Last 2020, I experienced a life changing event. I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. For more than a year, it almost made me crippled due to the immense pain that I encountered on a daily basis. I consider this life event to be one of the lowest moments to date. Listen to my first episode as I share my journey and on how I rebounded and how CrossFit played an instrumental role in my life to slowly get me back on my feet.
