Kim has gone through her journey recognizing there was more to life than what her eyes can see.
As she was guided through reiki she found herself being called to work with Angel energy. Kim was skeptical at first until she felt the presence of Angels and has helped others around her.
Angels are always surrounding us and are there to provide us a helping hand in all that we need on this earth plain.
This conversation is so in my element speaking about angels and which ones to call for what situation you are experiencing.

Liam, was searching for happiness for most of his life until he found himself, bankrupt and in court with two former wives.
He had to move back into his mom's tiny flat, fight off calls from people he owed money too, he realized he may not have had anything but he was happy.
From years of studying, going to church, taking personal development courses, reading all the books and studying spiritual principles and practices, Liam realized after being in his darkest moments, that all things are telling us the same things yet the interpretation may not be understood properly.
Liam goes to tell us how his life changed when he learned how to use his brain properly, explaining the four functions of the brain and how it works to our advantage
He explains the root of a problem alongside bible verses with one that is said over 300 times to show us that it is our biological physical function to allow goodness to come towards us.
The function of the mind, in combination of other modalities can help you move forward in your life with ease. Learning how the brain works and how it functions it can get you what you desire in life.
You don’t have to push, you work through it with intention and knowingness that it is you’re divine right to receive your gifts from God, as you are following Divine Intelligence guidance.
Feeling the brain with proper nutrition, mind chatter, love and acceptance the move goodness will come into your life.

International’s model Christine Handy went from being a catalog model to dealing with breast cancer. During her 15months in chemotherapy Christine realized that some women that wanted wings didn’t have the financial means to purchase one. Today Christine sits on the board of E Beauty where they have gifted over 50,000 wings to women in the United States to date.
If you would like to donate your wing or any financial support to ship the wings you may donate at www.ebeauty.com
Christine brings us wisdom for women that are going through breast cancer, and what we need to do, focus on and how meditation, faith and God helped her through the process.
At age 51 Christine walked New York fashion week with a concave chest.
As a first time runaway model Christine did this to bring courage to other women going through cancer to say its okay, this is what I look like now and I’m happy with myself this is the new version of me.
Christine shares with us what she did to prepare for NY fashion week, that put her on a magazine as a prepared herself for the show.
Going through 28 rounds of chemotherapy. Every week for 15 months, Christine had a lot of time to have some retrospect on her life and what she wanted to do. Moving to a new place she found a way to fill in her days that took away from her social life, yet it has filled her life with joy.
Christine is also the president in the non-profit People of Purpose where she helps prisoners transition to living back into society. The changes this organization has created in such a short time is so incredible.

We discuss a plethora of topics around women giving themselves permission to ask for help and stop playing superwoman.
Beate's book the 'Women's Code' belongs on every woman's shelf in Zak's opinion, as she calls it a playbook for all women, when it comes to prioritizing what's important, and what needs attention in that moment.
Beate takes us down the path of the Ego Rhythm and the nine areas most women try to focus on at once which can be crazy making to one's mind.
Zak shares with Beate how she utilized the ego rhythm and made it hers in order to achieve things that needed attention right away.
It's one thing to take someone's advice, it's another to personalize it and make it work for you.
This conversation is full of information and strategies to create an abundant life in your personal, professional/career, and social interactions.
Beate speaks to us about the 'Women's Code' and how all women should adopt it to create strong bonds and support for the sisterhood, just like the men do in their brotherhood.
Take a listen and share with all women. It's time we give each other permission to let down our guard and say it's okay, you got this.

Stevie's mom once gave her the best advice any mother can be in a time of difficulty.
Stevie was in competitive dance and wanted to toss the towel in, until she called her mom, and her mom shifted her way of thinking by this one line "be a shark" of course mom gave her more advice with the line, however that line alone got Stevie thinking from a young age.
As she took mom's word of advice Stevie, started to dive deeper into the world of sharks and learned a great deal of lesson after she went shark diving with her husband.
Sitting in a cage all day long waiting for sharks to come eat a tuna head, banging into the cage, Stevie was having many aha moments in her silence listening to her own breathe, "there was nothing else she said, it was me and my breathe"
In that life changing experience, Stevies whole world shifted.
From her business to how she observed things to get her past the hump.
This podcast is full of wisdom, laughter, guidance, AMEN moments and deep reflective words from Stevie...

After 15 years of being the lead eating disorder specialist at a major hospital, Dr. Cristina Castagnini left to open her own practice and start a podcast with the hopes of spreading more awareness about mental illness, eating disorders and body image issues.
With the pandemic of body dysmorphia and how people see themselves including myself its fit to understand what people may be going through when they are faced with eating disorders, anorexia, or bulimia.
People often have a misconception of what an eating disorder looks like, you can be any size, shape or physical level and have an eating disorder.
Men also have eating disorders and body image issues.
Dr.Cristina and I get into the mind of eating disorder and what someone may be experiencing.
Everyone has their own unique reasons for having an eating disorder, and each has their own journey they will need to embark on in order to heal the wounds of the visual outcome.
First thing is to want to get help, because work is going to be involved. Second is to learn how to love yourself. Third is to be kind and caring for yourself.
If this resonates with you, and is a sign for you to get help. Give yourself permission to ask for help towards a healthier holistic self.
As someone that went through her own eating disorder, I know how hard it is to ask for help. I'm grateful to God for seriously creating havoc in my life that forced me to start eating slowly.
It took me a long time to heal through my health and body issues. There is only one way.
One of Self-love and Self-acceptance

