π¨βπ π©βπ I've spent the last week reading The New Psychology of Success by Dr. Carol Dweck, PhD. It's a wonderful book about educators and students mindset. The difference between success and failure is perspective.Β
Dr. Dweck spent her career studying attitude and performance, and her book shows that your attitude is a better forecast your success than your IQ. She also found that peopleβs core attitudes fall into one of two categories: a fixed mindset or a growth mindset.
π¨βπ π©βπ People with a FIXED MINDSET, believe they are exactly who they are and won't change. This problem creates a challenge because anything that appears to be more than they can handle is bound to make them despair, thus overburden their own minds and those of others.
π¨βπ π©βπ People with a GROWTH MINDSET believe efforts can improve their lives. They outdo fix minded individuals, even if they are of a lower IQ, because they see new opportunities as a way to learn something new. Β
I have had dreams and I have had nightmares. I overcame the nightmares because of my dreams. - Jonas SalkΒ
π¨βπ π©βπ Last year, at the end of the zombie pandemic 2020 year, PBS .org Newshour Extra reported the twenty-one teachers from across the country who dared share their response to the question:Β
Have you considered leaving teaching due to COVID-19?Β
Many asked for their names to be anonymous out of fear of retaliation while others asked if we could also leave out their city and state.
Iβm not sure I could name a teacher who ISNβT considering leaving teaching.
π¨βπ π©βπ I also came to recognize β with great sadness β that there is only so much I can do about things Iβd desperately like to help, including the mental health of my students.
Now, as we enter a new 2021 zombie pandemic year, I have renewed concerns which may keep most up at night. However, you have options which are greater than you know or are not being given an opportunity to explore.Β
I will read some of the brave anonymous educators who want to share their concerns and deserve a new opportunity to educate and value themselves 10x the cost of their degrees.
When people believe their basic qualities can be developed, failures may still hurt, but failures donβt define them. - Dr. Carol S. Dweck, PhD
π¨βπ π©βπ Iβve created 3 blogs since coming to Ecuador in 2017. Out of desperation to keep my sanity after falling for a life scam I created a Latin Jazz blog using Wordpress called 593 Latin Jazz. After all I've been an avid Latin jazz enthusiast for the past 35 years. I also created, soon after, Confia593 apartment rentals and postings blog for the neighborhood I lived in. Here in Ecuador you see hundreds of FOR RENT signs and I figured I can post those rentals for free n exchange for the rental fee as a commission. That helped me monetize a lil bit during my journey North of the country.
Since I was also teaching ESL English online I created, Ecua-Ingles, a expat English teacher blog and this kept me busy with the hopes of monetizing my experience as an online teacher and also to provide tips for those transitioning online. All this before I even had a clue that I was a network marketer with no direction in my life.
π¨βπ π©βπ Thank GOD I kept my day job as an ESL English teacher because fast forward to zombie pandemic 1.0 in 2020, I abandoned my 3 blogs feeling disappointed in myself. However, I've been a hard head all my life and felt I have to make this work as a Plan B for my uncertain future in Ecuador. While doing research on the net I came to realize I had a mindset problem. Hence, I didn't truly know what the hell I was doing or even WHY I was doing it.
I started to pay attention to the need of investing in myself to polish both my knowledge and skills sets to monetize my experience as a blogger, mentor, coach, even as an English teacher. Thanks to these multiple ventures, I was able to hit an ace in the hole by following and learning with a mentor the HOW TO MONETIZE my experience and find my WHY.
When people believe their basic qualities can be developed, failures may still hurt, but failures donβt define them. - Dr. Carol S. Dweck, PhD
π¨βπ π©βπ What is a teacherpreneur?
An educator who relentlessly uses their skillful experience, creativity, passionate knowledge and has a high degree of understanding what is their "why" is crowned βteacherpreneurβ. This educator has had enough of the 9 to whenever grind in order to follow their dreams to develop educational niche services and solve problems the masses are having. They also earn additional income and no one can frown on that.
For example, a classroom-based Social Sciences teacher the thought of working for yourself becomes the awesome option during this pandemic zombie era. This teacher decides to start a side hustle as an online educator and niching down to a specific area of expertise, such as teaching Critical Thinking. A teacherpreneur is born and the obstacles needed are the use of his educational skills, additionally his entrepreneurial skills like marketing to your dream audience on Facebook, creating a high value sexy offer, and creating a mass movement in your niche as you find your voice.
