Hey guys!!!
We made it to the 20th episode woohoo!!! Thanks so much for sticking around through it all. Today I have a very special episode prepared for you guys... it's my first time having a guest on the pod that isn't a friend of mine.
A while ago I read the book Tandem Leadership by Gina Catalano and it absolutely blew me away! I learnt so much about teamwork and leadership, and honestly... I can say I experienced a mindset shift. As an experienced fractional COO, Gina has a wealth of knowledge and graciously agreed to come on the podcast and share some of her wisdom and experience. Enjoy!

Hey guys! Happy Monday!
This week I was reminded of just how lonely many of us have been feeling since the pandemic came about. In today's episode I wanted to discuss my personal experience with unrequited love and loneliness, as well as share some lessons that have changed my perspective and brought me some much needed joy, peace and encouragement. Battling the longing for love is still difficult, but I hope this episode leaves you feeling a little hopeful and encouraged :)

Let's talk books! This year one of my goals is to fall in love with reading again. In this episode I take a look at the book The Four Loves by C.S. Lewis which discusses Affection, Friendship, Eros and Charity. I've only read the section on frienship so far, and I've learned so so much! So listen as I take you through my thoughts and favourite quotes from the book...
This book is simple yet profound, and I definitely recommend it :)

Hey guys!
As promised, in today’s episode I decided to share a little poem I wrote back in high school entitled “My Father”. I also reflect on the story behind this poem, and how as I’ve grown older, I’m starting to take more time to reflect on emotions I’ve left buried for a long time. It’s not easy, but your girl is on a journey to wholeness and balance. Hope you’ll stick around for the ride! :)

Hey guys!
Who's ready for round 2? In today's episode I share how not long after sharing my apartment testimony with y'all, I'm back in a similar situation...again. Things are both easier and harder this time, but as always we're having faith and finding strength in the Lord. He has done it before and will do it again!

Happy October!!!
So this month I'm sharing an episode I recorded all the way back in July with my dear friend Rachel. Honestly guys, we touched on a lot of topics and it was a real, unstructured conversation, but if you're down for lots of laughs and some hard hitting questions then this is an episode that will definitely interest you. Thanks so much Rach for hopping on this with me, it's always so fun when we sit down for these together!

Hey guys!
Happy Monday! In this episode I finally talk about something that I've been trying to share for months but never got around to recording: the start of my journey into modelling! I talk about certain parts of my childhood, my history with the performance arts, some struggles with rejection, and how I eventually got signed to my agency. This episode features my wonderful mother who gives us some of her perspective on things and helped me remember a lot of details. If you're reading this, "thanks mom!!!" This is quite a story, but God got us through and I hope it can encourage anyone who's facing rejection or unsure of their path to keep going and trust that God will work it all out. If something is meant for you, you wont miss out on it!
p.s. I don't have time to drop the YouTube video, but that's coming latest by tomorrow! xo

Hey guys! It's September!
Happy Academic New Year to all the students out there! It's been a while, but I hope you've been doing well :)
In this episode I talk about 2 books that have literally changed my life in the past month, and how I feel as though my life has been forced to slow down (in a good way). I hope that this episode can encourage someone to allow themselves to rest sometimes, and take time to reflect on what's taking place internally instead of being distracted by external noise. If you guys would prefer to watch this episode it's also available on my YouTube channel.
I have to give Josiah Hyacinth a huge huge shoutout. He's the reason I read the books and he inspired me to go back to recording again. If you haven't already make sure to listen to his podcast 5 More Mins w/ Josiah Hyacinth and subscribe to his mailing list. It literally changed my life for the better and I hope it does the same for you. Love you guys and see you next week!

Hey guys!
As promised, today's episode is a continuation of the last podcast episode. I will be telling you guys exactly how God came through for me in the last hour and blessed me with an apartment after months of waiting! It's honestly a crazy story that still baffles me to this day, but know that if He did it for me He can do it for you too :) That said, this episode is an excerpt from a full Youtube Video I dropped on my channel so if you're interested in the full details with some video clips from the journey then definitely check that out.
p.s. If you listen to the end there's a little bonus surprise clip for my podcast fam <3
Love y'all and see ya next time!

Happy new month everyone! I know its been a while since the last episode but this one is very special to me. I recorded it back in April in the middle of one of the biggest tests of my faith that I think I have ever experienced. I was facing possible homelessness and time was ticking by, and at the time of this recording I had 10 days to find a new home. Life is not always unicorns and rainbows and it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes, but I hope this episode cann serve as encouragement for anyone who is struggling with patiently waiting on God to come through for them. Trust me, I know the feeling. I know about the tears, the confusion, the lonely nights and the frustration. You are not alone. And remember, if God could make the whole world then granting your request is nothing to Him. Everything He does is for your good and He loves you so much. He just wants you to trust Him and give Him your heart :)
Next week I'll be sharing the testimony of just how God did come through for me just when it seemed like all hope was lost. Make sure you tune in!

On today's episode I am joined by plus size model and influencer, Kaity aka @kmw_plus on Instagram!
I recently had the opportunity of meeting her at Reitman's campaign and was captivated by her vibrant energy on set. I knew immediately that I needed to hear her story. Kaity takes us through how she started her journey, came into her own, and overcame many obstacles along the way, the biggest of all being her height. Despite being 5'3" Kaity has booked campaigns, walked runways, and is living proof that you can achieve anything if you just keep working hard and believing.

Happy Easter Monday y'all!
As we celebrated the resurrection of Christ this past weekend I took some time to reflect on my relationship with God. I told myself that I would be anchored in Christ but it's been a back and forth battle to say rooted in His Word. However, I recently had to come to terms with something important:
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast"
( Ephesians 2:8-9 )
You don't need to be perfect, you don't need to do all the right things because grace is a gift, it is undeserved.
Christ who was perfect died, so that I don't have to be :)

In this premiere episode of The With Abang Podcast, I went into my archives and pulled out an episode I recorded in November 2020. This episode started out as a joke, but turned out to be a great discussion with my friend Fikayo about finding love in our family and friends as well as battling struggles with loneliness. Enjoy! :)