Ken and I get right into speaking about the difference between spirituality and personal development or mindset shifting.
Ken reminds us that it’s the mindset what frames up their reality of how people interpret life, live life, believe life. And then of course, creates the action that people take in life.
This podcast is full of nuggets to shift you into 2022, Ken continues to share that we are creating our realities through our thoughts. We are not our thoughts, but that's where it all begins.
Ken answers one of my questions with so much clarity that it winded me with excitement, his responds was top notch
“I will speak from my own truth and experiences. I'll always say that too, is that I teach people that your own truth will come from your own experiences. What I talk about I've experienced in my life. So it's very easy for me to speak with authenticity towards it, because it is my truth until people experience these things, they're just perspectives.”
This rings true to many powerful healers that I know, authenticity comes from your truth and not being afraid to be YOU.
We get into speaking about the conscious and subconscious mind and how to breakthrough barriers to start attracting the life you desire to live.
Covering how to drop from our head into our heart and deal with the emotions that are coming up. Ken tells us how he still experiences this through his spiritual awakening process.
Listen and share this podcast full of personal development and spiritual activations to shift you towards a new beginning.

Jen takes us back to 1997, when she was in a traumatic car accident in Boulder, Colorado, and it was through that car accident that she found pilates.
And so through that accident, she literally was in different holistic doctors offices for eight hours a day for it was a year or two, non-stop and so she experienced cranial sacral, massage, acupressure, acupuncture, chiropractic, she was doing psychological, learning and neurological and learning.
There was at one point, like I could look at fruit and I'd be like, oh, could I have that orange? But it was an apple.
So it was really there in Boulder through that car accident, which literally. Totally derailed everything I was going to do and bring me down another path.
Jen calls the accident such a blessing. She had the ability to rehab with Pilates for two straight years before she ever even thought of getting into the industry. So it was really, thank goodness for Boulder.
Thank goodness for the car accident for the gentlemen that, rear-ended me going so darn fast at a red light. God bless them she says, it totally changed her life
Jen and I uncover so much wisdom in this podcast from a varied of different modalities to speaking about current events and how we are both dealing with the pressure of the collective consciousness through out own awakening and purpose on this planet.

Dr. Shaler explains to us, what a narcissist is and all the little traits one can have, she takes us takes us on a journey of a toxic relationship and how to escape it with all your sanity.
She speaks about the overt and covert narcissists and how they may want to control you, to not being able to leave the relationship.
“There are many types of narcissist is to the one we usually think of is the one who is overt.
The one is grandiose, the one who's giving orders, barking orders, very entitled, always front and centre all about me.com. We're very familiar with those ones, but for example, there are others who are very covert. They are harder to spot because they are.”
Determining what’s yours and what are projections that others are putting onto you.
If you don’t have the right to say or express what you think, feel, need, want or prefer in any relationship raises red flags.
Dr.Shaler brings us great wisdom on how to deal with narcissistic/toxic relationships and create a plan to break free from the controlled relationship status into something more empowering for you.

Cindy takes us down the path of numerology and how everything we want to solve comes from knowing your numbers.
Growing up in a pretty happy home, in Western Canada in Alberta. My dad was my biggest cheerleader. He always told me I could do be, have anything I wanted. He passed away suddenly when I was 16 and it tore my whole life Cindy’s apart.
She created a few beliefs in my mind that number one, everyone was going to abandon me. And so that created a series of emotionally and physically abusive, ‘cause she didn't believe that she was worthy of having a relationship where the guy would stick around.
She created the belief that the universe didn't care about her because what universe would take away a 16 year old's father.
And so shortly after that she fell in the wrong crowd, started doing cocaine.
Cindy moved to a country that has the death penalty, if she get caught doing drugs. However she loved myself enough to stay alive, then do drugs and sure enough, she’s alive to tell us the story. This was in Jakarta Indonesia.
Cindy tells us about her humble beginnings as a VA and how she quickly moved her business into numerology when she tried to figure things out in her life.
Things just started to make sense, today Cindy offer classes in numerology and how to navigate your life through numbers…
This conversation was so much fun, as I got to speak about how I play with numbers when the universe delivers them to me. We got speak about the personal meaning of the numbers and the universal meaning of them.

Her story is unique that she had to create the life around this new experience that she went through in her senior year.
Paula is her pen name, she adopted this name after her friend told her that she should bring a name to the opera diva, that was belting out of her vocal cords. This was one of her tourettes sounds that came from within herself.
At the age of 24 not only did she experience having a boyfriend for the first time, she also started to develop tourettes.
Paul worked in a library as she was putting books away this hiccup sound came from her vocal cords, however this wasn't a familiar hiccup situation.
This sound and feeling was something that Paula didn't experience previously. These sounds appeared once a day, climbing up to several times a day when her co-workers started to count her occurrences.
The more the would count the more sounds came out of her.
Paula didn't understand what was happening, and felt that she was being outcasted when she was thrown out of her music class in her junior year of college.
It took a toll on her that she had to take a step back and reflect on everything she was experiencing one summer away from everything.
She had experienced her many emotions wondering if she should go back to school after she failed every class the year before. The great thing about the college she was at, is that you had to see a psychologist to make sure you don't repeat the previous year in the present year.
As she went to speak to the psychologist he's the one that diagnosed her with tourettes that made Paula's life a little bit easier.
Author of 4 books, Paula started to tell her story giving other women permission to thrive from their discomforts to accepting who they are.
This story is one of great wisdom and acceptance of who you are, however it didn't come easy.
It came with a great deal emotional uproar that Paula had to deal with.
She found herself changing the people in her life to really, giving herself permission to accepting this new personality coming out of her without judgement by others that didn't understand it.
Paula turned her life around and now is able to take care of her destiny with the right mindset, thoughts and desires she wants to create for herself.