π¨βπ π©βπ I was already a native ESL English teacher when I decided to become a teacherpreneur in July 2020. After 3 iterations of branding myself, doing a ClickFunnels 30 Day digital marketing challenge and hiring a mentor with a proven track record and a community of over 6,000+ members, I felt confident that I too can do this and provide solutions to the 68.8 million educators needed over the next 10 years.
π¨βπ π©βπ In the previous 80 LIVES and 17 podcasts I've published since January 2021, I've talked about growth mindset, creating educational mini courses, attraction marketing, teacher mental health, positive affirmations and making 6 figures with your experience and academic achievements. There are many other tips, Facebook organic modeling and of course my favorite educational affiliate SaaS program, ClickFunnels to keep me talking throughout this zombie pandemic 2021 year.
Last year, 2020 was known as the most depressing year for many globally. Couple that with lockdown 2.0 and itβs obvious why most, if not all, feel a bit 'on edge'. However, know this, what you eat and drink does have a massive impact on how you think and feel. There is strong evidence to support that superfoods play a key role in mental wellbeing by helping to reduce stress, ease anxiety and even fight depression.
π¨βπ π©βπ Along the way with the Ritual of Live Nourishment, eating LIVE foods, fresh off the tree or vine fruits/vegetables and grains. Superfoods is definitely something I have been consuming due to my living in the Ecuador. There's nothing but farm grown everything here which is a plus for me as I grew up in processed food USA heaven. Food does taste different when it is fresh and even better when one cultivates their own.
After all the "how we eat" paradigm has shifted and organics as well as my favorite, aquaponics micro vegetation with farmed fish, is what I choose to fill my belly up with. Of course I have not given up that DEAD MEAT SYNDROME - yet!
π¨βπ π©βπ The struggle is real in all aspects of your life, both personally, professionally and fictitiously. Three lives to balance while trying to avoid unhealthy and negative behavior. Due to this, there are many teacherpreneurs who stay so focused on their day-to-day routines that they disregard the important stress signals that does affect their career and family.
My childhood was no better than the masses. It was a lot worse than those who had it good and it was a lot better than those who had it totally worse than mine. Peoples lives are filled with abuse, financial difficulties, tragedies, and emotional dysfunctions we start to accept as normal. I found myself overwhelmed by the age of 13 with negatives in my life. It took years of dedication, hard work, and education to break the cycle and master my personal life.
π¨βπ π©βπ The first step in my journey was becoming aware of what I needed to change. However, at the tender age of 22 I decided to participate in a large psychology workshop, a 2 day event in Madison Square Garden, NYC, to find out what is wrong with me. Well I can tell you that after 2 days of listening to other peoples life tragedies I learned to empathize with other peoples pain and realized there is NOTHING wrong with me - I just need a mindset change.
I started to implement good habits like positive affirmations, gratitude and helping others. I learned different techniques to handle my own problems, techniques I now share with my teacherpreneur coaching clients to help them reach positive growth in their own lives. Through my journey, I became a successful person, however, I still fell short of my mark both professionally and personally. Until now,, in my 50's and totally committed to one thing, my life first as I help others do the same.
If you're casual about your dream, your dream will end up a casualty. Leave a legacy not a liability - Les Brown
π¨βπ π©βπ The power of positivity and the strength of our own mindset is uncontested.
So how can teachers harness this inner strength to manifest a more positive and fulfilling reality?Β
Answer: By positive affirmation practice.Β
Mindsets are just beliefs. Theyβre powerful beliefs, but theyβre just
something in your mind, and you can change your mind. As you read, think about where youβd like to go and which mindset will take you there. Positive affirmations are useful tools in your mental well-being toolbox, which help teacherpreneurs gravitate towards best outcomes. They also raise your confidence and energy levels in the process.
What is holding you back from reaching your teacherpreneur potential? Are you tired and frustrated with always struggling off/online?
π¨βπ π©βπ ALL successful teacherpreneurs have many things in common, yet one sticks out for everyone with an entrepreneurial spirit: They all take care of their health and strive for a high-performance growth mindset.
π¨βπ π©βπ I help teachers understand, among many other things, the Facebook AlgorithmΒ
There's a reason why some people get lot's of engagements and other's don't. You have to understand that the Facebook algorithm is mutual, a two way street. You can't be a machista and just take without giving back. Romance the algorithm daily for at least an hour, show love, not LIKES on your friends posts which appear on your fan page.
