I recently asked in my Unstoppable Action Taking Entrepreneurs, Facebook Group, if the women in there got more done, when they felt like they had plenty of time or when they had a looming deadline. The majority stated they needed a deadline for pressure.
This idea is pervasive. We have this idea that if we put things off until they're due, then the pressure of the deadline is what is going to motivate us to get it done so we can do the thing most efficiently. I'm using air quotes, by the way, around efficiently.
Procrastination is the antithesis of productivity, because what we think is efficiency is really just surface level. What actually happens is it takes more time, energy, cognitive, bandwidth, and space. Procrastination is depleting your brain power.
So if you're onboard, if you're ready to overcome this leaning on procrastination, this trap of procrastination, this episode is for you. I’m going to go over some ways that you can sidestep procrastination and just do the damn thing. Ready? Good, let’s go.

In April of last year, I had planned to ramp up my content creation and really position myself for a huge launch of my very first course ever, but I wasn't in the right headspace for it. I had been struggling to get anything meaningful accomplished in my business because the pandemic had shut down my daughter's school. I became a stay at home mom overnight. And I was struggling majorly.
Luckily my business coach at the time took notice of this and rather than pushing me to work harder and hustle more, suggested a doing-detox. On a day-to-day basis, I had lost focus on why productivity mattered to me. Can you relate to that?
By cultivating the right mindset about productivity, I was able to increase my output and truly impact my success. And that’s exactly what we’re going to talk about in this episode, how to create the mindset of a productivity powerhouse.

Today’s episode is all about optimizing your client journey. Creating a client journey is impactful and delightful for your client and vital for sustainability, for you.
But, you may have that client journey that isn't serving you. And chances are, if it's not serving you, it's not serving your clients either. You're either trying to do too much and make your client journey super personalized, which isn't sustainable long-term if you want to scale, or it sounds like a robot is answering all your emails and it's a big fat turn-off to your clients and leads.
Think about this. How much of what you do is because your ideal client asks for it. This sounds like a really good practice, right? Listen to your ideal client and create experiences based on what they say they want? Wrong. And I will tell you why and how to optimize your client journey in the episode.

You’ve probably heard the quote by Jim Rowan that says, “we become most like the five people we spend the most time with”. If that is true, then it’s important that we are intentional with choosing those five people, right?
Absolutely. But you still might be wondering, why? Well, because as much as we'd like to think we are, we aren't super human or robots. We are imperfectly susceptible to bouts of doubt and self sabotage. It's normal and entrepreneurship, especially online entrepreneurship can be super lonely and isolating. We need those people around us that we can learn from, grow with, receive support from, and also those that will hold us accountable.
In this episode I'm sharing with you how to build your success circle to level up your business. Ready? Okay, let’s get started.

Has anyone ever told you that you should write a book or launch an online course or maybe even start and run a mastermind group coaching? There are lots of ideas out there on how to go from trading dollars for hours, to leveraging your time to serve several people at once.
Most of the entrepreneurs I work with want a way to serve more people and have more of an impact on the world while increasing the dollars in their bank account.
I mean, who doesn't, right? But how do you decide what to work on and when, and how do you capture all these brilliant ideas you have so you can use them later?
Well, I am so glad you asked, because that is what today's episode is all about: how to organize all your ideas to launch your one to many offer.

Are you randomly choosing what strategies to try in your business? Are you doing some piecemeal implementation where you bounce from expert to expert free resource to free resource and try half-hearted tactics to get to the goals you want to reach?
I get it. There is so much information and advice floating around from others who have accomplished what you want to accomplish. But there is GOLD in one place that you actually have exclusive access to that will unlock the secret to everything.
And chances are you've either been neglecting it or ignoring it all together. I'm talking about your own numbers.
The best way to know what works for you and your business right now is to look at the data. And that's why in this episode, we’re diving deep into how to use data to make better business decisions.

Are you confident in your next steps? One of the things online entrepreneurs come to me with all the time is: “I don't know what I should be doing next. I just need someone to tell me what to do next.”
They are overwhelmed by all the advice, options, and information that is readily available to them and constantly blasting their Facebook feed and inbox.
It's not that they don't know the possible next steps, but which one they should be taking next. And if this sounds like you it's totally okay. You're not alone. In fact, in this episode, I'm sharing exactly how to overcome this issue and confidently choose your next tasks and projects. No matter what pops up.

In January of 2020, I read a book called the 5:00 AM Club and in it. Author Robin Sharma gave the secret to get up at 5:00 AM every single day, work out the first thing and start the day with intention and purpose. I mean, that sounded so great to me. So I became the early bird and got to intentional and productive hours of my day done before the rest of the house even woke up.
Then COVID hit. And I became a stay at home mom overnight, nothing was normal anymore. And I know this isn't just my experience. I know a lot of people have had this experience. I'd get up at 5:00 AM and my daughter would get up at 5:06 AM and then she wouldn't nap. So I didn't get any real work done until after she went to bed. So I'd stay up late working and then getting up at 5:00 AM was not possible. I had lost my early bird tendencies. I was stressed out. I was not my best self.
Something had to change. It felt like I had no control over my own life. And I know I'm not the only one with a story like this and it wasn't just the pandemic's fault.
In this episode I’m talking about how to intentionally cultivate healthier habits that work and what to do when those habits stop working.
