"Don't let the success go to your head and don't let the failures go to heart". I am honestly speechless, Ms. Maxwell is extremely humble and intellectual. After speaking to her and taking the time to reflect on her advice and thoughts, I think she's absolutely right. There is no shortcut, it's all hard work and consistency. I love how she mentioned Will Smith as an example of hard work and business. It doesn't just happen, there needs to be planning and execution. I think we should be thinking about what we want from our lives and its okay if we change our goals. New experiences will lead to that and its beautiful to recognize it (something i did not understand before) In the future, I can imagine myself just going about life and time to time be reminded of Ms. Maxwell's advice. Just the way she thinks, she mentioned she painted doors for long time. Very symbolic. I wont forget this conversation. Thank you for being a good role model as we look up at you. I truly hope I grow to be more like someone like yourself.

Good insight into the mind of a rapper with background in modeling and someone being on tv shows. Its no secret that music has a great influence in our lives, and the artists we choose to listen draw their music from experiences we can relate to. Rappers often choose to flex what they don't own and I see it as showing everyone you've made it when you've actually not. But at the same time, fake it till you make it. It's about making a perception and then becoming it. Debatable but definitely understandable. Grant, it was a pleasure talking with you brother and I wish you the best with your music carrier. I'm excited to see where this path leads you to. All the best

Perhaps one of the most humble people I've met so far, Xabier you are a walking example of what one can achieve if they were to overcome their challenges. I admire your perspective, you don't see your condition as a disability but rather a challenge that you had to overcome and most certainly have. Also that everybody has their own unique set of problems it being social, financial, medical, etc that the must overcome. You've made a ripple effect, impacting many lives towards positive change through your story and success. I have learnt from you that it is right thing to forgive others that might have caused negative impacts in your life and that we must "grow together". Also that fitness should not be at core to impress people but one must establish a personal bond with fitness to become the better themselves. You are an excellent man of character, and truly a walking pearl. Thank you for the talk brother.

Spepul Cawston is a second generation firefighter, who along with his crew and the fire department have been battling fires that have burnt over 3.4 million acres in 2020. Spepul it has been an honor to talk with you and learn about the current fires and the methods involved controlling it. I am glad your facebook post went viral and that we were able to talk. It would be an understatement to say that you Spepul and all other firefighters are heroes. A sincere, genuine thank you from the community. At the same time, I'm very disappointed to learn that our government isn't doing as much as it could be for these heroes. Spepul mentioned that his job is dangerous as expected and due to moderate salaries if he were god forbid injured in anyway, he would be unable to support his family. Just like we respect and grant privileges to military who definitely deserve it, we must recognize the crucial role of fire fighters at all times (NOT JUST DURING FIRES). I think it is important to learn and implement fire preparedness tips via NFPA.org as fires are getting larger every year and it is possible one of us might have to encounter a fire. I encourage you to share this video to spread awareness of the struggles fire fighters endure to protect us. Once again, thank you Spepul, I pray you and your crew remain safe during these fires. Much respect brother.

This podcast made me think how everything we are serious about should be visualized. For Tayden, he's been thinking about what he can do in the ring and how to cope with daily stress. Thats the highlight. We need to be focused and actively think of our future and where we are headed towards. Tayden and myself trained together back in Long Beach and while I quit the sport, I saw the dedication this dude has. Tayden recognizes that he wasn't always good at boxing and after many years of practice, he's finally gotten the hang of it. IN SHORT, if you're not good at something initially it don't mean you're never gonna be good at it. Tayden's won his professional match this Saturday. Congrats again. I have big expectations from people who achieve this mentality. I hope we can take a minute to reflect our goals and see what needs to be done to achieve them.
