Let’s talk fabric & texture. I’m drawn to texture like a moth to a flame. It’s pervasive; it’s commandeering; it’s fun! I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw these babies on the sale rack at my local yoga studio. My hand felt the fabric and I was sold. I took them to the fitting room, excited yet hesitant to try them on.

I ended a friendship this week; it hurts. I’m sad. My chest feels like a snow globe that was turned upside down…and instead of letting the snow fall gently over a peaceful scene back to balance, the globe was tossed on the couch, fell to the floor, and kicked by the dog into a corner, still upside down and sideways.