Tara went through a serious body love language make over after her second son. She lost close to 60 pounds but still found herself miserable and disconnected from what mattered most, herself.
After losing all this weight, Tara felt like she has conquered her weight loss goal but when she found herself feeling unhappy, she realized she had to do the deeper work and heal from her wounds.
In this episode Tara and I go into the bedroom to speak about bedroom body image issues, into the dressing room in a mall to let go off what isn't sewn for your body.
I speak about the liberation my friend felt when she went fully naked in the beaches of Jamaica and what it took for me to take off my bikini top in Costa Rica.
When you think of your body and speak to your body, you become that of your body.
Tara gives incredible advice on how to deal with certain things that go on in our head when we speak about our body and how to overcome them, by using simple tools and techniques to bring love to yourself.
We laughed so hard in the episode as Tara and I speak about the Monday start of salad and chicken diet, satisfaction in eating a bag of chips and how losing yourself in a chocolate bar isn't going to kill you if you don't allow it to kill you mind first.
We speak about the weight loss battle and how to overcome it.
So much fun in this podcast to bring to light a topic that brings shame and guilt to many women, men and youth..

Listen right until the end where Roz brings us the most beautiful healing and Light Language Activation. My body was tingling with her words and energy she brought into this podcast for all of us to Activate Our Soul.
Deep into her religious roots Roz felt like there was more to life than the 350 members Sunday school program for the air force base chapels that she ran. Her religion was part of her identity that made Roz feel so far away from her body.
In her first spiritual life coach, is when she first adventured the the righteous path and there she met Abraham.
Being a collector of small books, Roz was out one day and she found herself picking up a book, turning to a page and not to her surprise was a scripture.
At that point Roz was hooked onto this new path that she was lead down.
She immersed herself in learning all she could to help herself understand deeper the spiritual languaging that she never heard previously.
She speaks about the Akashic records, past life, along with numerology and some astrology.
Roz spoke to us about the instant passing of her son that transitioned instantly in a car accident. She brought us through her journey of healing and always being present in this now moment and how that helped her be grateful she had this time with her son. It was short however she thought of the good times they had together.
Roz also brings up her kidney cancer surgery and how she donated it to the world, with all the fear that we were experiencing..
Kidneys hold onto fear. In 2020 as we all know, it was a year and still may be for some a year of fear mongering. When Roz went through her surgery, she planted as much collective fear as she could and put it in the kidney to head back home and be dealt with from the divine.
We go down many paths on this podcast and bring so many amazing stories that allow you to look at life with a different perspective.
Life doesn't happen for us. We create the life that we choose to live.
We speak about how the spirit will take you down the path it wants to go even if you resist it eventually it will get there and your resistance is your teacher to teach you something more about yourself.
This podcast is packed with uplifting stories, and wisdom that can help you shift your spirit, mindset and being into a higher consciousness.

Sam found herself looking forward to wine o'clock what she would consider around 4 or 5pm in the afternoon after she finished a good day's work.
After some deep reflection and a few signs from above Sam started to access her drinking habits. One glass, lead to two in turn became upto two bottles of wine on a daily basis.
People around her would say that's nothing, however to Sam that was more than enough for her to take precautions once her grandson Carson was born.
As she was looking at Carson, she thought to herself, what type of grandma would Carson want.
She went on a 30 day no wine drinking detox.
What Sam noticed that she was embarking onto something that was more difficult than she thought.
All the time she would get to a certain day, she found herself relapsing and saying okay just one. Sam would start her cycle over again.
It was difficult she says, however through this whole process she learned to be patient with herself and how to deal with others when she shared her wine detox news with them.
She was truly doing this for Carson wanting to be the best grandmother to him, she now finds herself having the best time with him laughing and enjoy every minute sober.
Through this process Sam was resisting doing what the universe was guiding her to do. She fought it, yet when she had a conversation with a few people they thought it was a genius idea.
Sam than found herself speaking to other woman about taking control of their drinking or going through a 30day detox as she once did.
I speak about my Sunday coffee and how I experienced some experiences with booze and how I had to take a look within to solve the unsolved that I was dealing with at the time.
Sam brings us through a few more of her journey's with life and speaks about how spirit guided her to her most happiest moments at this time in her life.

