On this episode, I talk about my journey of motherhood and the lessons I have learnt.

My 5 lessons of motherhood

  1. Do take time for yourself and own needs to do activities you love and enjoy on a regular basis eg weekly or monthly for example

  2. Do ask for help or accept help when given by reliable/safe people

  3. Do focus on your personal goals and what you want to achieve for yourself as a woman.

  4. Every season of motherhood has its own challenges that you have to navigate.

  5. Carry out a routine that works for you, your family and your lifestyle.

In this episode, I talk about the importance of sleep for mamas. Here are the 3 tip, I share in the episode to help your improve your sleep.  1. Examine your feelings and beliefs about your sleep. How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Write down and track your sleep and emotions for a week or two weeks. Mindset is so important.  2. Think about any physical health, mental health, financial issues or personal issues etc... which could be affecting your sleep.  3.Do the physical work of getting the environment you want to sleep in. Think about how the room is, are you comfortable in the bed? How is the bedding? Consider the temperature and lighting in the room? Think about the practical things you can do to make the environment soothing and relaxing for sleep.  If you feel you require any support, feel free to contact me using the links below.
