This podcast will be about NBA players, coaches and more on their faith journeys and how it has helped them throughout their life and playing careers. I will be walking through those stories and how things developed to where they are now. The idea came from bridging the gap between players faith, hoops and bringing that to lime light. For Health and wellness it is important because if players are not taking care of their mental health and body it will affect their games at some point. So I will be pointing out what some players do to keep their mental health intact. Shading a light on theses topics and how it goes hand in hand with who they are and what motivates them on and off the court. Will eventually get some of NBA players to join us in an interview and hear their stories from them. Players such as Trey Burke, Bradley Beal, Kyle Korver, Trae Young, Jeremy Lin etc. We will also be touching on Health and Wellness topics with experts that some of the players do not discuss such as their diet, nutrition, happiness, how they handle off the court life, etc. I will give my take on NBA playoffs 2021.