Kathleen and I had the most heart opening conversation on this podcast. She answered so many of my questions I brought to the universe and through Kathleen I received my answers.
We speak about the spiritual world of duality and how we were both attacked by dark spirits while we were on our path of sharing our light with humanity.
Kathleen brings us into some of her family issues and how she solved them through love and trusting the most difficult process.
She taps into how the process of spiritual awakening can be a lonely feeling, yet its not in so many ways.
We speak about the so many similarities we had in life and I am so blessed that she travelled down this path before me to give me guidance.
The council of twelve joined us on this journey and you'll hear both of us speak about the goosebumps we were experiencing one after another.
Kathleen's book Merging Heaven and Earth brings on her spiritual journey and what she has experienced.
Through her darkness she focused on gratitude.
When you bring light into the dark you overturn the tide of time to feel more free, abundance and at peace with yourself and those that come into your vicinity.
When opening up your heart, you start to see yourself with new eyes, Kathleen reminds us, that you start to value yourself differently.
You start to recognize small things in your life change and all the sudden those small things become little bigger and bigger and next thing you know that you designed your life to how you want to feel, who you want to surround yourself with, what you will allow in your auric field and what you are happy to walk away from.
2020 disasters have taught us lessons of our self, you either have grown from it, shrunk from it or are still in the transitional phase of it.
Everyone is different and what we must learn is how this is all coming to pass through us and not make it a part of us, we may all live on this world, yet we don't need to accept it as ours.
Kathleen drops nugget after nugget one body chill after another we both experience as we were happily sharing what spirit was working through us...

"What came back to me was that your life is a reflection of the choices that you've made so far. And as I sat there with that, I thought that's remarkably helpful because if that's true that my life is simply a reflection of the choices that I've made so far, what that means is that if I learn how to make better choices, I can get a better outcome.
Within 18 months Bobbi's life changed making more than double than what she had been, but it was a series of just taking chances on herself and exposing herself to new things.
Having a speech impediment at the age of 6, her mother taught her a lesson that stayed with her forever.

With her positive attitude Bobbi said well if 3% survived they had the answers she was seeking to get better.
Ten years in her health crisis Bobbi just wanted to get back into her running and physical fitness routine. She learned to take life in stride and take small steps to her recovery.

Scott speaks to us about his awakening that happened about 5years ago. His music is channeled to open up your heart and see the possibilities all around you.
Scott purchased a camera and started to snap pics of nature until one day his camera shot up to the sky starting to take pics of clouds.
Quickly Scott noticed that the clouds where speaking to him seeing pyramids, people, animals.
It was one day where Scott was taking pics and out of the clouds comes a ladder. Scott got little frightened and realized that cloud people know that his around, and he knows that they are in the clouds. With those pictures, he felt he had to write a book to explain what he was experiencing.
His awakening process happened in 2017 a year prior to his sons passing. He went through a process with his hypothalamus it was like a DMT ceremony that opened him up fully; today Scott still feels those feelings not as intense as when he first encountered them
Scott speaks about how the clouds speak to him and how they show up for him.
One day he looked at the clouds and saw the unseen/seen world having sex, as he went to take pics of the clouds he heard “do you mind?”.
Scott brings us down the path of frequencies and explains how we are all part of a certain frequency, the more we raise our frequency the more we will experience as humans. We can connect to the same frequency of our loved one that have gone home.
We can also connect with galactic beings and higher powers.
Scotts music is called “source music”produced in 432hz which helps humanity raise their vibration by opening up their heart to awaken your authentic-ness.
I ask Scott a few questions about his journey of music, coming from a performing family, Scott was breed into theatre. He started to play some musical instruments, formed a band with his buddies and did a show at an autistic children’s charity.
Life took over, and Scott found himself unhappy and confused at why he was feeling these emotions. He has everything he needed or wanted but something was missing in his life. Yet, he found himself depressed and unhappy until he realized that these emotions where a part of him giving up music.
Once he started to create his music and photograph clouds, changed him in many ways.
Scott speaks about his dog and how she speaks dogish when she goes to sleep, she senses energy throughout the house which give Scott confirmation that the beings are all around him.
Scott speaks about clearing your energy, saging, going into nature and meditation is a great way to get you out of the dark. Also detoxing your body from heavy metals, eating a wholesome array of foods and praying over our water.
Praying over your food and water, gives your a positive charge, tastes better and heals your body and mind.
Scott speaks about his album and how he recorded a concert experience in 432hz for the first time in a movie production.
Typically all music recordings for tv and movies, are done in 440hz where keeps you stagnant and stuck in the 3D realm.
Scott plays Harvest Blessings from his album along with other songs to open up our heart and mind.
He shares both his music and his spirit with us.

Michael discusses when he start to open up and be ready to the opportunities.
Going back to the experience of his brothers passing he would for years be afraid of life. He was afraid to be seen, of being noticed and wanted to fly under the radar and yet he would do all these crazy things for attention.
Instantly something cracked him open and it was this beautiful journey of self discovery coming in as a snowball effect, staying curious to all the things that came to his awareness in a loving way.
Michael brings us down the lane of curiosity and helps dig into find our inner child curiosity back into our adult life.
Finding peace in stillness to find the answers from within. In stillness after the from being a total go getter, go, go, go, go, go. Constantly thinking on how he can get things?
How can he increase his performance?
How can he do, to get this promotion?
How can he do this? And he would do that no matter what, I did for a living, I would boom, boom, boom, boom, and move my way up quickly.
Usually the cost was too my, mental wellbeing and to my physical health. And to just my psychological state of being able to relax, I just wasn't there, says Michael.
He had so many thoughts come to his mind that tried to keep him stuck such as, what the hell are you doing?
You don't have a clue, what's going on.
You're going to lose everything, become homeless, lose your family and friends, you're gonna be broke, all these terrible things are going to happen because you're not following this other person's formula.
Following other people's formula made Micheal successful yet he was ready to do it his way.