Educators make posts and wonder why it only gets a couple of reactions here and there. The reason for that it is based on a logical mindset and you may want to go with the flow. Engage your friends with purpose and meaningful commentary. Facebook will look at this act of romance as sincere and soon will show your posts to your friends as well. Like I said it's a two way street.
π¨βπ π©βπ Itβs obvious to say that things are tense in this pandemic 2021 year. Just about anyone globally has tried many things to destress, from meditation to a bottle of booze to screaming at your neighbors.Β
Is it working?Β
Many would say the issue is that weβve become accepting of the high level of anxiety weβve all been experiencing last years 2020 COVID-19 arrival.Β
Is it starting to feel normal to you?
π¨βπ π©βπ Β I live in Ecuador and it's obvious here how everyone's anxiety not being taken as seriously as they should. In fact, many people act as if they feel fine, until a wrong look at someone in the streets creates a mass hysteria of sorts. The emotional exhaustion we all feel right now has a high degree of relevance.
You see complacency and many are becoming used to feeling like this, so they keep piling more things on top of the anxiety to shroud their pain. Even self-care can become just another thing we have to do. So many public health care individuals are prescribing this and that, offering blood pressure checks and the ever present wear your mask decree β it all feels like hard work. Slowing down is an option no one is talking about to help you get a grip.
Are you ready to get started ?
π¨βπ π©βπ So you want to be an teacherpreneur affiliate marketer or at least, youβre interested in learning more about educational affiliate marketing.
I'm going to attempt to explain what educational affiliate marketing is, why itβs awesome, and exactly how you can use it to build a profitable educational niche business.Β
Are you ready to get started?
π¨βπ π©βπ Β Affiliate marketing is a business model where you sell other businessβ products and make a commission on sales.
Average commissions commonly hover around 10%-20%, but you can sometimes get paid up to 50% β it all depends on whose products you sell.Β
Educational affiliate marketing works like this ...Β
You promote another companyβs HIGHLY ETHICAL products, usually with the use of a sales funnel, and those companies pay you a percentage of revenue on every product that you sell. To do this, you have to sign up for an Β affiliate program that resonates with you and preferably one that you actually have used and can attest to it's integrity.
π¨βπ π©βπ I find it challenging to be fully active in all aspects of my life, both personally and professionally, while avoiding unhealthy and negative behavior. And believe you me, I'm still unhealthy and getting better with the negative vibes I accept on a daily basis. I'm one of the many people focus on their day-to-day routines and obligations to the point where miss the important signs of stress that can affect my career and family. However, I'm getting better every day as I learn to get rid of that junk and create good habits.
My early life was filled with abuse, financial challenges, tragedy, and being solely responsible financially and emotionally for my mom. All this by the time I turned 13 years of age. I'm 55 now and I find less overwhelming negatives in my life. It has taken me years of dedication, hard work, and education to break the cycle and master my career and personal life.Β
If you knew how long and hard I worked on my inner peace, you would understand why I choose you in my life. The first step in my journey was becoming aware of what I needed to change.Β
π¨βπ π©βπ If you have dreamt about becoming a teacherpreneur, have you wondered WHY you have not?
According to a GALLUP Poll
"Many entrepreneurs lack the expertise or the right set of talents to succeed, which might explain in part why half of the new ventures in the U.S. fail in the first five years. However, startups are essential to economic growth, so supporting prospective entrepreneurs -- the 25% of Americans who've thought about but decided against building a business -- could help them convert their interest into action. To do so, it's crucial to understand these Americans' perceived barriers to entrepreneurship."
π¨βπ π©βπ Fear is the most common reason people fail to start their own educational niche businesses online. Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, or fear of losing the steady income from their day job. If youβre scared, then know youβve got company. I felt scared when I started last year during the pandemic. I started by gaining knowledge and skills for my mindset.
I can relate. I come from a 16 year career in voice/data networks with the worlds largest data center operator. I spent years trying to learn things like trading on Wall Street, shorting the market, binary options trading to overcome that fear and transition into the world of entrepreneurship.
π¨βπ π©βπ Now, I didn't give up even after I spent $35k on a real estate 3 day mastery course which made me feel amazing as a solopreneur. Thereβs a good reason for all of these fears. Educators fail within the first 6 months of trying because they want to reinvent the wheel. So itβs no wonder teachers hesitate to pursue their dreams of teacherpreneurship.
No one educator is born a teacherpreneur.
