Ariana and Emma talk about the change in their confidence from freshman to sophomore year and the different ways to build a solid foundation of confidence internally and externally. Sometimes, you just have to jump into the deep end.
Gen Z was born on the internet. From the 2017 slime era to the golden age of Vine, and now, to the addictive black hole of Tik Tok, my generation has only ever known what life is WITH a daily interaction with the internet. This era has crafted an entirely new reality. In this episode, Emma and Ariana talk about their negative and positive experiences with the internet and how they moderate their daily social media intake.
God wants to have a relationship with His children. He wants to hold our hand, just like a father wants to hold his child's. We often tend to seek validation in unstable things: school, sports, social media, etc. It's human to want to fit in and be accepted. But we must choose where we invest ourselves wisely. In this episode, Ariana and Emma talk about their enneagram types, discuss their experiences with seeking validation, and give healthy and stable ways to receive validation from others.