Gail gives us her insight on what energy is and how we can shift it when we are aware of it.
We sense a lot of things about others through our energy field, through our conscious, awareness.
And we have energy senses that are just as real as our physical senses, we've just been taught to ignore them.
Understanding energy always you to be in control of your actions and your reactions.
It allows you to become liberated in recognizing you have control of yourself and no one else.
Being a cat woman for 33years, Gail speaks about having a deeper connection with your pets and how you bond with them, can help you heal immensely.
Gail speaks about the variety of energies that are out there and can manipulate or seduce your energy to believe something that isn’t what you isn’t true.
People transmute energies that are not always pleasant ones. It is up to you to recognize and take control of your energy.
When you take control of your energy, you don’t blame others for your wrong doing or the options you’ve chosen to take. You take full responsibility of the whole of you and don’t have a problem expressing yourself.
Gail speaks about her left brain logical beginning before she embarked on a journey of self discovery after a painful breakup, where she dreamt to have the 2.5 kids and the white picket fence.
Going through some extremely dark times, Gail wanted to end end her life and found no point in living.
While going through this journey she heard a voice within herself telling her “I love you.” it was accompanied with a golden energy, filling every cell of her body.
This experience was so profound for Gail, had it just been a voice alone that came to her, she would have dismissed it, but because it was accompanied by this incredible energetic visceral experience, she had to acknowledge something big was happening.
There isn’t a day that goes by that Gail don't say thank you to God for picking her up, dusting her off and showing her, her wings that she realized, “you know, when you have wings, you need never fear in anything.”
Her life started to shift slowly as she kept on digging deeper on learning about energy and shift her life.
Gail speaks about her journey through Germany and Paris and how her parents came to visit her.
Learning the greatest lessons from speaking and hanging out with her mom for a week, Gail made some realizations about herself.
Come listen to the podcast, it’s full of nuggets, laughter, wisdom and motivation.

Christine speaks to us about communicating with our body to understand why we may be feeling discomfort.
Somatic awareness being a form of mindfulness, focusing on the experience of the body.
Imprints of emotions, patterns, belief systems get lodged into certain parts of the body.
Speaking about where people hold in their head or body, Christine breaks it down for us.
Believing that things are only in your head and not clearing the body of any energetic debris brings you out of alignment with your higher consciousness.
Christine speaks about dropping from your head into your heart. The distance is short, yet the work is deep. Communicating with your body can help you release old imprints of false beliefs of yourself as you open yourself up to receiving love.
The way our mind works, the way we make sense of the world is our own narrative, our body doesn’t have a story.
Christine explains how our body is communicating with us through our emotions and the repeated stories that are played in our head.
Accessing both the heart, mind and body is bringing harmony to your life. Being out of alignment with your heart and body, is being disconnected with yourself.
Bringing light to the difference between the head and heart, how they operate differently and how they keep us protected or small in this vast world.
Christine covers so many aspects of arriving back home into your heart.
We have a vast conversation about tapping into our spiritual counsel, giving you permission to surrender to the old and step into the new.

Ben brings us his expertise of what to expect from expectations.
Expectations are not neither positive or negative. What they are, is a great way to start communicating what you want in your life.
One of the greatest defaults of expectations is the fear of expressing them.
When your expectations are not communicated you feel all sorts of other emotions that come from an old wound or trauma.
Ben and I get into the childhood of expectations and how we carry what we thought was good for us through our parents lenses into our adulthood.
Practicing expectations is the only way to become confident in yourself.
Bringing expectations in correlation with the 5 Love Languages and how you can create open dialogue between you and your spouse, family, friends, co-workers.
Ben shares with his the downfall of expectations and how our desired response is an expectation of another, rather than just accepting what is.
Breaking it down from being upset to not having an expectation met, to pinpointing where the expectation is coming from and dissolving it, so that it doesn’t take up more energy.
“your expectation is completely unreasonable, unless you're willing to share your expectation with the other person. 'cause if it, if the expectation is only in your head, then the other person has no idea and they can't do anything to, to support your expectation of them.”
Ben speaks about how good it is to have your expectations met once verbalized.
While in the process of self-development and wanting to find a girlfriend, Ben shares his quick purchase of a course.
Being in the process of healing his relationships and finding a girlfriend, been stumbled upon improv.
Improv changed his life. It gave him more confidence, taught him how to live in the present moment, not worry about the future and drop expectations.
We get into the conscious and subconscious mind and how it is always on, even when we are sleeping.
Ben gives us tools and techniques on how to heal from relationships and your expectations.