Itβs all about having the compulsion to be a part of something thatβs bigger than yourself and being willing to do whatever it takes to find that success. Being cut out to be an teacherpreneur depends on your perspective more than anything else. It is not instant gratification.Β
In my experience, as a coach, I receive plenty of questions and careful commentary about succeeding online as a teacherpreneur. I share my personal experiences to help you to get into a mindset that will ultimately free you up to find your own success.
π¨βπ π©βπ Do you know your βwhyβ? I had my "AHA" moment during the height of the pandemic, around August 2020. I decided to learn how to monetize my experience online with educational affiliate programs. Juts like the masses jumped online looking for teaching opportunities and how to make passive income online, I too looked at YouTube videos and sifted through the myriad of opportunities.
It truly sucks to have to find what can be an amazing offer only to fall for the old adage, if it's too good to be true, just ask and find out with relentless determination. It's important to have a firm grasp on whatβs driving your "WHY".
Your purpose, in many ways, is your foundation to success. So take the time to identify the reason behind what youβre doing:Β
π¨βπ π©βπ Whoever said that teaching abroad only means living in sub par abodes for a little money is wrong. Depending on your experience and degrees, teaching abroad is a fantastic opportunity. Savvy educators earn more than enough to pay off student debts any maybe have something left over to go traveling afterwards.Β
Of course, your English teaching salary should always be balanced with the cost of living in the country youβre planning to be based in. For instance, you may get paid big bucks in UAE (one of the highest paying countries to teach English), but youβll also spend more than a pretty penny to live there.
π¨βπ π©βπ Another thing many teachers who want to work abroad may overlook are additional drawbacks of being employed in a foreign country. The language and cultural learning curve come at a price as well. So sometimes, the highest paying English teaching jobs can cause a case of home sickness which will be paid for with your mental health until you actually get acclimated to the nuances. This can take a couple of years for many educators.
Is this making sense?
π¨βπ π©βπ Throughout our lives, we go through different stages. For most of us in this educational space, there was a time when we focused on growth. We studied books, learned and tested things, and became the people we felt we needed to become. We each followed our own path.
And no matter how much time we focused on growth, after a while it got old. We started to wonder, Is there anything else? Thereβs got to be more. We get to that stagnation point, because growth is just half of what we need to have true fulfillment in life.
The second half of fulfillment comes from contribution.
π¨βπ π©βπ I want to congratulate you for taking that next stepβmoving beyond mere personal growth and deciding to use your life lessons to contribute and help others. I know that as you do that, youβll become more and more fulfilled. This is one of the wonderful benefits of launching an educational niche based business and selling products and mini programs.
It all comes down to what matters the most. It is not how much money you make. Itβs how many lives you impact. The money is just a cool way to keep track of whatβs happening. Getting people to give you money is also one of the best ways you can hold them accountable to their goals.
Is this making sense?
π¨βπ π©βπ The 100 million-dollar question educators ask after they learn about education funnels is βHow do you actually get students into those funnels?β I had the same question when I got started August 2020. In fact, I remember asking my mentor who is having a lot of success online, βHow do you create traffic?β
He said, βGabriel, you donβt need to create traffic, itβs already
there. People are already online. You just have to figure out how to get those people to leave where they are and come to your Facebook profile.β
π¨βπ π©βπ As I started thinking about WHERE my dream customers were already congregating on Facebook. I realized that, in most cases, the people I want to serve are already in the market looking for something. And if I could present them with MY new opportunity, I could get them to leave where they were and start following me.
So what does this have to do with you?
π¨βπ π©βπ Teacherpreneurs looking to shift their mindset can do so by using positive teacher affirmations. Lift your moods, build resilience and assist students to thrive in a educational affiliate space.
One of the big things I learned in my early educational affiliate days as an educator came from a mentor while I was going through the ClickFunnels experience.
My current mentor, Doug Boughton is a warm and upbeat educator, that I'm keen to model myself on. He impacted me greatly with his wonderful positive outlook and encouraging spirit. He taught me how essential it is for teachers to be positive in all they do.
π¨βπ π©βπ I remember when he told me about educators needing to be βflexibleβ if they were going to survive and be successful online. He also modeled the positive vibe being nurtured in online space and this spilled out to those around him.Β
In our mastery group the term mindset is used extensively and the positive thinking comes through loud and clear! β¦ but I donβt think I really understood the power in this outlook.
