Join host, Pey Cart and guest, Tim Beisiegel as they talk about men's mental health.

Tim Beisiegel is a happily married father of 3. During the day, he’s a sign and logo designer & installer, but his passions in life are his family and podcasting. So in 2019 when his daughter was hospitalized for 97 days with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, it was a difficult time.

Tim had already been struggling with some aspects of mental health, but like many men, ignored the signs and symptoms due to social norms and stigmas. But he entered counseling to help him to be able to function and to care for his family.

Podcasting was born out of this time and became another form of helpful healing as he spoke with others who also had faced challenges in their life and were moving forward as well. He now speaks in favor of mental health for men and asks men to ignore the stigmas around them and to take care of themselves so they can be there to take care of the ones they love.