Linda and I went into her time capsule, were she brought us to her starting point of her life, feeling lifeless while circumstances kept piling up that left her feeling empty, unworthy, guilty, invisible, crushed, alone and so many other emotions.
She brings us down the path of different layers of our inner brokenness. Surviving a fearful engine failure flight moment, arriving at the scene of a motorcycle accident just in time to witness her sons broken body laying on the ground, her teenage daughter bleeding profusely after surgery.
A call that her 9month old grandson was having a seizure and won’t be able to make it through the night. And the tip of the iceberg was when her 5month old grandchild was diagnosed with cancer.
Linda explains that we all have challenges and trials in our life, but sometimes you get hit hard and become overwhelmed, and that’s when you fall into depression, anxiety or other forms of mental health.
She decided to head on a retreat her sister was organizing once she went through her inner narrative that she was holding secret.
Linda explains her awakening process as her sister lowering the ladder so that she can climb out one step at a time.
We discuss different techniques to us in order to help you out of the hole. Journaling, nature, gratitude, singing and dancing among so much more.
Linda brings us through so many beautiful channels of her life as she reminds us, that it takes work to do the deeper stuff and ungift your authentic self.
Her non-profit foundation, Hope for Healing is a place where she invites people to take this journey of self-realization and support, to get you out of any situation you may be going through, the help is provided but the work all depends on what you put out into the universe.
Linda explains what HOPE means to her and how her journey started because she had that feeling of hope for change to happen.
Clinched up like an armadillo Linda has a hard time opening herself up and feeling safe.
Her greatest step in her healing process was admitting it to someone that something wasn’t right with her, and expressing her emotions. Once she expressed her emotions to her sister, Linda felt safe.
She speaks about how she got her power back and what it means to take back your power.
Each step she took brought her closer to how she is feeling today, liberated, aligned and in love with herself, her career and helping others find their authentic self.
It in how bad you want it, that makes a difference in each person…

Alyssa is a 23 year old wise women that experienced depression and anxiety after her sister's death.
It all started Mother's Day of 2018 when her sister gained her wings into heaven after a car accident.
Without dealing with the variety of transitional phases Alyssa was going through, in her head she just kept on telling herself to just keep moving forward finding other ways to use as a coping mechanism.
After an 8-week internship Alyssa went back to college, and that’s where she found herself hitting rock bottom.
Developing a bad eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, and getting addicted to a few substances as booze and cocaine.
Becoming addicted to her substances, Alyssa found herself on a spiralling downwards motions finding herself living out of alignment with what she was teaching, and how she was living.
While being on the kitchen floor bawling her eyes out, hands over her face Alyssa hears a little sound, opens her eyes and sees a bright blue butterfly, flying into her kitchen. Instantly Alyssa felt her sisters presence bringing her messages.
After her sisters passing, Alyssa started to question her religion, not being able to understand a few things she started to live her life from spiritual principles.
Given the opportunity to graduate early from college Alyssa was in shock, she went from failing junior year to the opportunity to graduate early in senior.
Prior to graduating early she had also received a job two weeks before hand.
Receiving a job at a Nationwide Children’s hospital, Alyssa loved what she did helping the children. What she didn’t like was the system and the stigma it came with.
She went inwards once again and found her path to sharing her story and making a difference in human lives, Alyssa’s a big tik-tok’er sharing her story openly with all those that are ready to heal their wounds.
Speaking about her story through her addictions of cocaine and booze along with removing herself from her then friends, Alyssa feels empowered, happy, joyful and in control of her life.
Receiving messages from the universe and taking actions towards healing her wounds of the past Alyssa finds refuge and joy in helping young adults heal from their wounds.
Her book, helped her through her journey of self recognition. It was time she started to grieve her sisters loss and reflect on her life.
She speaks about all her ups and downs, her journey through helping other young woman and how she deals with any traumas that present themselves to her conscious mind.

Martha has been stuck in silence for 30yrs dealing with depression and the stigma it carries, once she found her voice she now is eager to share her story with everyone and help people find their colourful life as well.
Being married for nineteen years with her first love since she was twenty one. Being bullied since a young age Martha was desperate for love and after two and half months she decided to get married.
Being a successful make-up artist, travelling the world, Martha looked happy from the outside looking in. However she was wearing a mask hiding from her truth and inner suffering. She called herself the greatest pretender.
The day that she turned 40 she was depressed and realized she didn’t want to live her life like this anymore.
Being married to an abusive narcissist. Martha learned how to love herself, found a sense of belonging within herself and within three years found herself a new amazing partner that accepts her for who she is.
Starting from the bottom after her former husband took all her money. Martha had a great support system that helped her get back on her feet, she bought a new car and rebuilt her life again.
Martha surrendered to the situation she was in and believed in the universe to give her what she needed to get back her life.
Being called to more jobs, expanding her network of people she found herself rebuilding her life as she was bringing gratitude to all those that helped her through this difficult process.
Writing an open letter to her husband, reading it out loud as it was being recorded, Martha felt the biggest transformation at that time in her life, as she shifted from an old energy into a new energy that uplifted her even more.
She has no hatred or animosity towards her former husband. She is actually grateful for him and what he has taught her about herself.
With her new partner by her side, Martha was in complete awe of how her life is molding in her favour that she found herself feeling emotional after a family photoshoot that she always wanted to have with her family, cat and new lover.
Martha gives wisdom for every women that is going through this journey and finding difficulty in moving forward in their life.
Being stabbed by her dad at a young age she realized after an NLP training session that she was holding onto so much childhood trauma in her body without realizing it.
Now, she lives her authentic life with love, laughter and confidence sharing her story with the world hoping to help women find the courage to step out of their trauma and suffering and create a life that they desire to live.