The important takeaway? β Itβs paramount to have a positive mindset to be able to thrive as a teacher.

EP06 010621 Finding Your Teacherpreneur Niche Mini Course π¨βπ π©βπ
π¨βπ π©βπ Educators are a repository of knowledge and skills they have yet to understand how to monetize online with an educational niche mini course. Yesterday I spoke about WHY you are NOT getting paid the value you have with experience and degrees. It is simple to do and NOT easy because as educators we over complicate choosing a niche that aligns with an interest or passion.Β
You know your strengths and you know your convictions. Convictions arenβt enough to create successful businesses or else everyone would be running one. However, belief is what can power you through when you get frustrated or burnt-out building your educational niche mini course.Β
In other words, if you choose a niche strictly because of the earning potential then you will be outclassed by someone who actually has convictions for what you truly know. Stick with what you know, what youβre great at, and what you care about!
Is this making sense?
π¨βπ π©βπ There are literally thousands of profitable educational niches to decide on. Here are 7 awesome ideas for those teachers looking to become a teacherpeneur and selling an educational niche mini course.
π¨βπ π©βπ The addiction of scrolling your Facebook newsfeed or fan page finds most people doing nothing but wasting time being entertained by others muses.Β
Many of these inspired folks actually put out interesting and amusing content. You will everything from the Russell Brunson Potato Gun to tiny bugs or needle point designs. Many of these people have not had that "AHA" moment to monetize their craft online and yet their dream audience is engaging them daily. Raising their hands and begging for a taste of what truly interests them.
Did you know that these people are your potential customers?Β
π¨βπ π©βπ Being stuck at home and working online as an ESL English teacher provoked me to learn about attraction marketing and how to monetize my skills to masses this past 2020 pandemic year.Β
On one hand, I was figuring out how to be more self-sufficient out of necessity. On the other hand, I became more curious about ways outside of my realm to serve people and solve problems for teachers/educators.Β
Can you see why weβre experiencing an online learning to earn boom?
π¨βπ π©βπ There is a BIG potential and mass movement with educational niches going on online for the next 10 years. If you want to make more money in 2021 or are ready to start & grow an educational niche six-figure mini course online business, brushing up on some skills could help you reach your earning goals. Give yourself more earning potential by growing your teacherpreneurial skill set.
Digital Marketing
π¨βπ π©βπ If you have a passion for working in the digital media space you can acquire the skills needed to secure six-figures. In fact, there are many money-making skills you can learn between 90 and 120 days.
TEFL: Teaching English as a Foreign Language
TESOL: Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages
TESL: Teaching English as a Second Language
CELTA: Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (now known as Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
are costing teachers anywhere from the low end $200 to a high end of $2500 for a certification that WILL NOT get you a paying JOB worth the paper.
Don't you have the high end degree already? Bachelors, Masters, PhD, Doctorate?Β
Many are scrambling to spend this money in order to earn LESS not MORE.
π¨βπ π©βπ Great teachers know that in order to persuade potential students to buy, you must understand how students think.Β
Itβs all about making students feel a certain emotion that will compel them to purchase.
How often do you want to get inside the heads of your students?
All educators want to know what makes their students tick, and how they make their educational decisions. Figuring that out, though, is a huge challenge.
Is this making sense?
π¨βπ π©βπ This is especially true since every student is different. Every student has their own likes, dislikes, values, motivations, dreams, and goals.
Despite this challenge, educators go to great lengths to find out how their students make the decision to purchase a mini course.
A whole branch of psychology is even dedicated to this subject: behavioral economics.
Isnβt that cool?
π¨βπ π©βπ We are ALL creatures of habits, some good, some bad and many are BAD when it comes to succeeding as online educators. Just because we teach online and offer educational services based on our experience and degrees, DOES NOT a teacherpreneur make.
What WILL make you a successful online educator is modeling the success of other entrepreneurs and acquiring, with discipline, the simple things you need to do everyday.
Do you wonder why you are NOT generating 100 students a month?
π¨βπ π©βπ I started working as a native ESL English teacher on September 2017. Five months after getting my ass kicked upon arriving in Ecuador. I was fortunate to land an opportunity to teach English to kids in South America with Open English Jr.Β
This opportunity allowed me to survive a terrible event due to my being rejected by, my then girlfriend, two grown kids. I had no idea that when an Ecuadorian woman accepts a man in her life, that means he has to marry the whole family as well and they get to run circles around you unchecked.
