Laureen HD is a French-Italian, Berlin based sex educator and YouTube content creator
who takes the shame out of the loaded, misrepresented and taboo subject of living
with an STI. After contracting gential herpes herself, Laureen realised that the majority of online
resources available to process a diagnosis were either too medical, too dramatic, too dismissive
and most importantly, not relatable. With down to earth videos, Laureen uses her
own experiences to tackle typical questions people living with a herpes diagnosis battle with such as ‘How to tell
someone I like that you have herpes?’, ‘Can dating apps be an option to meet partners?’.
Laureen is also currently enrolled in an AASECT affiliated sex education certifcation program at ISEE.

Juliana is back on TTL to talk about letting go of what our lives looked like pre-pandemic and readjusting to a changed world with a deeper understanding of ourselves from a lot of alone time.
Juliana was raised in San Diego by two psychologists who parented largely by trying to understand her every move. Never quite resonating with the laid-back Californian surfer culture, she headed out east to the University of Michigan. Always fascinated by how systems work, she folded a pre-med education into her own customized major that evaluated the disparities and inequities in the U.S. healthcare system. Professionally, her 20s took her to Manhattan, where she worked her way up and out of various healthcare startups. Personally, her 20s were a time of trying to fit into a mold of a person that she desperately wanted to be.
However, at 30, she realized all the ways the people and systems around her, paired with her own limiting beliefs, kept her small and confined. This was when she finally began to recognize her own intuition and started following that little voice that had been ignored for too long. Suddenly divorced at 30, she found herself deeply questioning every aspect of her life. It was through the dismantling of all aspects of the life she had previously built that she began the process of coming home to herself.
She is the founder of Parama, where she guides individuals and companies in compassionate navigation of transitions, difficult conversations, and negotiations. She helps foster improved communication and the building of reciprocal relationships with her “Conscious Confrontation” method.
In this show, we talk about:

In this episode we talk about:
Dr. Mike is the Founder of Big League Performance + Rehab, a lifestyle therapy brand. Growing up in New York as young kid, his life was centered around playing sports. Baseball (not lacrosse) was the sport of choice. As a pitcher for his high school team he had aspirations of playing in college and even grander dreams of playing professionally.
Those dreams all seemingly came crashing to a halt his sophomore year of high school when in the middle of throwing a bullpen session a sudden sharp pain in his shoulder prevented him from being able to lift his arm. The result was a torn labrum in his shoulder and a future in question.
Physical Therapy doesn’t have to only be a reactive treatment, its something that can be done proactively. During his time in professional baseball he not only got to work with players who were injured, but also proactively with players that wanted to stay healthy and do what they love for a long time.
From here Mike made it his mission to bring this Big League Treatment to everybody. Professional athletes shouldn’t be the only ones with access to superior care with extra attention to detail. As a result Big League Performance + Rehab was born! No matter whether you’re a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or someone just trying to keep up with their kids. If you have a body, you’re an athlete and deserve to be treated like one!

In this episode we talk about:
Amanda is a passionate advocate, teacher and thought leader on the crucial intersections of spirituality, human potential, public health and inspiring personal and collective evolution. She empowers clients, reflecting their innate abilities to and through them at these intersections to create tangible, meaningful results on micro and macro scales. She uses her profound abilities as a precognitive combined with strategic, practical business acumen and an academic background to understand the needs of individuals and varying populations to provide groundbreaking solutions for their unique objectives.
Her spiritual interest began at a young age with a “knowing” that paths to God are not singular, but plural, vast, and multidimensional like the stretching branches of a great tree. Additionally, her precognitive and psychic medium abilities manifested throughout early childhood but were suppressed due to insecurity and misunderstanding. Amanda continued her spiritual quest in academia and earned a B.A in Religion at Sewanee. Her fascination with humanities, liberal arts and healthcare advocacy, led her to a Master of Public Health from Boston University where she graduated with a dual concentration in Health Law, Bioethics & Human Rights and Health Services. Amanda climbed the ranks in organizational and business development as a healthcare exec while simultaneously battling trauma, addiction and depression during which her psychic abilities fully came to fruition. Her perils through a literal ‘dark night of the soul,’ hero’s journey, and spiritual awakening revealed Amanda’s ultimate calling to live, teach, and inspire transcendent awakening, growth and alignment through the integration of biology, metaphysics, quantum mechanics and spirituality.
Amanda created Soul Pathology, a self-actualization method focusing on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual immune systems and assessing their viability. Soul Pathology looks at the pathos for dis-ease within the bio-spiritual framework of an individual or a collective. With individuals, Amanda is able to connect a person to their soul’s innate wisdom through an intense personal reading.
Amanda is the author of The Abundance Code Series. Her books, "Numerology For Your Home: Using Abundance Codes to Shift Your Life" and "Book of Ceremonies: Making Magic on New and Full Moons" are practical tools for guiding you through tapping into the quantum field to access you innate, soul desires and manifesting them into abundant reality.