Regi Rodgers is a relationship coach and author that has written Playa to Praya.
The book is about speaking about peoples playing side, Regi says too much of anything is called overkill, so he wanted to bring balance to this part of everyone's life.
Regi speaks about bringing balance to all parts of your life from getting off your knees from prayer to living life abundantly and bringing self awareness to you playing side that may not always be positively played.
We get into the conversation about the stigma around how men were programmed from such a young age and how women go through the same trajectory of self-evolution with a different set of rules.
Regi gets down to the spiritual encounter of our life, and breaks down meditation his word “negitation” where you may be meditating on negativity rather than something more empowering for your soul. He speaks the hymns into my ears about people always wanting to speak, yet not wanting to listen.
Regi brings us wisdom and knowledge on how to bring balance into our life, about knowing thyself which is a word of intimacy, the word “knowing thyself”, he speaks about knowing your truth.
Relationships is based about truth, and when you know thy self you don’t have the need to change anyone. Ladies, Regi goes in on somethings that I salute and respect.
As women and nurtures, some women want to change their man. For the record, you can’t change anyone other than yourself, and when you know thyself and live in your truth they will not be allowing the noise get in your way.
What are your deal breakers, deal makers, non-negotiables.
Regi speaks about once a women is ready for a soulful relationship he speaks about what you should do in order to find the right one by doing the inner work.
He gets down to dating from a conscious perspective, knowing how to recognize him from afar. Regi gets down to the 3 R’s and explains each R and how to be open to finding that right one you been longing for.
Is rebound dating something that you do trying to find the “right one”?
Doing the inner work is the key to finding the right soul relationship with you, that are by your standards.
Regi takes us down the 5 stages of dating, and what to do, by asking layered question to get to know someone, saving you time, energy and effort to put into the right person.
It’s about connecting the dots, and making sure you cross of all the C’s off the list.
We speak about his second book “Love at first Spirit” that comes with a workbook.
Teaching 3 powerful dynamics that gets through you to get to him. Not getting caught up on the external, but get into the internal. He may look good on the outside, yet he can be ugly on the inside, so his just an ugly person.
Ladies, if you’re going through a divorce it is advised that you take a year off before you get into another relationship and spend holidays with yourself and your family. When you get confident to be by yourself, you don’t need others to bring you happiness, because you are comfortable being by yourself and the benefits that go with it changing the narrative within yourself.
I ask Regi about bringing wisdom about balancing the Divine Masculine and Feminine energies and how we can bring this in balance as we accept a relationship with open arms.
We go down the benefit of the 21 day challenge in the book “Love at First Spirit” it’s not about finding the way, it's about becoming the one.
Ladies do you want to be part of the W.E.T tribe?
Regi’s intentions is to Empower One Million Women worldwide.

Presently, Viv now longer needs to prove herself to anyone, yet still makes a massive impact in the world by serving those that need her services.
Her early lessons in building a business, Viv realized that all she did in her 20's was work long hours, and neglect other parts of her life.

Finding alignment and being in balance with what you’re looking to create in your life, brings you into a state of flow, leaving you feeling accomplished anything at the end of the day.
Viv and I discuss the entrepreneur feelings of wanting to toss in the towel, in frustration, finding herself crying on the floor, figuring out how to navigate her life and her career.
Celebrating every step in her life as she takes the opportunity to reflect and see that she’s enough being in this present moment, rather than always chasing tomorrow and the next thing.
She drops nuggets of wisdom for women that are ready to start their entrepreneurship journey and leave their current position.
Viv breaks down a variety of strategies to get your six month preparation up and running with a strong foundation.
By the time you are ready to leave your job your business is starting to take off, giving you the opportunity to grow.

Being a general towards her calendar, she also leaves room for flow and opportunity to move things around depending on how she’s feeling.
Using timers, alarm to remind her to eat, pick up the kids, have a 5 min break, focus on a task at hand, time blocking, Viv likes to celebrate every step she takes as she is intentionally focused in being productive and starting new habits.
Viv speaks about the do’s and don’ts for scaling your business, having all your funnels, automations in place and if scaling your business is the right thing to do at that time.
What defining success means to her, and the greatest advice she has heard in business.
Viv speaks about how profit follows passion and the details are in the process not the results.

When Nate Rifkin began his journey not coming from a well to do family setting which caused him much pain, dealing with suicidal thoughts and finding himself drinking vodka and energy drinks every morning to get through the day.
He dropped out of college after 18 months, went broke, bankrupt, and even worked on street corners waving around a sign, trying to make sense of life.
However, Nate learned a little-known spiritual discipline that helped him transform his thoughts, emotions, financial life, and find love after his mentor taught him what he was studying.
When Nate started the practice he started off with one minute a day, still keeping true to his drinking pattern in the morning as he was still dealing with a great deal of depression.
Adding 5 seconds every time Nate found his body buzzing that felt just as good as the alcohol he was drinking. One day lead to another the booze made him feel awful that didn’t take him to the next and his new meditation practice brought him to new elevations in his life.
Nate then took his bottle and tossed it down the sink, as he was tapping deeper into his meditation practice.
Nate realized he was on a spiritual journey as he brought his life down to a minimum realizing many parts of himself.
We speak about how to stay on the path and never to give up on yourself, when you start a new meditation or spiritual practice.
Having a daily short discipline is important to create a habit on order to create a routine.
Nate was going through many difficulties in his life wondering if he was cursed in receiving what he wanted to create in his life, from getting into a car accident to his boss calling off a meeting to get his promotion.
Nate covers what Taoism is and how it helped him through the process of his spiritual awakening that was his foundational work that helped him get through ever challenge while he was learning and growing to creating an amplified life.
As we get deeper into the podcast Nate speaks about the difference between fragile and anti-fragile and how to be able to tap into something greater within your higher power, as we dive deeper into the four pillars of Taoism.
Nate speaks about how to release tension and how it affects the flow of your energy in your body.

