In this video, I go over why I'm buying long-duration CDs and U.S. Treasury Notes and Treasury Bonds on the secondary market. These have maturities above 2 years and are fetching high annualized yields. CDs in particular have gone above 5% yield on the 2-year. CDs and Treasuries are helping me pay off my mortgage early.
