In the PREMIERE episode, the hosts introduce themselves (0:00), and give a background of who Cole is and his basketball journey through Syracuse (11:10). Then, they discuss his time under Coach Jim Boeheim (32:00) and his workout routine during this past year's summer league (34:00). After college, Swider chose an agency and began his pre-draft process (37:30), and had a draft night party (42:30). The Lakers signed him to a 2-way deal, which was a perfect fit (45:30). Swider then met Lakers players and staff, including LeBron, which was huge for him (48:20). Finally, we hear what's happening day-to-day now in LA, and what's next (54:20).