After ignoring the read flags and being there as a nurturing wife, Kristen and I discuss the red flags and how her past self wouldn’t think they were a big deal however the more she said and grew through this process she now realizes that those red flag were a sign that shifted the trajectory of her life.
Kristen would discount her husband's actions in the past as she was the over giving compassionate wife that wanted to save her husband, with the I love you story as she focused on his charm more than his actions.
Kristen speaks to all women who are people pleasers that want to please her man, yet ignore the red flags that keep coming to you.
She speaks about pain points and how to deal with them one at a time. Her saying “when the pain out weighs the fear of change” explains how to clear the heaviness and go through the fears into new shifts and changes.
She speaks about how she started to work back her credit rating after her husband put a fork on her score.
Kristen speaks about the blessings that came along with everything that had happened in her life.
She started to break down all her patterns, avoided going out to find the next man, to go through her healing process from her old patterns into a new lens of self-perspective.

We speak about how to harness our own power to achieve what we want out of life and our relationships.
In her book, “The Recovering People Pleaser” Kristen speaks about the doormat, and how to overcome yourself from being the doormat, to finding your voice and stand up for yourself.
We speak about tapping into our Higher Consciousness/Self how we can connect to things that makes our soul sing while creating boundaries to love yourself deeper.
Kristen answers the question, what self-love means to her. She explains what self-care means to her as well as the act of self-love.

Leonard and I discuss how our words bring on action and reaction to the close to 60-80,000 thoughts that come to our mind on a daily basis.
We speak about the three words in his book that describes our essential nature SAT, CHIT, and ANANDA.
SAT - our internal being CHIT - consciousness our internal wisdom ANANDA - bliss and fullness
He speaks about how the ego, teaches us how to find love in areas that may not bring us the true sense of love.
Leonard speaks about how your truth doesn’t come from other people’s truth, and that you have to do the experiment to find your truth.
When you tap into the inner expert, you don’t need an external expert to lead the way on your path, you just need someone to guide you to unravel your inner expert.
When you start to do the inner work, you start to step further into your truth away from others people’s opinion.
Leonard and I speak about the super sub- conscious mind, and how to tap into the conscious mind.
He speaks about how the conscious mind exists not only in the mortal self but also in the human self, that holds us back to the reptilian brain.
Leonard speaks about how the unconscious mind projects into the conscious mind bringing up emotions that may create emotions that may get in the way of your day.
When you learn how to dance with energy that can only be transferred from one emotion to another, gives you the opportunity to make these emotions sacred.
Leonard speaks about PREYA - ego or sense gratifications that conflict with inner wisdom, pleasant, familiar and attractive that’s always followed by some sort of mental, emotional, spiritual pain.
SHREYA which initially is not so familiar, attractive but leads us towards our greatest and highest good. It’s the liberation our bliss, which leads to our ANADA.
We speak breath knowledge and how we don’t breathe from the diaphragm and are mostly chest breathers, holding life force hostage not bringing prana into our body.
Your breath is the life force in how you think, feel and process through the difficulties in life.
Leonard brings us through the four functions of the mind. Which is our ego, senses, unconscious mind and the conscious.
We speak about the death process and how we still exist, that it’s something beyond us that is ever changing.
Our senses bring us a whole other aspect of our inner self finding a sense of security, making us look for senses of pleasantness.
Unconscious is our repository that we redeem to self- preservation,
Conscious only acts as a mirror that can reflect perfect wisdom from the centre of consciousness. The super conscious moment of our mind.
Leonard speaks about experimenting to find the truth from the ego sense and consciousness mind to be your guide.
As your deepest desire is, so is your will.
Leonard speaks about how to reach Nirvana/Moksha, through the bridge of yoga.
The bridge connects two things our outer actions, with our inner wisdom, which is the super conscious wisdom reflected by the bodi.
The bridge of yoga gives us some time to respond, by slowing down the space between stimulus and responds in our to react.
Leonard has a beautiful saying that was in his book that my eye would always go there. The saying went “if you bring forth what is within you, will save you, if you do not bring forth what is within you, it will destroy you.
Leonard and I speak about how the ego affected us on our path of spiritual enlightenment, when we were called to do this work, and how we worked through it in order to surrender, to receive and put our words into action.
We speak about going within to the feminine wisdom in order to bring out the masculine actions.

Jackie and I tackle a subject no parent wants to face. Teen Suicide. Aug 3rd Jackie's daughter broke her silence and expressed the struggle she face with suicide in an event Jackie was hosting.
As she was expressing herself, Jackie was in shock as blood flowed from her eyes in disbelief of her daughters speech that continued with shocking stats that approx. 3000 youth commit suicide on a daily basis.
And 800,000 people commit suicide world wide, there's more suicides worldwide than any other death or illness in the world.
This topic can be prevented when you have a conversation with people to check in with their emotions.
Jackie and I role play a little scenario about how to start the conversation, not really talking about suicide but checking in with the individual and making sure everyone is okay.
The role play we did can be done with anyone that is able to speak and express their emotions.
Lets bring light to such a taboo subject and let's save our teens from every wanting to take their life because they can't handle their emotions.
