On The podcast today i am speaking to Robin Lockhart. Robin has developed an outstanding international reputation as a specialist professional offering high-impact coaching, project management, training, research, evaluation, interventions and front-line delivery services to individuals and communities globally.
He is a strong communicator with highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, management, organisational and creative thinking skills.
Working primarily with communities around areas of specific and often acute needs. Also supporting groups and individuals to identify issues and problems that may be affecting them or their community, Robin enables people to take ownership of such issues and embeds problem solving processes to seek resolution through Informal Education and Experiential Learning.

On The podcast Paul McKenzie is speaking to a teacher and for the purpose of this podcast we will call her Jane as she prefers to remain anonymous.
"Jane" has some interesting views on how the impact of COVID 19 has affected her role as a teacher, and how it has had an impact on young people.
One of the things that have not come to the forefront when we talk about the last year in lockdown is how have teachers managed?
It was only when I looked into the screen of my son’s online classroom, it occurred to me to ask the question to his teacher. The response was interesting, and shocking at how the profession has had to cope with moving from the classroom to the screen.
There is no doubt that there is a distinct lack of support for teachers and other professionals during these times.
Let’s find out from a teacher’s perspective, what the future holds for the teaching profession and the young people impacted by the changes.

In this podcast I interview an incredible 15-year-old girl that truly has the heart of the community. Her name is Amber Hood and she is at the forefront of many campaigns to raise awareness about sickle cell and various other blood related illnesses. She has been raising awareness and money for charity over the last few years.
As we know thousands of people are affected each and every year and over the last year it has been incredibly difficult to get out and help, but she has.
Not to mention going back to school in between all of this work.
Amber has also been nominated for the Sparkles and Rhinestones pageant girl of the year.

ROSS ELLIOT journalist/reporter and founder of Havering Daily an informative on-line community newspaper. Ross is also the assistant Vice President for Barclays Bank PLC.
On this podcast we are going to be catching up on how he has coped through COVID and the challenges of last year living in lockdown, we also talk about moving forward and how the new world will emerge once we are through this unprecedented time.
The online newspaper covers a variety of community news for the London Borough of Havering. Ross has a particular interest in working with young people and spends a fair amount of time championing good causes that help support them. One area of concern for Ross is serious youth violence, a topic that touches us all.

This podcast interviews Paul and Dean who are two illustrators from Soveriegn Comics Paul and Dean.
They are part of a new initiative to help combat Criminal Exploitation working alongside Liberty Lines and Youth Unity
The podcast talks about Criminal Exploitation and Grooming, we know thousands of young people are manipulated into these circles every year, sometimes under our very noses. Because of this, we really do need to inhale the problem and exhale the solution.
Together with Liberty Lines, they have created a comic book that not only educates young people about the dangers of grooming, but gives them an alternative to the narrative that this is becoming such a normal occurrence in our society.
Criminal exploitation is difficult to navigate once you are involved, and the more education we share around this topic will invariably save many lives.
